There are many different kinds of radioactive waste and each has its own half-life so, just to be on the safe side and to simplify matters, I base my calculations on the worst one and that's plutonium.

Nothing Even Matters
Now the skies could fall
Not even if my boss should call
The world it seems so very small
'Cause nothing even matters at all
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters at all
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters at all
See I don't need no alcohol
Your love makes me feel ten feet tall
Without it I'd go through withdrawal
'Cause nothing even matters at all
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters at all
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters at all
These buildings could drift out to sea
Some natural catastrophe
Still there's no place I'd rather be
'Cause nothing even matters to me
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters to me
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters to me
You're part of my identity
I sometimes have the tendency
To look at you religiously
'Cause nothing even matters to me
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters to me
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters to me
Now you won't find me at no store
I have no time for manicures
With you it's never either or
'Cause nothing even matters no more
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters no more
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters no more
Now my team could score
And make it to the Final Four
Just repossess my 4x4
'Cause nothing even matters no more
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters no more
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters no more

Radio Active
Youre my food, youre my water, youve got to be the devils daughter
Cant get near, cant get far, youve got the power, but know you are
Shes radioactive (radioactive), shes very selective (radioactive)
Shes what I need, shes so pretty indeed, she wants it all the time
And Im crazy, kinda hazy, Im not sorry, gonna worry
Im not lonely, shes my only, shes got me eatin out of her hands
Chorus:
Shes radioactive (radioactive), shes very selective (radioactive)
Shes what I need, shes so pretty indeed, Ive gotta make her mine
Chorus repeats 2x
Shes my little baby (radioactive), shes such a lady (radioactive)
She knows how I feel, she knows that its real, she wants it all the time

Radiation Spewing Into The Sea
Unbelievable is Rachael Harvey
reporting for the BBC World News
who thinks radiation spewing
into the sea off the island of Honshū
from the number two nuclear reactor

Reminiscent of when Zeinab Badawi

Quicker safer to find contain leakages
reducing contamination exposure

would be to use a Geiger Counter
do you think with Geiger-Mueller

for rapid radiation interactive detection
or use a Portable Multichannel Analyzer,

Simplify
In this computer complicated, overrated material world I ask, “Why? ”
Why is there no time or reason to take hold of life and simplify?
Governments are so confusing that the people they are abusing
Have no way to understand to what degree they suffer from each lie.
Their hope, their only hope is to simply simplify.
A child’s life is simple and pure.
It learns when rights and wrongs occur.
Then its vision becomes confusing when it observes a world refusing
To simplify its ways; in fact it’s now a spurious maze
Where rich leave poor careening; wars have no meaning,
And man has left the elements teaming.
Though there is hope as the years rush by
Just take hold of life and simplify.
Instead of the implications of money, power and fame,
Let love’s admirations simplify your game.
Then no doubt you’ll change all the while
And happiness will rediscover that long lost smile.

Best Of What's Around
Hey my friend, it seems your eyes are troubled.
Care to share your time with me?
Would you say you're feeling low and so
A good idea would be to get it off your mind?
See you and me have a better time than most can dream
Have it better than the best
So can pull on through
Whatever tears at us, whatever holds us down
And if nothing can be done
We'll make the best of what's around.
Turns out not where but who you're with that really matters, that really matters
And hurts not much when you're around, when you're around
And if you hold on tight to what you think is your thing
You may find you're missing all the rest.
She ran up into the light, surprised,
Her arms are open. Her minds eye is
Seeing things from a better side than most can dream
On a clearer road I feel, oh you could say she's safe.
Whatever tears at her, whatever holds her down
And if nothing can be done,
She'll make the best of what's around.
Turns out not where but what you think that really matters, that really matters, that really matters, that really matters. Yeah....
See you and me, have a better time than most can dream,
Have it better than the best, so can pull on through.
Whatever tears at us, whatever holds us down,
And if nothing can be done,
We'll make the best of what's around.
Turns out not where but who you're with that really matters, that really matters.
And hurts not much when you're around, when you're around. Hey, la la...
Hold on... We'll make the best of what's around

The most and the worst
Man wants money most
And uses it worst.
He wants time most
And spends it worst.
He wants things most
And waste them worst.
He wants women most
And miss them worst.

Disaster In A Halo
Lately I've been thinking about what you said
Time is growing old and I'm getting colder
Hunger's just a pain that won't be fed
I'll be working for the ghost until I'm dead and done
Over and done, over
Disaster in a halo
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters
Somewhere there's a girl with thoughts of him
She makes wishes in a well then fears them caving in on her, around, on her
Disaster in a halo
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters
Cause in the well plans will come and plans will go undone
I know, I know
And you can't tell, I will come and I will do I know, I know
But why would I?
But why would I?
Disaster in a halo
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters
Nothing even matters

