Design is really a special case of problem solving. One wants to bring about a desired state of affairs. Occasionally one wants to remedy some fault but more usually one wants to bring about something new. For that reason design is more open ended than problem solving. It requires more creativity. It is not so much a matter of linking up a clearly defined objective with a clearly defined starting position (as in problem solving) but more a matter of starting out from a general position in the direction of a general objective.

Yet if there really were a complete unified theory, it would also presumably determine our actions so the theory itself would determine the outcome of our search for it! And why should it determine that we come to the right conclusions from the evidence? Might it not equally well determine that we draw the wrong conclusion? Or no conclusion at all?

School Advice
Test scores
Do not determine
A person's worth.
But it does
Determine the worth
Of your career.
Be the best you can.
Do the best you can.
For where morality
And education meets
You'll find the wealth
Of each ones value.

Don't You Find Yourself In An Odd Position?
Don't you find yourself in an odd position?
Remember,
It was years ago...
When you mentioned to me,
I could be a bank president...
If I chose to be?
And you went on to gain success in finance.
Only to find you and your position...
Assessed as being outdated and flat broke.
And even with your 'genius' mind...
You can't make a dollar worth more than a dime.
Don't you find yourself in an odd position?
Remember,
It was years ago...
When you mentioned to me,
I could be a bank president...
If I chose to be?
And I chose to see myself happy,
And free of sustained delusions.
And you?
Well...
I can not say,
You did not make your own choices.
You've got your title.
And I've got my life!
With a basicness only happiness,
Has fulfilled.
Don't you find yourself in an odd position?
If not...
You must have adopted fresh delusions.

Mr.Vowel the Judge
The articulatory features that distinguish different vowel sounds are said to determine the vowel's quality. Daniel Jones developed the cardinal vowel system to describe vowels in terms of the common features height (vertical dimension) , Backness (horizontal dimension) and Roundedness (lip position) . These three parameters are indicated in the schematic IPA vowel diagram on the right. There are however still more possible features of vowel quality, such as the velum position (nasality) , type of vocal fold vibration, and tongue root position
Sent him to life imprisonment
for violating the talking manner,
And the innocent found at last
That he's dumb and deaf?
* In matters of style, swim with the current; in matters of principle, stand like a rock.

I see myself as a person who wants to serve the constituents within my district and find a way to move those who are not in our position philosophically to our position.
Let Me Ask a Question
Let me ask you to share for the point sharing, is that an objective?
Victim or not, stories must be told.
Not for sense of position.
But maybe just to let people know your living.
Everyone has their own misdeeds to proceed as false claims.
You hear of them everyday.
Are they connected with the objectives?
That really depends on the person.
As individuals we are all different.

An Easy Dollar Nepotism Has Produced and Made
In the beginning,
Like all games played...
The motive is to undermine,
By an objective no one suspects.
The motive may be publicly announced,
To gain interest, funding and attention.
The objective is to discreetly deceive.
And if this is done with a few collectively...
An intention has succeeded and gains respect.
One can call an organization anything they wish.
With fanfare, music and drumming to assist.
Call it a collection of artists.
Since no one is left to become suspicious of this.
But an over-rated social agency...
To take advantage of one's ignorance,
Seems to have been for 'them'...
An easy dollar nepotism has produced and made.
'Those people know nothing about assembling talent.'
~That has never been their motive or objective.
They needed to find an easy way to feed themselves.
And declaring themselves knowledgeable of an industry,
Was all the proof they needed to bamboozle.
What have they done in the past fourty years?
Besides remodel kitchens and buy new cars.~

The prudent course is to make an investment in learning, testing and understanding, determine how the new concepts compare to how you now operate and thoughtfully determine how they apply to what you want to achieve in the future.
First and Foremost
First and foremost...
With pre-eminence to commence.
I'd like to thank you,
And your listening audience...
For giving me this opportunity
To provide clarification on the matter.
With open and honest dialogue,
About those issues we face as a great nation.
When last I visited,
I had stated 'this' was 'that' time.
And without 'that' to advance...
'This' would not be an enhancement.
Now...
Let me explain my position.
I am sitting comfortably!
Am I not?
Will you concur with me, Dirk!
'This is your host...
Dirk Kincaid.
And yes,
It appears our guest...
The honorable and nobel,
Mr.Chick Crisp...
Is, indeed, sitting quite comfortably'
If I sat 'this' way...
Would 'that' then be another position?
'I am not sure I follow.'
Exactly!
And I would not expect you to, either.
Only a fool would confuse two separate positions,
That are completely different ones...
As debateable!
And for eight years...
Eight grueling years,
I have stayed the course.
I am not expecting everyone to agree.
But 'this' is the position I have taken.
And 'that'...
As you can plainly see, Dirk
Has to be our objective and main focus!
'Well, ladies and gentlemen...
There you have it.
And as always...
We have been given the facts.
Brilliantly stated.
And clearly defined.
Folks...
We have witnessed
One of today's most gifted statesmen of our time.
We...
And I speak collectively for all of us enthralled.
We...
Have been truly blessed by your presence.'
I am the one deeply honored to have been invited!

There can be no Justice
`
Provide us just scales
with which to measure
determine the truth
provide no displeasure
be objective and distant
make sure you're blindfolded
mete out the verdict
swift and without fail.
But for the value of life
remember your own
Each breath you take
opportunities blown
Justice is never served
for the dead remain dead
their chances forfeited
memories defaulted
punitive arrangements
may placate the bereaved
but the dead remain deceased.
