Unico Hijo
what you love is the gift
the giver has gone away taking away what
you want to keep inside you
leaving you empty and despised
but you must let it be
letting go, because what you care most
now, is the gift of love
this unico hijo, this, one, who is with you
in flesh and blood
he too shall take what you have
what you keep inside you
you open like hands and he will grasp
what love is there you have reserved

Just because a bit of snow is falling.

A wonderful gift from God,

I am sending you all
a gift for Christmas.
The gift isn’t big at all,
but when it blossoms,
it is the biggest gift of all.
