My job is to interpret the law based on how the legislature and the court has done it and then, of course, to use our system of justice to develop some new legal tools and new concepts.

Beyond all reasonable doubt For J.T ellison
Can it be that you believe?
that justice is what you receive.
If you submit your case to court.
It ought to be but it is not.
All thought of justice is forgot
bogged down in legal argument.
Though you have right upon your side
Although you know the witness lied
it does not mean you’ll win your case.
You cannot prove his words untrue
so there is little you can do.
and at that point your case will fail.
Justice is blind and can be found
outside the court with her eyes bound.
Because she cannot bear to see.
The happenings inside the court
Injustices of every sort
No justice just a travesty.

Justice...
… Slow Justice
Is Better Than No Justice
… I Just Want Justice and Peace
To Feel Justice
It Must Be Real Justice
Not Cut-Deals Or Just A Piece
Full Justice
Not Pull The Wool Justice
She’s Already Been Blindfolded Enough
We Accuse Justice
But To Lose Justice
Is To Unlock Chaos’ Cuffs
Justice …
Is Lustrous
In Pearls Of Conviction Displayed
Justice …
The Huntress
Were Wild-Wily-Wrongs Are Caged
A Cry For Justice
Is Why Justice’s
Scales-Weights Shouldn’t Be In Doubt
Legal Justice
Be Equal Justice
With Rules To Balance It Out
Honest Justice
Promise Justice
Is Right For The Poor and Oppressed
But Even Rich Justice
And Even Quick Justice
Should Be A Standard, Silvered Process
Raw Justice
Shouldn’t Be Flawed Justice
But Free To All Everywhere
The Power Of Justice
Is That The Hour Of Justice
Doesn’t Run Out Of Time Anywhere
Men Must Court Justice
And Support Justice
To Qualify For Her ‘Your’ Honor
And Seek Justice
And Speak Justice
And Be A Worthy Defender Word-Warrior
Some Have Burned Justice
Some Have Spurned Justice
In The Lies That They Have Sworn
Some Have Raped Justice
Then Gaped At Justice
Laid Bare Like Loss Innocence In Porn
Oh Sweet Justice
Don’t Beat Justice
We Are In Races But We Shouldn’t Fight
Some System Of Justice
Has Idealism Of Justice
But The Whole World Needs To Get It Right …
Then True Justice
And Overdue Justice
Will Be The Law Of Every Land & Life
Without Justice
You Can Count Justice’s
Tears Rolling Down In Strife
The Hope Of Justice
And Scope Of Justice
Is That Justice Answers To GOD
The Mercy Of Justice
And Courtesy Of Justice
Will Be The Final Plea Bargain LORD …

We have a history of gender and racial bias on our court that continues to undermine the system. Excluding individuals based on race is antagonistic to the pursuit of justice.

I Am Here To Represent My Mind
Im here to represent my mind
Why do we live inside our mind?
Never wish for the wrong
You could've had it for long
Already things happen aside
Put you off place- rocksteady decide
Long stride to get whats in need
Only chance there is to succeed
I reason with the morals of ghosts
Use my knowledge as a tool
Plauged by many worthy hosts
Anti-segregational rule
His face is shadowed
He lurches his steps
An existance perceived to the greatest of depths
Materializing thoughts
The tangible crusade
Generations develop, change and then fade
Concepts in concepts- beautiful concepts
Concepts in concepts- dutiful concepts
Uprooting concepts, relating to indepth
Making you a metaphor, exposing the real depth

Youth Criminal Justice Act
YOUTH CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACT July 28th 2011
By
James Bredin
The names of young criminals can't be published so we don't know,
In any ordinary neighborhood this could be quite a blow,
But politicians thought the Youth Criminal Justice Act was great,
Lots of politically correct ideas and not much public debate.
A symptom of the influence of our aristocrats at the time,
Add that to the already soft court system, easy on crime,
Then appointed Santa Clause Supreme Court that banned euthanasia,
Indeed Canadians seem to suffer judicial amnesia.
Pompous politically correct activists with statistics,
Ordinary people without referendums are skeptics,
Legal aid lawyers and social workers get a great workout,
Don't seem to have much trouble getting criminals bailed out

Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied
Justice seekers wait day after day,
Month after month, year after year
Even decade is passed but
In course of justice they don’t hear.
Sometimes they pass away
without getting the justice.
Such delays lack faith
In system amongst the public.
Maggu's land was captured
In an act of atrocity
And his cow was stolen
From his own vicinity.
With good efforts of police
The stolen cow was traced
But died beforel order of justice
To return it, was graced.
Maggu filed an other suit
Demanding for compensation;
His land dispute was already
Pending under litigation.
Finally justice prevailed
He got verdict in his favour
Compensation and his land
Years he waited with fervor.
But by the time justice given
Old Maggu was died
This is how legal maxim
Justice delayed is justice denied.

When we talk about justice in America we're really talking about justice brought about by the people, not by judges who are tools of the establishment or prosecutors who are are equally tools of the establishment or the wardens or the police officers.

