Actively be with them, put into meaning, into understanding, into discernment the painful, hurt, dark, complex emotions, feelings while you hold onto your good memories, experiences, feelings, your joyous experiences are the digestive enzymes of the negative. One is light the other is substance. You only grow, you only get stronger, only wiser, when you face both. That is how the good is released into this world; that is how you truly stand in this dwelling place from your soul. This is the only way this world as well as your next world is made real, more humane, more fulfilling to our real many deep and not so deep desires, more spiritual.
