No man is so foolish but he may sometimes give another good counsel, and no man so wise that he may not easily err if he takes no other counsel than his own. He that is taught only by himself has a fool for a master.

Sylvette
Oh thou, my sister,
Who art not my sister,
Listen to the wise counsel
Of thy brother
Who is not thy brother,
Which thou hast given unto me
And which I heard not,
Being that same wise counsel
Which I spake unto thee
In the first instance
And to which thou also
Hearkenedst not.
For each of us,
Who are not sister and brother,
Is wise to the foolhardiness
Of the other,
For, truly, we are
Brother and sister.

Don't follow any advice, no matter how good, until you feel as deeply in your spirit as you think in your mind that the counsel is wise.

He that will write well in any tongue, must follow this counsel of Aristotle, to speak as the common people do, to think as wise men do: and so should every man understand him, and the judgment of wise men allow him.

A Father's Prayer
Lord, make me tolerant and wise;
Incline my ears to hear him through;
Let him not stand with downcast eyes,
Fearing to trust me and be true.
Instruct me so that I may know
The way my son and I should go.
When he shall err, as once did I,
Or boyhood folly bids him stray,
Let me not into anger fly
And drive the good in him away.
Teach me to win his trust, that he
Shall keep no secret hid from me.
Lord, strengthen me that I may be .
A fit example for my son.
Grant he may never hear or see
A shameful deed that I have done.
However sorely I am tried,
Let me not undermine his pride.
In spite of years and temples gray,
Still let my spirit beat with joy;
Teach me to share in all his play
And be a comrade with my boy.
Wherever we may chance to be,
Let him find happiness with me.
Lord, as his father, now I pray
For manhood's strength and counsel wise;
Let me deal justly, day by day,
In all that fatherhood implies.
To be his father, keep me fit;
Let me not play the hypocrite!

Good counsel is no better than bad counsel, if it be not taken in time.
The most excellent and divine counsel, the best and most profitable advertisement of all others, but the least practised, is to study and learn how to know ourselves. This is the foundation of wisdom and the highway to whatever is good. . . . God, Nature, the wise, the world, preach man, exhort him both by word and deed to the study of himself.

We Are All Going To Die/ And It Does Not Matter How Good
WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE/
We are all going to die
And it does not matter how good you are
Or how strong you are
Or how great you are
Or how kind you are
Or how wise you are
Or whatever you are
We are all going to die
And go away forever-
And I walking here
With the pride of my poem
And the pride of my name
And the anguish of what I have done and not done
Will like everyone else
Go away forever-
Whether I have written this poem or not.

She's Determined and a Strong Willed Woman
When her mind's made up,
She doesn't fuss...
Or cry!
She's not the kind to mope around,
Or one to criticize.
With eyes that sigh.
She's not one weak who weeps.
She stands on her own two feet,
And defies,
Anyone who tries...
To fault the way she gets by.
She's determined and a strong willed woman.
And I like it that she's on my side.
She is determined and a strong willed woman...
Who knows what she does when it's done.
She's determined and a strong willed woman.
And I like it that she's on my side.
And there to sleep with me at night.
She's not one weak who weeps.
She stands on her own two feet,
And defies,
Anyone who tries...
To fault the way she gets by.
She's determined and a strong willed woman.
And I like it that she's on my side.
Yes she's determined and a strong willed woman.
And I like it that she's on my side.
And there to sleep with me at night.
When her mind's made up,
She doesn't fuss...
Or cry!
And defies,
Anyone who tries...
To fault the way she gets by.
She is determined and a strong willed woman...
Who knows what she does when it's done.
She's determined and a strong willed woman.
And I like it that she's on my side.
And there to sleep with me at night.
She's determined and a strong willed woman.
And I like it that she's on my side.
She is determined and a strong willed woman...
And defies,
Anyone who tries...
To fault the way she gets by.
She is determined and a strong willed woman...
And defies,
Anyone who tries...
To fault the way she gets by.

Beginning of destruction
pride it’s all your fault
Pride it’s all your fault we in this mess
Pride it’s all your fault we are suffering
Pride it’s all your fault people are shedding blood
Pride it’s all your fault families are destroyed
Pride it’s all your fault people are so greedy and selfish
Pride it’s all your fault people have no love
Pride it’s all your fault are so jealous of each other
Pride it’s all your fault people are so lost
Pride it’s all your fault dying from this horrible diseases
Pride it’s all your fault we have so many orphans
Pride it’s all your fault people are betraying each other
Pride it’s all your fault are dying of hunger
Pride it’s all your fault fathers are sleeping with their children
Pride it’s all your fault people are so heartless
Pride it’s all your fault there is no peace, unity and harmony in this world
Pride it’s all your fault we have all this sorrow
Pride it’s all your fault God has rejected us
Pride it’s all your fault people are so evil
And they have decided to be in love with evil rather than good
You have ruined this world
You are to blame for all this misery
If lucifer did not have pride in his heart we wouldn’t be in this mess
Pride it all your fault! ! !
