The insurance companies aren't covering that. Should Monsanto be liable for these losses? Should the state government? Who's going to cover the losses? The fact is, here's an industry with no long-term liability in place.

Well, I'm telling them two things. One is that, look, this is going to be something when the American people realize - once it's passed - that, A, it does take care of preexisting conditions; B, you're insurance rates aren't going to skyrocket; C, the insurance companies aren't going to be running the show like they were before; D, you're going to be in a position where you can keep your insurance that you have. That once the American public realizes that, you're going to get a reward for this. They're going to be rewarded.
Monsanto GM not Wear Dated Ultron-Z
I was familiar when Monsanto when I sold carpet.
(Beckwith-Evans to be exact, where I was spared my demise by a duo of thugs)
Monsanto Ultron-Z was fiber that was 'wear-resistant',
And later Monsanto was involved with many things and that's not all of it.
GM, not General Motors, is genetic modification of the food supply, that is a constant.
GM is far away from petroleum products, but is it?
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) I think hides it head in the sand.
But also I think they don't give a S%&t.
Monsanto's is everywhere in it's Global fingertips on the food chain.
From Africa, to Europe, possibly to China, America, and India.
It's possible that someday Monsanto could create weather to make it rain.
Everywhere from the Gobi Desert to a farm in Indiana.
If Dupont gets into the picture,
Then there would be a 'Cold War' between the two chemical companies.
It would give a whole new meaning to the term 'chemical warfare',
It can be that the two companies would align and bring the world to its knees.
Food can be the ultimate weapon.
Warlords in Africa starved people by preventing food to them,
It is ploy that was used for centuries
From the movie Taras Bulba to the present day, no food to gather and fen.
I first wrote an observation, Morton,
-about a corporate take over in the world, you can read it, if you please.

The National Flood Insurance Program is a valuable tool in addressing the losses incurred throughout this country due to floods. It assures that businesses and families have access to affordable flood insurance that would not be available on the open market.

Wisdom
Let's go to the green steps of the lawn
And do the sums of life there sitting down
If we want only profits and no losses
And all the losses turn into profits
And all the profits turn into losses
Then the scale of life, of course, dis-balances
This leads us not in paradises but, of course, in hells.
It seems to be small whatever things we gained
It seems to be big whatever things we lost
If all the lost things are gained
And all the gained things are lost
Then life is not, at a gain but definitely at a loss.
If the profits are the blissful graces
Then the losses are not less than the spices
Whatever we do on the steps sitting
All these are not sums but a bargaining
This Leads us nowhere but to do mistakes
In this we never do profits but always do losses.

With a record of 75 fights and 6 losses, some of the losses were very questionable including Brian Nielsen when we fought in Denmark. I knew I won but they didn't give me that fight.

win some lose some BABE
win some lose some
that is life
who said that i can have all
the candy bars in the store?
nobody
who said that i can be all
that i am?
no one
i have the power of choice
the free will
and so
let me tell you
i will celebrate on my winnings
i will forget all my losses.
a toast to my success.
a silence to my losses.

Insurance Coverage to Indians
Insurance Companies assure coverage
to those who die early
and those who live long.
Among the greying population in India,
the number of centenarians
rockets more than in China
as the Indians have a long life span.
This is nerve-wracking
for the Insurance Companies
which have sold annuity plans
to individuals, who must be paid
a lump-sum once a year till they survive.

We cannot but feel uneasy about the losses caused by humanity themselves. Apart from the losses of life and property in destructive wars, the environment and natural resources are also being destroyed by human hands.

The definition of winning has become distorted. If winning the rights to a property brings with it hundreds of millions of dollars in losses, what have you won? When faced with the prospect of heavy financial losses, we have consistently walked away and have done so again.

Now is not the time to give greater protections to pharmaceutical companies that put unsafe drugs like Vioxx on the market. Such protections have nothing to do with the liability insurance crisis facing doctors and should be stripped from this bill.

Who's paying the million bucks? The insurance company. We've been trying for years to get the insurance industry to say to the gun industry, We won't insure you unless you have policies that will reduce the likelihood of guns falling into the wrong hands easily.

Today we have a health insurance industry where the first and foremost goal is to maximize profits for shareholders and CEOs, not to cover patients who have fallen ill or to compensate doctors and hospitals for their services. It is an industry that is increasingly concentrated and where Americans are paying more to receive less.

Who is responsible?
When molten magma surfaces
beneath an ancient glacier.
A bitter struggle then takes place
to prove which is superior.
The superheated steam produced
expends its force explosively
With molten rock and ice reduced.
Almost instantaneously.
To particles of dust and smoke
projected high into the sky.
Just Mother Natures little joke
A fact that no one can deny.
She demonstrates her power to show.
That though we think we’re in control
that we are not. She lets us know
that she’s in charge from pole to pole.
She forces us to ground our planes.
Ensures it isn’t safe to fly
as long as the ash cloud remains
suspended in the upper sky.
There’s very little we can do.
Except to wait impatiently
and let the scientists review
the situation constantly.
If and when they do decide
the sky is clear and safe to fly.
And not potential suicide.
There will be many asking why.
It took so long to satisfy
The powers that be, we could fly
without compromising safety.
We’ll ask but will get no reply.
We can accept as being true.
We do not trust the government.
Regard it with a jaundiced view
A bias which is permanent.
Damned if they don’t damned if they do.
We aren’t prepared to recognise.
That what they say could well be true.
That we were taken by surprise.
An act of God it’s classified
that lets insurers off the hook
Our claims will not be ratified.
They will go strictly by the book.
They will not lose they never do.
The small print will make sure of that.
It may be sad but it is true.
most claims they’ll simply turn down flat.
They’re glad to take your premiums
but they pay out reluctantly.
and only pay the minimums
They have to pay out legally.
Volcanoes, earthquakes acts of God
Although they happen frequently
myself I find it rather odd
are not covered by your policy.
Disasters strikes you’re on your own.
As you discover far too late
Although in fact you would have known
if you had read the rules they state..
Though well concealed in the small print.
You can’t complain they were supplied
Insurance companies make a mint
and we are left unsatisfied