All Kinds Of Time
The clocks running down
the teams losing ground
to the opposing defense
the young quarterback
waits for the snap
when suddenly it all starts to make sense
he's got all kinds of time
he's got all kinds of time
all kinds of time
he's got all kinds of time
all kinds of time
he takes a step back
he's under attack
but he knows that no one can touch him now
he seems so at ease
a strange inner peace
its all that he's feeling somehow
he's got all kinds of time
he's got all kinds of time
all kinds of time
he's got all kinds of time
all kinds of time
he thinks of his mother
he thinks of his bride to be
he thinks of his father
his two younger brothers
gathered around the wide screen t.v.
he looks to the left
he looks to the right
and there in a golden ray of light
and there his open man
just like he planned
the world is his tonight
he's got all kinds of time
he's got all kinds of time
all kinds of time
he's got all kinds of time
all kinds of time

She Takes
She takes one step back
And falls to the ground
Can not seem to stop laughing
Joking they say to all she has done
Not nearly what she sees tonight
All kinds of time she says
All kinds of time
She has all kinds of time
Drinking with despair they take her down
Throwing it all around
She has no money to spare
As she ask for help from her friends
All kinds of time he says
All kinds of time
He has all kinds of time
Writing it all for him to see
The way he use to be
No father around as she passes out
From not sleeping she's been wishing
All kinds of time they say
All kinds of time
All kinds of time to break her down
Nothing around as she picks herself up
In a place that has no name
Came on a bus with a bottle
She's been drinking
She settles down with no help
Can't remember the last night she felt sound
All kinds of time she says
All kinds of time
She has all kinds of time

Lemmings Into The Sea
How to watch an atomic blast?
From 200 miles away, hands over closed eyes.
Even then, light is so intense
you see all the bones in your hand.
Within miles of epicenter, everything vaporizes.
You are ash in atomized flash.
Lucky you, slowly drifting to radiated earth
radioactive fallout - atomized out of it now.
Winds over 500 miles an hour
hurl buildings bodies through air.
Those in shelters are pressure-cooked
by giant incinerating fire storms.
Bacteria, from millions of unburied dead,
produce all manner of admirable epidemics.
Your immune system - ruined by radiation
you are at merciless mercy of horrific plagues.
The luckless living envy the ashen dead.
Much as dedicated doctors
would like to help
you in this, your hour of agony,
they will not be alive.
City, health workers, medical supplies,
do not exist! Only
molten memories of a bygone time.
Forget it all, speak of neutered now
in safe terminology of science,
United Nations comfort us now.
Ostrich head in sand man
I see only apocalyptic apathy,
in your ironic terms now.
Ours is an unprecedented age
we witness surgical agony of birth,
on a tightrope, with repercussions echoing
to doomed depths of oblivion.
Outstripped evolutionally morally
in a new sociology we grapple
with conflicting split emotions,
by virtue of new trinity necessity.
Peacemaker Missile? Hitting multiple targets
in same guideable instant of misguided time.
Enhanced Radiation Warhead leaves buildings intact
kills only targeted metropolis people.
Warfare finally in regimented step
with the jaundice judicial process
which places property and wealth
above undervalued human life.
M.A.D. not meaning insane
but Mutual Assured Destruction.
20 megatons a bomb equals a thousand Hiroshima’s.
Plus one Trident submarine, carries 24 missiles,
with 408 warheads like a thousand destroying suns?
Nitrous oxides
from a fraction of man’s
nuclear stockpiles
would destroy,
earth’s critical filter.
Children live near meltdown,
Atomic Power Plants,
building radioactive sandcastles.
Play in contaminated dirt die young
must be the new nuclear flu.
Dump lethal waste in dying sea
it is only lethal radioactive waste
for a quarter million, half life years?
And cast concrete blocks might last
200 hardened years possibly?
I want to grow up not blow up
scribbled on the wall in crayon.
Who is going to kill
a million dollar a minute industry?
Unintelligible.
The Atomic Bombing of Hiroshima, August 6,1945 was potentially possible, after the Manhattan Project produced the first three viable weapons. The Trinity Test, July 16,1945, was the successful ground based test of Gadget; a plutonium bomb, atop a 100-foot tower, in the Jornado del Muerto Valley in New Mexico.

Man On The Side
six numbers
one more to dial
before i'm before you
i tried to call
been busy all night
gave up waiting at daylight
excuse me mrs. busybody
could you pencil me in when you can?
though we both know
that the worst part about it
is i would be free when you wanted me
if you wanted me
oh, i am the man on the side
hoping you'll make up your mind
i am the one who will swallow his pride
life as the man on the side
one of the many
but one of the few
to stand back and wait for you
excuse me mrs. busybody
could you pencil me in when you can?
though we both know that the worst part about it
is i would be free when you wanted me
if you wanted me
if you wanted me
oh, i am the man on the side
hoping you'll make up your mind
i am the one who will swallow his pride
life as the man on the side
life as the man on the side
i fell in love with a dream that i built of you
playing the part of the queen
taking my own advice
i'm giving up tonight
good luck to you and the king
excuse me mrs. busybody
could you pencil in?
though we both know that the worst part about it
is i would be free when you wanted me
if you wanted me
if you wanted me
i am the man on the side
hoping you'll make up your mind
i am the one who will swallow his pride
life as the man
you know life as the man
living life as the man on the side
