Frankly, mr. shankly, this position i've held
It pays my way, and it corrodes my soul

Another Football Season Ending
Another football season coming to an end
not even the play offs to look forward to
still that's becoming the norm
when you support my team in Sky Blue.
But my loyalty is always going to be there
and I'm proud to be a Coventry City fan
turning up to all of the home games
and as many away matches as I can.
We'll all be miserable throughout the summer
with no interest in Cricket or Wimbledon
too busy thinking about next season
than lying on a beach in the sun.
But I'll put myself through it all again
as I have done for so many years
hoping that next season is going to be great
but knowing it'll probably end up in tears!

We are the last remaining country to allow ourselves two breaks in the season. You just have to look at England, Italy and Spain, they play right through the season. We on the other hand take six weeks off in the winter until the end of January, and that is a luxury.

I had to act in a school play when I was about ten years old. I really didn't want to do it. But everyone had to do it so I didn't have a choice. A talent agent came and watched it and later gave me some work. It's funny because I'd always known that I wanted a movie career. I just didn't think that I would be in the movies.
