Be honorable yourself if you wish to associate with honorable people.
Please Keep The Pain
please keep the pain
do not attempt to throw pain away
please be patient
do not scream do not tell the neighbors
do not shame pain by running wildly on the streets
screaming about your pain
please do not create a scandal for this
honorable family in pain
please keep the pain for a while and be honorable
there is decency in pain
keep this pain with a clean face on a smooth disposition
let your arms lay there
appease the pain
as though pain is a baby that you want to put to sleep
soon it will go
nothing is permanent in this world
nothing will last forever
the pain may not subside but soon it will have its right time
it decides to go by itself
there is no choice
we will have this pain too
our pains in silence
because we are honorable too
you will never know
we will never tell you we are decently in pain too
we are honorable
we do not make presumptions that we will survive
but we will
these pains that make us decent and honorable
our faces will not show these pains
we will not even tell
we just keep them without complaining
we are decent we are honorable
we are the survivors

The Noble and The Rogue
The nobles are whose dirt is perfumed.
The rogues are whose virtues are soiled.
The rogues rather than the nobles lend
You a genuine hand when in trouble.

To many a man, and sometimes to a youth, there comes the opportunity to choose between honorable competence and tainted wealth. The young man who starts out to be poor and honorable, holds in his hand one of the strongest elements of success.

A Factory Mass-Producing Idiots
I think there is a factory somewhere
which mass produces idiots for our society.
They build a brain individually
to work on a backward slope,
and at the end of the line,
someone inspect everyone.
This one will be a politician
and this one will be a boss.
Can you imagine it,
an assembly line of idiots
all coming off the conveyer belt!
They say that automation
is with us today.
Oh how I wish they could do
what we really need.
A conveyer line of bright sparks
to lead all the idiots away,
preferably very far away.

Sea Rogues
Out in the sea, in the rough waves
A ruffian galleon in pursuit of ill-gotten wealth
Its crew of sea rogues out for stealing
They are led by a dark-hearted captain, Captain Health
This crew goes about stealing and killing
A terrible life for which they crave
A merchant galleon, they spotted
The ruffian ship on hot heels of the rich-laden ship
Moving forth at a speed to get closer
The ship of bandits had the merchant ship within its grip
The other ship, filled with chaos, disorder
Robbed clean and dry, the ship had bloodshed
Taking everything they’ve stolen
The sea rogues rejoiced with the prized stolen items
For celebration, they drank rounds of rum
To have amassed jewels, gems of great desire to them
Sang songs of the seas, played with pipes and drums
This is a sea life, they see as golden
They set sail towards land for keeps
Going at a great speed, the galleon headed west
The days went by, until they reached the shores
The rogues rejoiced, their journey laid to rest
Packing the stolen riches was the chore
The sea rogues had them treasured somewhere deep
The stolen riches are kept somewhere
Buried in one of the caves in a lonely terrain
Far away from the society’s reach
All these to make sure that no treasure is lost in vain
Then the sea rogues set out into the beach
Out into the sea, for more robbery there

the case of Mr. Death
Mr. Death you are accused
of stealing live people
and killing them
instantaneously
without giving them
notice and the
opportunity to
prepare
so that at least they
can finish their
business
not only that Mr. Death
you are also doing
some illegal activities
as genocide
mass poisoning
of people
mass killing during
wars, typhoons,
cyclones
and earthquakes
and floods
what can you say
about these
charges Mr. Death?
and Mr. Death says
' I am just doing the
Will of the Lord
I too am His Servant'
and the Jury
The People
understand and
hand the verdict
of Acquittal

The drafters of the Constitution had made one simple but far-reaching error. They'd assumed that the people selected by The People to manage the nation would be as honest and honorable as they'd been. One could almost hear the "Oops!" emanating from all those old graves.

Sic a Parcel of Rogues in a Nation
Fareweel to a' our Scottish fame,
Fareweel our ancient glory;
Fareweel to e'en our Scottish name
Sae fam'd in sang and story.
Now Sark rins tae th' Solway sands,
An' Tweed runs t' th' ocean..
Tae mark whaur England's Province stands:
Sic a parcel of rogues in a nation!
What force or guile could not subdue
Thro' many warlike ages,
Is wrought now by a coward few
For hireling traitor's wages.
The English steel we could disdain,
Secure in valour's station.
But English gold has been our bane:
Sic a parcel of rogues in a nation!
Oh, would or had I seen the day
That treason thus could sell us!
My auld grey head had lien in clay,
Wi' Bruce and loyal Wallace!
But, pith and power, till my last hour,
I'll make this declaration:
We were bought and sold for English gold!
Sic a parcel of rogues in a nation!
