Too many radiologists still believe there is a risk from a chest x-ray. Few radiologists can explain radiation to the patient in words the patient can understand.

My main frustration is the fear of cancer from low dose radiation, even by radiologists.

Basic life support
Basic life support consists
A number of life-saving techniques.
Patients with cardiac arrests,
Improves the survival rates.
As you will learn head-tilt,
Chin-lift and jaw thrust maneuvers;
Circulation, airway and breathing
Are very important things as well.
In case patient is unconscious,
Check his level of consciousness.
If there is no pulsation,
Start chest compressions.
Every minute is important.
So never stop,
Compressing the chest
Until blood reaches the brain
and has enough oxygen.
When pulses are back,
Circulation is alright.
Give two rescue breaths at first.
Then see the rise and fall
On patient's chest.
Just make sure,
Pulses are there.
When patient is awake
As he regains consciousness,
Explain what happened.
Monitor vital signs
Every five minutes.
When he can tolerate
As his vital signs are stable,
Advise doctor's consultation.

Clueless is the transgender.
Is the person in dispute
He, she, neither or both?
Genetics, Endocrinologists,
Psychiatrist, Gynecologists,
Radiologists, and Surgeons
Take a look, examine and fail
To concede it male or female.
A female is with female organs
Fully functional, with female
Hormones and 46 xx chromosomes.
Any deficit or any mix
Will upset the gender specific
And one will go clueless.

Anita
The bold and the beautiful,
The right time will come for the patient ones;
But do believe in yourself first!
And like a knock at your door with the words of joy.
I have been knocking and waiting,
But the right time will come for the patient ones;
And in various views and forms,
But like a dream of meeting Anita one day.

Be Patient, Trust Me, Do As I Say
You won’t believe the things for you I have in store
As time goes by, I’ll give you more and more
Be patient, trust me, do as I say
And I’ll continue guiding you day by day
You’ll never guess the plans I have for you
Continue always asking me what I want you to do
Be patient, trust me, do as I say
And I’ll continue guiding you day by day
You can’t even imagine the places you will go
When tomorrow comes, I’ll let you know
For today, be patient, trust me, do as I say
And I’ll continue guiding you day by day
I’ve finally understood your sole request today
That’s all I have to do, just listen and obey
Be patient, trust you, and do as you say…

Patient, Thou speak’st only the truth
The truth, he speaks, the patient, sick when he's,
'Tis rare for him to tell a pack of lies;
If not, the Diagnosis will go amiss,
The patient knows all this if he is wise.
How can the Doctor know the malady,
Without the patient telling his Symptom?
Diagnosis must precede the Remedy,
A commodity, Health's bought but seldom.
0 patient, Thou better speak truth alone!
The Doctor is no real Demi-God;
Help him help thee, 'fore thy family shall moan;
If thou art ill, Doctor is next to God.
Diseases can dupe the best of Doctors,
A bad history can turn into thine hearse.

The Patient
Think of the patient;
Hear his cry;
With pain and suff’ring,
Eyes go dry.
Think of his poor state
And his mind;
His diseased body,
Doctors find.
Think of the patient
His travail;
Him from agony;
None can bail.
Think of the disease
Without cure;
Man lives for God’s sake:
And endure.
Think of his doomed fate;
None can change;
If drugs still work ’tis
From God’s range.
Think of the patient,
His family;
Can you give succor?
For what fee?

In Cosmic Time
Don't panic!
Be patient.
Aren't those the words you said to me?
Don't worry!
Things will change.
Maybe the wait wont take four hundred years.
In Cosmic time,
That's just a dropp in the bucket.
Don't panic!
Be patient.
Maybe your bucket will come brimming to the rim!

Hopefully What Is Given
You were promised a change,
You could believe in.
It comes.
Be patient.
They are working on a plan,
To ensure you become taxed...
With a certainty you can believe,
Has changed from the past!
You were promised a change,
You could believe in.
It comes.
Be patient.
And the change you seek...
Hopefully is given,
By someone allowing you to eat!
You were promised a change,
You could believe in.
It comes.
Be patient.
Hopefully what is given,
Will provide a cup of coffee too!

There are allowable limits for radiation going - I mean there's radiation all around us. There's radiation from your television set. There's radiation from your computer. There's radiation actually occurring in the ground.

Do You Hear Me?
Give you
Time?
To do what?
'To comprehend
What you are saying.'
And
You expect me to do what?
'Be patient.'
And in my patient waiting,
What from you can I expect?
'An attempt to understand.'
I tell you what
Why don't you make those attempts
To understand on your own time
And if you find me understanding
With a comprehension you have discovered
Not outdated by my continued journey
Of living life by taking chances
Without making excuses
To introduce myself to fresh experiences
'Perhaps' I may be struck by a bolt of motivation
That inspires me to listen with time given
Just to focus on you
'Oh?
So
What are you saying?
You are not willing to take the time?
So
What is it that you are saying?
You are not willing to take the time?
Do you hear me?
Do you hear me?

Operation- an acrostic poetry
Operation scheduled for today postponed for next day
Patient's anxiety could not be weaned away
Experts came again to check their specialised part of the anatomy
Rating the patient fit for the surgery
All of a sudden the OT activated to the brim
Tension mounted on paramedics and the nearest kin
In the OT the patient was ushered in without time to waste
Oxygen was administered with emergent haste, but
None could stop the soul to exit to rest in peace above.

The Moment Of Patient
Be patient with your motion
when you are free
hold your horse
when you are fleeing
when you speed you can fall
when we march don't be fack
when some one leave
it make you down
you don't leave
to make him down
who forget you
you forgive them
look your steps
where they lead you
watch your dearms
may they kill you
keep on light in your heart
alwaye make it
also charge it
by your mind
save it save it
save the freedom
by your love
make it real for the all
you make remedy not reaction
who will change it
feat of changing
should be changble
face the face of your anger
keep the monster
in his cage
be a human you be patient
so you will win all the glee
glory glory in the moment
of your patient
you can seize it
for one moment
but not more
may you sure
but you may not
then for sure
you be patient

You Do Not See The Wind....
when you are exhausted
to even write a letter
do not be afraid about
losing yourself
into an abyss of
perhaps having outlived
your usefulness
this is a normal occurrence
when you have given up what
does not rightfully belong to you
because you only live on
a borrowed house and what you
have is only the body
of the sea hermit
because you bring nothing here
and so when you finally leave
you ought to bring nothing too
with you
but what place are you going?
do you really know?
what do you have here?
do you really know?
when you are tired now
because there are no answers
bear in mind, always bear in mind,
that that is the only possible truth
of our earthly existence
deep in our hearts
we know of a country
and inside it
is a paradise
it is certain but we do not know when
it is true but we do not know why
just be patient
just be patient
just be patient
here comes the wind
and you do not see it....

A physician is not angry at the intemperance of a mad patient, nor does he take it ill to be railed at by a man in fever. Just so should a wise man treat all mankind, as a physician does his patient, and look upon them only as sick and extravagant.
