I learned that we can do anything, but we can't do everything... at least not at the same time. So think of your priorities not in terms of what activities you do, but when you do them. Timing is everything.

Whether Or Not I Am Welcomed
You don't sit with a wish,
That I be responsive to you...
Do you?
Those days have decayed my patience.
Delaying my own priorities,
To please others...
Have removed those activities,
From my need list.
And I burned it!
Guaranteeing,
I would not be emotionally revisiting!
Patterns of relied upon sacrifices...
Have faded away with yesterday's news.
I've learned to find satisfaction,
In my own selfishness.
I had to!
Folks enjoy abusing others.
And themselves.
Once I tasted happiness...
I became addicted.
Oh yes!
Not a streak of guilt,
Rushes through my mind!
None I am trying to locate and find.
I have placed my wishes as number one.
To get things done.
Whether or not I am welcomed,
By procrastinators.
You know the ones who come together,
To stir up fresh batches of hypocrisies.
Not me!
I've graduated.
I've been given my diploma.
I don't take time to find something wrong,
With my life!
I wish to uncover each moment of bliss to live.
And if I have to create it myself...
It will be done!
No time am I going to waste in someone's face,
Sharing miseries.
The world has produced enough of them,
Who are already scholars!

Happy They Have Been Able To Please
At one time,
People were complaining...
No activities for them were scheduled.
Today,
More than enough diverse activities...
Are scheduled for those wishing to participate.
And there are those calling from their windows,
That the planners of the activities...
Should have not scheduled them,
On the same day.
And that is why they have chosen,
Not to take advantage...
Of any those choices made available.
And the ones caring less,
Who is expressing what and for what reason...
Come and go to do as they please,
With a doing to get done...
Keeping prioritized,
From Sundown to Sunrise...
Their own focused motivations.
At one time,
People were complaining...
No activities for them were scheduled.
And the naysayers are still there,
Supplying from one event to another...
Their unsolicited critiques.
And the planners,
Who have scheduled such activities...
Are thrilled and happy,
They have been able to please...
The wants, wishes and needs of everyone.
They seem to be anyway.
'My goodness.
How were you all able to do this? '
~Excuse me?
I had earplugs in my ears.
We all do.
Most of us have removed them.
Those of us on the committee.
Do you mind repeating that?
What was it that you said? '

There is timing in the whole life of the warrior, in his thriving and declining, in his harmony and discord. Similarly, there is timing in the Way of the merchant, in the rise and fall of capital. All things entail rising and falling timing. You must be able to discern this.

Two Timer
She thinks shes high fashion
She thinks she looks divine
And thats what I keep tellin her
I tell her all the time
And she tells me she likes fast cars
She says she likes mine the best
And just because of that, baby
You think shed forget the rest, no, no, no
Just call me a three time loser
Thats all Ill ever be
cause my babys such a two timer
You know shes two timing, shes a-two timing me
Two timer, my baby is a two timer
My babys a two timer
My babys a two timer
My baby, shes a-two timing me, timer
Two timer
Just call me a three time loser
Thats all Ill ever be
cause my babys such a two timer
You know shes two timing, shes a-two timing me
Two timer, two timer
My babys a two timer
My babys a two timer
My baby, shes a-two timing me, two timer
My baby is a two timer
Shes nothin but a two timer
Its the truth baby, youre a two timer
My baby is a two timer
My baby is a two timer

Time in Hell
I float in time with open mind...
A quest; a chance of riddled thought:
Infinity squared, then seek to find
An answer; pained and overwrought,
I dodder with an addled head;
Befuddled, merging with a haze of
Mysticism, then to tread
A metaphoric swamp – a maze
Of existentialism…
But now for time to tick in rhyme
With ‘tock’ – a clock to tell thro’ chime
Precisely on the knell
That as I dared to understand,
I must be deep in Hell…

Time
Time, time
Time, time, time, time
Ticking time, timing time
Time and time and time in time is time
for time in Hell is time and time for time, is time
Oh time is time, time, time, ticking time in Hell
Ticking time, timing time
Time, time, time, time
Time time
Time

