So the system we have in radio and television today is the direct result of government policies that have been made in our name, in the name of the people, on our behalf, but without our informed consent.

The heightened public clamor resulting from radio and television coverage will inevitably result in prejudice. Trial by television is, therefore, foreign to our system.

A Thing Of The Past And Obsolete
There are those dissatisfied,
With current government policies.
And wish to take it upon themselves,
To return to wholesome qualities.
But guess what?
Those who chose to participate,
In blatant corruption and greed...
Have waited too late.
And their needs by those they've made elite...
Have been ignored.
And today those they've trusted,
Consider them and their values mistreated...
A thing of the past and obsolete.
There are those dissatisfied,
With current government policies.
And wish to take it upon themselves,
To return to wholesome qualities.
But guess what?
The time for them to wake up...
Has gone.
Just like the humming,
Of a favorite song once sung.
Never again in these times to belong...
To anyone with wishes to hear or sing,
Those old songs sung with heartfelt reminiscing.

If government, or those in positions of power and authority, can silence criticism by the argument that such criticism might be misunderstood somewhere, there is an end to all criticism, and perhaps an end to our kind of political system. For men in authority will always think that criticism of their policies is dangerous. They will always equate their policies with patriotism, and find criticism subversive.

We didn't have television until I was about eight years old, so it was either the movies or radio. A lot of radio drama. That was our television, you know. We had to use our imagination. So it was really those two things, and the comics, that I immersed myself in as a child.

This is a government takeover of our healthcare system. It is the government basically running the entire healthcare system, turning large insurers into de facto public utilities, depriving people of choice, depriving people of options, raising people's prices, raising taxes when we need new jobs.
The only result of our present system - unless we reverse the drift - must be the gradual extension of the fascist sector and the gradual disappearance of the system of free enterprise under a free representative government.

Keep Me Informed
Keep me informed,
When you think you see dawn.
And you are through with darkness
That supplied subdued restlessness.
And you wish to move on!
Yes...
Keep me informed.
Keep me informed,
When you're hopelessness has gone.
I will be there,
To chip aware what is left of your despair.
And you are prepared to sing songs!
Yes...
Please keep me informed.
Keep me informed,
If you feel you've been wronged.
With me I will help you undo...
Bitterness I have felt too!
And we will build a love...
Recognized and true.
Yes...
That is what we will do.
If you keep me informed.
Just keep me informed,
Take your time...
But don't take that time too long!
I've been searching for you.
You are someone who sees through...
Clouds you wish to lift!
And I am here,
To assist with the lifting of it!
Yes...
Keep me informed.
I know together we belong!

For years everyone looked toward the demise of radio when television came along. Before that, they thought talking movies might eliminate radio as well. But radio just keeps getting stronger.

Seeking Less Government In Their Lives
The majority of the people
Rush to have their liberties quoted
As stated within the framework
Of the constitution
At yet
These liberties representing the same people
Are said to interfere too much
In the lives they wish to live
People are seeking less government in their lives
But it is the government they run to
To protest their entitlements
Are not being represented as documented
And those they elect
Are eventually despised
For not implementing those policies
Created to describe standards and precious values