A Misplaced Or Progressive Justice
Great temples are nowhere in the concrete jungle of the town;
Temple sculptures are nowhere in beach statues or park trees;
Peace and beauty are nowhere in noise and pollution by traffics;
Spiritualists or poets are nowhere among fanatics and drunkards!
Are population and pollution by vehicles the progress of town?
Is God proving to be everywhere by vanishing temples in towns?
Can peace and beauty resurrect in the busy towns of progress?
Who can rectify a town full of misplacements in the modern times?
For developing backward classes, opportunities for others are denied;
Even in the court, justice renders judgements based on this method!
Can social justice be attained by punishing generations of other classes?
Is it not just giving opportunities to all poor men in education and jobs?
Justice has become just ice in many judgements pronounced here;
Chasm has widened between classes dividing the society into pieces!
Misplacement of people in all walks of life has deprived efficiency too.
Can this kind of misplacement or progressive justice develop a nation?

Court System Problem Oct 22nd 2012
Court-ordered publication bans for no apparent reason,
Is it another Youth Criminal Justice Act silly season?
Have they hidden a name or allowed a repeat offender to walk?
If the public knew, would they show their disapproval and squawk?
Or have we gone politically correct and over to their side?
Or has justice gone like Doctor Jekyll and Mister Hyde?
Or is this just another secret name that the system will keep?
Could we, as a nation, have turned into a flock of sheep?
This is supposed to be a democracy - not a secret shop,
Where too frequent publication bans seem to be nonstop,
Every word spoken in court should known in the community,
Otherwise certain criminals and their friends may have immunity.

Is There A Legal Ground
Is there a legal ground?
One can stand on to feel safe and sound.
Is there a legal ground?
One that can be found that's not shaking around.
Is there a legal ground?
One that is near,
Not to be feared...
And if one should fall,
A solidness is clear!
Is there a legal ground?
Anywhere.
One understood.
One that is shared.
Is there a legal ground?
One that is cemented...
Making feelings of it different,
With a jumping up and down...
Packing heavy weighted pounds.
Is there a legal ground?
Around...
To be found!
Is there a legal ground?
Around...
To be found.
Is there a legal ground?
Around...
To be found.
Is there a legal ground?

Where's The Freedom And Justice?
where's the freedom and justice?
trapped behind bars
watching lightning fast cars
where's the freedom and justice?
why keep hope
when happiness pops like soap
where's the freedom and justice?
cant breathe
cant leave
where's the freedom and justice?
hate misery
hate mystery
where's the freedom and justice?
you get raped
get interviewed on tape
where's the freedom and justice?
goes to court
but his bad luck is not the unlucky sort
where's the freedom and justice?
he get's away
i like an idea that's revenge is a way!
where's the freedom and justice?

Selected to Make Decisions
So behind the eight ball.
Those that can not see the forest...
But also can not interpret the tea leaves.
Even if they had a sip of it,
They would choose to have it sweetened.
Regardless of the affects or purpose.
Or the intentions of the ingredients.
To move and advance forward,
There has to be steps made!
This requires effort.
With a fading of rhetoric.
And the saving of the paving of it.
When someone claims to be aware,
But can not see a moving truck.
Or stares at a beachball...
That hits them in the head,
Because they do not duck.
I pause for concern!
Something in their 'awareness'
A common sense has not been taught
From experiences learned.
And these are the folks who provoke without knowing.
So behind the eight ball.
Those that can not see the forest...
But also can not interpret the tea leaves.
Even if they had a sip of it,
They would choose to have it sweetened.
Regardless of the affects or purpose.
Or the intentions of the ingredients.
These are the folks who see an oncoming train.
And stand in the middle of the tracks to ask...
'If I stood here,
Would that train hit me?
And if it did...
Will I get hurt? '
And they have been selected to make decisions,
Based upon their wisdom!
To move and advance forward,
There has to be steps made!
This requires effort.
With a fading of rhetoric.
And the saving of the paving of it.
Observe situations as they are.
And not how one chooses them to be.
See clearly the obstacles!
And perceive reality...
As being something based upon concepts concrete!
It makes the living of one's life much easier.

Canadian Fearful Death,2012
I've known far too many great people who are now long dead,
Some did it painfully without much dignity, which I dread,
And our politicians, priests and judges think this is how it should be,
This was how Sue Rodriguez got her Supreme Court decree.
It's a known fact that you and I will eventually die,
Our dignity in death cannot be arranged and I don't know why,
Something to do with our religions or our Supreme-Court law,
We cannot change this and that of course is a major legal flaw.
And the problem gets larger as we get older and closer to death,
And like Sue Rodriguez, they want us all to lie down and forget,
And the preachers, the pastors and the priests all claim that they are right,
Don't you dare disturb their system and give them a fearful fright.

A Group of Appoıntees
Your grandson at the abortion clinic before he was born,
Was killed; will never have a name and no one will even morn,
It was made legal by a Supreme Court decision long ago,
There is no legal obligation that you should even know.
There is something very wrong here though, as you can plainly see,
A civilized society controlled by a group of appointees,
And no one can ask because it’s all politically correct,
Death by abortion and Canadians cannot interject.
Therefore we all need binding referendums like the Swiss,
Elected Senate and Supreme Court and please, no more of this,
Proportional representation and no more first past the post,
And death with dignity might help some of us sick and old the most.