When You Got In
I Went Out
Such Is The Wrong Timing
Of Your
Compassion
Then We Talk
About The Proper Timing
Of Our Desires
You Set The Time, The Place, And The Mood
Now It Is Not Just Desire But
Love
Yes, Love,
But Sometimes I Still Wonder
What Love Is
When Two People Meet At The Proper Time
The Proper Place, And The Proper Mood
When Everything Seems Right
And Yet
Feels So Wrong
When Everything Is Supposedly Proper
And Yet
There Is Still This
Feeling Of Impropriety
I Am 48 Years Old And You Are 49
And I Am Just Asking
When We All Want To Be Inside The Room Of
Ecstacy
And Yet
They All Want Us
Out
Just Because They Also Feel
That The Timing May Be Right
But It Simply Does Not
Look All Right
And Then You Are A Little
Bit Irritated And You Ask
Finally

Running Time,
Running Time,
Running time,
Ahead of all timing,
It is not waiting for any man,
There is the running in me that is seeing a future,
Time taketh a man away,
I see that time is not waiting for any being,
It is only that we conjecture on the Blessing's that we are about to receive,
Not wasting any time is even better,
Iam a man that need's respect,
I find that value and time is all waiting for that joy,
All time and all moments,
There is that calling that I find life harder than ever before,
In all that man can do,
Time is separating man from knowledge and Kingdom that is to come,
There is nothing worth like Time,
We conjecture on timing,
Time is like,
It is a god head.

Every Hour I Have Is Precious
You said you would be here.
And gave a time when you would arrive.
That time passed.
I did not get upset.
I elected to believe you had other priorities.
Since you did not call me to confirm that!
A week had gone by...
And you left a message on my answering service.
I did not call right away,
Since at the time I had priorities.
I called you when I could.
And when I expressed that...
You believed I was upset!
I was not upset at all.
At least I did call!
I spoke the truth.
I had something else to do!
And you weren't on the agenda!
There is nothing in my life,
I have put on hold...
For anyone to make a decision,
How best to use my time!
Certainly not to play tag!
Every hour I have is precious.
Obviously...
I am the only one that feels that way!

Speaking Terms
I apologize if my actions yesterday,
Seemed a bit petty.
I have been stressed lately.
And took that out on you.
I'm sorry.
I hope we will still be on speaking terms.
'No problem.
None at all.
You have proven...
To have more experience,
In that area than I do.
And when I witnessed that...
I learned to leave you alone.
I have forgiven AND forgotten.
And I did that within seconds.
Sure...
We can be on speaking terms.
I can do the 'hi' and you can do the 'bye'.
And on our good days...
We can switch that around!
How's that?
You want to practice it now? '

Good-hearted Woman
(waylon jennings, willie nelson)
A long time forgotten
Dreams that just fell by the way.
The good life he promised,
It aint what shes living today.
Shes never complaining
Of the bad times and the bad things hes done.
Lord, she just talks about the good times theyve had
And the good times to come.
Shes a good-hearted woman
In love with a good-timing man.
She loves him in spite of his ways
That she dont understand.
Through teardrops and laughter
Theyll pass through this world hand in hand
A good-timing woman
In love with a good-hearted man.
He likes the bright lights and night life
And good-timing friends.
When the partys all over
Shell welcome him back home again.
Kinky!
Lord knows she dont understand him
She does the best that she can,
This good-hearted woman
Loving a good-timing man.
Kinky, aw!
Shes a good-hearted woman
In love with a good-timing man,
She loves me in spite of my wicked ways
She dont understand.
Through teardrops and laughter
Well pass through this world hand in hand,
A good-timing woman
In love with a good-hearted man.
Shes a good-timing woman
In love with a good-hearted man.
She loves me in spite of my donald duck ways
She dont understand.
(one more time!)
Through teardrops and laughter
Well pass through this world hand in hand
Kinky!
A good-timing woman
In love with a good-hearted man.
Ah-ooh!
A good-timing woman
In love with a good-hearted man.
Ah-ooh!

Make A Change
I see it on the streets as we walk right by
what little value we place on human live
but it's time we get priorities It's time to rearrange
won't turn away any longer it's time we make a change
people so cold they ignore others pain
people too proud to realize that we're the same
but it's time we get priorities It's time to rearrange
won't turn away any longer it's time we make a change