Eyes-radio-lies
Slipping past position
You know I watch you dive
Watching you painted in chrome max factor
And feeling number one
all alone now
I can see you way, to the drone
Radio waves, hitting your brain from the phone
I can see
I cant see whats on your mind
Because your never alone
I am the voice inside your head
And the eyes in your radio
Im the eyes in your radio (radio, radio)
Im the eyes in your radio (radio, radio)
Hello mr. race car driver
You know Im watching you too
In the trauma-room, brain dead, still you went faster
Now your number means nothing
Mr. nickel-plated candyman
Are you feeling in lifeless in aluminum
Spinning decisions to the core
As everyone dances in the fast lane
I cant see whats on your mind
Because your never alone
I am the voice inside your head
And the eyes in your radio
Im the eyes in your radio (eyes in your radio)
Im the eyes in your radio (radio, radio)
With all thats fake, theres sence to make
From toys that break (from toys that, from toys that break)
Its time to throw away, all the bad things that you hated
You scared yourself away, now heres what you appreciate
Thats why people lie (people like you)
Thats why people lie (people like me)
Thats why people lie (people like you)
Thats why people lie (people like me)
Thats why people lie (so go away)
Thats why people lie (people like me)
Thats why people lie (people like you)
Thats why people lie
Im the eyes in your radio (eyes in your radio)
Im the eyes in your radio (radio, radio)
With all thats fake, theres sence to make, from toys that break (radio,
Radio...)
With all thats fake, theres sence to make, from toys that break (radio,
Radio...)
With all thats fake, theres sence to make, from toys that break
With all thats fake, theres sence to make, from toys that break

Radio Ga Ga
Words and music by roger taylor
Radio Id sit alone and watch your light
My only friend through teenage nights
And evrything I had to know
I heard it on my radio
You gave them all those old time stars
Through wars of worlds - invaded by mars
You made em laugh - you made em cry
You made us feel like we could fly
Radio
So dont become some background noise
A backdrop for the girls and boys
Who just dont know or just dont care
And just complain when youre not there
You had your time you had the power
Youve yet to have your finest hour
Radio
All we hear is radio ga ga
Radio goo goo
Radio ga ga
All we hear is radio ga ga
Radio blah blah
Radio whats new?
Radio someone still loves you
We watch the shows - we watch the stars
On videos for hours and hours
We hardly need to use our ears
How music changes through the years
Lets hope you never leave old friend
Like all good things on you we depend
So stick around cos we might miss you
When we grow tired of all this visual
You had your time you had the power
Youve yet to have your finest hour
Radio
All we hear is radio ga ga
Radio goo goo
Radio ga ga
All we hear is radio ga ga
Radio goo goo
Radio ga ga
All we hear is radio ga ga
Radio blah blah
Radio whats new?
Someone still loves you
Radio ga ga
Radio ga ga
Radio ga ga
Radio
You had your time you had the power
Youve yet to have your finest hour
Radio

A Week From Today
A week from today it will be the sixth anniversary of the day the towers crumbled.
A week from today the vivid pictures will flash across the television screen remind us of that day.
A week from today mothers, fathers, sons, daughter, friends and even strangers will gather at ground zero and weep as they remember the death the saw that day.
A week from today the President will get on television as we are grieving and remind us this is the reason we’re in Iraq.
And a week from today just like today I will look at my television and yell to the president that is bullshit. You SOB you used our anger and hunger for vengeance of that day to make us believe war is the only way to fight terrorist.
My heart goes out to all those who died from this war and those who died on what will be six years ago A week from today.
Bleeding On The Radio
Bleeding on the radio
I see the feeling flashing and eye
Awake the frequency of your life
Put back what you take
Make up what you break
Or watch the tv burn the sky
Bleeeeeeding on the radio
Bleeeeeeding on the radio
Dont you ever take it
No
Now im bleeding on the radio
I need a vision to run away
From htis world we live in today
Put back what you take
Make up what you break
Or watch the tv burn the sky
Bleeeeeeding on the radio
Bleeeeeeding on the radio
Dont you ever take it
No
Now im bleeding on the radio
Pull the lever
Fight forever
Dynamite a hole in the sky
Humming on you
Comming on through
Over in the flash of an eye
Dont you ever close your eyes
Coz it gets you every time
Waking up to make a sign
On the Radio Yeah
Bleeeeeeding on the radio
Bleeeeeeding on the radio
Bleeeeeeding on the radio
Dont you speak your mind
Bleeeeeeding on the radio
Bleeeeeeding on the radioooooo
The radio
Bleeding on the radio
Bleeeeeeding on the radio
Bleeeeeeding on the radio
Bleeeeeeding on the radio
