The NFL offensive blocking is played differently; they use their hands instead of their head and shoulders.

Differently
Wish you told me by and by,
That my life would come to this,
That I'd have to find a way
to let things go,
That my friends would turn to foes,
And my love would come to blows,
Then I would have done some things
differently.
Differently...
I would ask you out every night.
Differently...
And I would make you feel so good.
Differently...
And appreciate the things that
you bring to me, babe.
Differently...
Oh yes I would, oh yeah.
Yeah, I know you tried and tried,
But your signal I just missed,
When you said my little girl
would soon be gone,
Yes I didn't hear you then,
And it might be too late now,
That's another thing I'd do
differently.
Differently...
Like trying to make you feel
loved every day.
Differently...
And saying little things to
let you know how I feel.
Differently...
Yes I can hear your young
voice calling me, babe.
Differently...
Oh yes I can.
When I 'm away I call you up,
And you don't seem to miss me as much,
But I know our love
is still there in your heart,
Just differently.
Differently...
Oh yes, I can hear your young
voice calling me, babe.
Differently...
Oh yes I can.
Differently...
I'd appreciate the things that you
bring to me babe, yes I would.
Differently...
Oh come on back to me babe,
bring your love back to me.
Differently...
Oh yeah I need your love,
I need your love.
Differently...
Yes I can tell you babe,
I need your love.
Differently...
Today is a brand new day, yes it is.
Differently...
Got to get your love back, babe,
come on now bring it back to me.
Differently...
Turn it around babe, turn it
around and bring it back.
Differently...
Yeah, yeah, oh yeah, got to get
your love back, come on babe.
Differently...
Yeah I can hear your young
voice calling me babe.
Differently...
Come on back to me, come on back,
yeah yeah, turn it around.
Differently...
Oh yes I can, yes I can.
Differently.

Winners From The Very Beginning
They were all dealt from the same deck.
And played their cards,
Accordingly.
Doing those things they believed were correct.
And whispering over their shoulders,
How they would win over others.
None of the players suspected,
They were being played and used.
None of the players suspected,
They were being used and abused.
And thoese they 'assumed'
Had losing hands.
Because they seemed to have lives,
Bombarded with obstacles.
Actually were the winners from the very beginning,
Because they were the ones...
The dealer had chose.

Nervous Breakdown
Im about to have a nervous breakdown
My head really hurts
If I dont get the hell outta here
Im gonna go berserk, cause
Im crazy and Im hurt
Head on my shoulders
Im going berserk
Always talk the same old talk
The same old lies
You see the way I am
You stop anytime you can, cause
Im crazy and Im hurt
Head on my shoulders
Hm going berserk
Im crazy and Im hurt
Head on my shoulders
Im going berserk

Ten-year-old boys move differently than middle-aged women, who move differently than athletic guys, who move differently than government bureaucrats.
Put The Weight On My Shoulders
Put the weight on my shoulders
Take the load off of your mind
Cause the headwinds that blow
Will fade away in time
Rest yourself on my waters
Take the lifeline from me
Rise above what has passed
And let yourself be free
I only know what love must bear
Through laiden times I will be there
And when your down Ill break the fall
Loose the weight on my shoulders
It aint no weight at all
I only know what love must do
When fortune cries Ill follow you
And when your down Ill break your fall
Put the weight on my shoulders
It aint no weight at all
Put the weight on my shoulders
See you star how it shines
Cause theyre so many dreams
Left to find
Put the weight on my shoulders .....
Put the weight on my shoulders .....
Put the weight on my shoulders .....
Put the weight on my shoulders .....
Put the weight on my shoulders .....

Giving In
Giving in may,
Not be a benefit.
Giving in may,
Just be an excuse to quit.
Giving in may,
Not be the end of it
If,
What is done to another is offensive.
Giving in may,
Not be a benefit.
Giving in may,
Just be an excuse to quit.
And giving in may,
Not be the end of it.
If,
What is done to another is offensive.
Saying what is wrong to one,
May not be the right thing.
Especially if the other is a lover.
Who believes what is done,
Is okay and approved.
With an acceptance expected,
To be received as cool.
Giving in may,
Not be a benefit.
Giving in may,
Just be an excuse to quit.
And giving in may,
Not be the end of it.
If,
What is done is offensive.
And it is said and admitted.
Giving in may,
Not be a benefit.
Giving in may,
Just be an excuse to quit.
Giving in may,
Not be the end of it.
If,
What is done is offensive.
And an argument begins,
That is unended.

