Nothing is as approved as mediocrity, the majority has established it and it fixes it fangs on whatever gets beyond it either way.

I May Well Be A Mediocrity
I MAY WELL BE A MEDIOCRITY
I may well be a mediocrity
One who tries and tries
But never really inspires-
I may well be one of the many
Called but not chosen-
I may be more another small unimportant disturbance
Than one whose work is of real meaning and value-
I may well be a mediocrity
And an ultimate nothing-
Whose words are now saved by a new technology
But will be dust forever -
I may well be a mediocrity
Despite wanting so much not to be-
I may well be a mediocrity
And probably am-
In which case I apologize
To the reader of this
If there is one
For taking your time.

I Am Not Proud Of Being A Mediocrity
I AM NOT PROUD OF BEING A MEDIOCRITY
I am not proud of being a mediocrity-
But if I am
Does this mean
I should stop writing forever?
Does it mean I should spend the rest of my life
In bitter angry lament?
If I am a mediocrity
And chances are good that I am
Then perhaps I should just try to live with it
And understand
The only one who's time will be wasted
And who will give attention to all this writing I have done
Is me.
Mediocrity or not,
I can still try to be a fairly decent human being.

It is proof of a base and low mind for one to wish to think with the masses or majority, merely because the majority is the majority. Truth does not change because it is, or is not, believed by a majority of the people.

Raised To Praise Ignorance
If mediocrity is selected as a favorite flavor,
Of the majority of people raised to praise ignorance.
Then mediocrity it will be,
To smother the influence of those most capable.
Although the ones more intelligent,
Have always been those in the so called minority!
And the evidence of that,
Is as clear as someone mistaking...
A mama grizzly bear for seasoned and trained rats!
Ideas are stolen,
To enhance the ones that have no competitive chance.
And that is not a rumor,
That is based upon identifiable facts!
'Show them how a wheel is made,
And they will run you down in a car they've built.
Show them the positive usage for making a fire,
And everything around you will be burned.
Show them the advantages of keeping a weapon,
And they will kill themselves.
But not until they do that to others first! '

The Minority Government
The wise are in minority.
The rulers are in minority
Rogues too are in minority.
So are captains and militants.
Teachers are in minority.
Bishops are in minority.
Juries too are minority.
So are smugglers and the rich.
Americans are in minority.
Human beings are in minority.
Minority rules the majority.
Minority rides the majority.
Majority yields to minority.
Majority fears the minority,
And loves to play the role of drudgery.
The sign of majority is slavery

Mediocrity
Mediocrity is the cursed of the damned!
Failure to great men
Who set their bows
And aim skywards
To strike their starry targets.
Mediocrity is success though
For lesser mortals...............
Short sighted non-visionaries
Who always hope for lady luck
To bail them out
Of their misfortune recurrent.
So then, for many
Mediocrity is success!
To a select few......
An abject failure!

The basic policy of the British Government was that since the majority of people in Northern Ireland wished to remain in the United Kingdom, that was that. We asked what would happen if the majority wanted something else, if the majority wanted to see Irish unity.
The Majesty of the majority
The arrogance of the majority
Kills the freedom of the minority.
The authority of the majority
Checks the progress of the minority.
The humility of the majority
Tends the growth of the minority
The majesty of the majority
Grants the safety of the minority
Let the Babaar majid be rebuilt.
[The majid was an unused mosque built centuries ago in the place of a Hindu temple, and was destructed by the Hindu faith people giving a shock to the country’s secularism]

I don't know anyone at the highest levels who approved Abu Ghraib. If President Barack Obama for a moment thought that somebody at a high level had approved it, he would go after them.

There Is A Poetry Of Mediocrity
There is a poetry of mediocrity-
One simply utters whatever is on one's mind
In whatever language it happens to come-
One says the simplest thing in the plainest way
One expresses the moment-
Anyone can write the poetry of mediocrity
And everyone can read it-
I know what it is
I have written it often
And you are reading it now.

To Be Convinced To Begin To Take Notice
If what is going on had not been approved,
Why are they sobbing so loudly?
'That's the point.
It was not approved.'
How long did it take for them to be convinced,
To begin to take notice of it?
'Just because it has been in their presence,
For decades...
Doesn't validate anything.'
I see.
'You act as if you have no empathy.'
Really?
I didn't realize it was an act.

Intended And Meant To Enforce
Ignoring the opportunity,
To keep flourishing the growth of possibilities...
Leads to a diminishing of mediocrity.
And once a mediocrity encouraged leaves...
A dropping to scratch the bottom,
Invites a decadence to live and thrive...
As if intended and meant to enforce,
With an endorsement that is advocated.

Defamatory
what you said
was too defamatory
you paid him money
to tell a lie
and he got the money
and told the lie
the lie becomes a snake
with sharp fangs
the fangs contained the venom
and now
it spits back at you
you may not be dead
but i know that you are numb
for more lies
you too has become the snake
that spits the venom
that has grown fangs
now so immune
you manufacture all the lies
in that snake pit
of yours
how can the gods explain
such existence as you?

It's Hard To Be Me
You see me everywhere, in my underwear
You may wonder what I'm here to sell
But underneath my stare, I'm so naked there
There are secrets I'm dying to tell
It's Hard to be Me
Nobody knows what it's like to be
The envy of mediocrity
If you could see
All my depth and complexity
I'd think you'd agree
It's Hard to be Me; It's Hard to be Me
I am up here alone, on my glamorous throne
Want to thank all you people down there
I was once an unknown, like you but I've grown
I have so much I'm hoping to share
It's Hard to be Me
Nobody knows what it's like to be
The envy of mediocrity
If you could see
All my depth and complexity
I'd think you'd agree
It's Hard to be Me, It's Hard to be Me
I guess you think that it's hard for you
Walking 'round in your little shoes
You don't know how I've sacrificed
To live this life, to look so nice
It's Hard to be Me
Nobody knows what it's like to be
The envy of mediocrity
If you could see
All my depth and complexity
I'd think you'd agree
It's Hard to be Me, It's Hard to be Me
Me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me