Chant
the lotus chant
i hear this morning as i listen
attentively i feel like all hands
are massaging my whole body
i close my eyes
and feel the piano keys
running among themselves
producing the
monotonous sounds of
sleep
this morning you hear
it differently
sounding like some frogs
in the rain
you love it more like it
you see
we feel differently
like night and day.

Massaging The Queen
My hands anticipate the final moment..
Where from your shoulders
down through upper-arm's
pass your forearms
and onto meeting your hands...
Their length my hands will travel..
In a gentle grip caressing every muscle
while pulling every joint..
Bridging-over to your back
continuing from the top of your bottom
through your exquisite waist with flat palm's
and tender loving fingers..
Slowly moving over lungs searching cautiously
seeking your pleasure..
With eyes close I will become one with your body
and you one in blissful Zen..
My hands will meet your shoulders once again
there they will travel towards each other
until meeting your neck
and rise scrapingly through your hair
until meeting your crown..
I will whisper my adoring passion to your ear
assuring my devotion to your kingdom..

Your Move
Written by terry shaddick and steve kipner, 1983
Found on your move and the very best of america.
I don't understand it 'cause you won't say yes
But you don't say no
Sayin' no we shouldn't you keep holdin' out
But you don't let go
I'm givin' up on trying
To sell you things that you ain't buying
It's your move (your move)
I played all of mine
Time (ah) is running out
Make your move (your move)
Or we can't go on
Till (ah) you understand
It's all in your hands
It's your move
You're giving me the business with that old come on
But you don't come across
You get me so excited don't you know you're such a tease
When i think you're gettin' hot, you're not
(oo) so what's the problem, what's wrong
This kiss and miss you know it can't go on
It's your move (your move)
I played all of mine
Time (ah) is running out
Make your move (your move)
Or we can't go on
Till (ah) you understand
It's all in your hands
It's your move
(know it can't go on) go on
I'm givin' up on trying now it's (your move)
Girl, if you ain't buyin' now it's (your move)
I gave it all i got now it's (your move)
I thought you were hot but you're not so it's (your move, your move, your move)
It's your move (your move, ah)
I played all of mine
Time is running out
Make your move (ah, oh)
Or we can't go on
Till you understand
It's all in your hands
It's your move
It's your move (your move, ah)
I played all of mine
Time is running out
Make your move (ah, oh)
Or we can't go on
Till you understand
It's all in your hands
It's your move
It's your move (your move, ah)
I played all of mine
Time is running out
Make your move (your move, ah)
Or we can't go on
Till you understand
It's all in your hands
It's your move ...

Different
We were born from poppies. Our skins breathed like the stalks
of our birth givers. Our hairs grew and intertwined.
We were born from poppies. Our skins breathed always
differently, our eye blinked always differently and
we differently counted steps
childlike and pebbles
in little shoes, differently
burned our vocal fires and the letters
we folded differently in different colours
with different post stamps, floral oral tongues
we spoke, the children watched us, we counted,
the river knew, we counted memories and images.
How many images and memories?
We were born by our river in the fragrance of earth and grass
sweated out of the warm womb of cloying red poppies.

Perfect Circle
Put your hair back, we get to leave
Eleven gallows on your sleeve
Shallow figure, winners paid
Eleven shadows way out of place
Standing too soon, shoulders high in the room
Standing too soon, shoulders high in the room
Standing too soon, shoulders high in the room
Pull your dress on and stay real close
Who might leave you where I left off?
A perfect circle of acquaintances and friends
Drink another, coin a phrase
Heaven assumed, shoulders high in the room
Heaven assumed, shoulders high in the room
Heaven assumed, shoulders high in the room
Try to win and suit your needs
Speak out sometimes but try to win
Standing too soon, shoulders high in the room
Standing too soon, shoulders high in the room
Standing too soon, shoulders high in the room
Standing too soon, shoulders high in the room
Standing too soon, shoulders high in the room

The Beauty of My Reality
Keep in mind...
When you decide it is time,
To critique my 'disposition'.
None of the scars I have,
Did you earned.
Keep that in mind!
And remember this...
It took me years to perfect,
The art of being offensive.
And knowing who to direct it to!
Long before you arrived...
I saw those adorn their charades,
To masquerade in disguise.
You...
On the other hand,
Wouldn't understand...
The roots of my embitterness.
Your pains came from TV watching.
With that as an association.
To channel switch or stop with blocking.
You can if you wish dismiss my experiences.
To delude them with your fantasies kept!
But my steps no one has sacrificed to make.
They wouldn't know how they are placed.
Or what it takes to make them.
And that is the beauty of my reality.
