With Rustic And Musked Undertones
You make me blush,
Hushed.
With rustic and musked undertones.
A cologne guaranteed.
One sniff promises.
The quickness of the fetch.
With less lip and more undressing.
Although I lust,
Not so hushed.

There Once Was A Skunk
There once was a skunk that didn't eat meat
he was a vegetarian that didn't want his teeth
to reek.
Only they did with an onion smell
he had a bad taste that everyone could tell.
Except Sarah Star the princess with red hair
she could not smell his stinky smell in the air.
For Skunky put on his 'Secret Dare' cologne
he did this in the comfort of his skunky home.
Every night before Skunky goes to bed
he sprays a cologne all over his head.
The cologne is named 'Secret Dare'
in which gives Skunky an evil streak and flare.
Then Skunky gets his courage and goes
to Sarah's castle in the woods
this is where Skunky took Sarah's precious goods.
The goods that have the Secret's of the galaxy
Skunky hid them for no one to see.
Except John the Troll-
he will one day turn Skunky into a gnome
that way Troll can kick Skunky
out of Sarah Star's beautiful home.

Interesting
There are so many different types of interesting.
Maybe you were trying to use a euphemism.
Most people don't want to hear a dysphemism.
You might of thought it was irresistible.
Theres a opinion going around that it was unfashionable.
Maybe it was very very sad.
Oh no you didn't say is was very very bad.
No one got to hear anything except that it was very interesting.
Its too bad because you had so many types of interesting.
I Like The Rhymes
I like the rhymes of the old fashioned rhymers the men and women of ballad and song
One can sense the rhythm and music in their verses to the bardic tradition they belong
Though in the twenty first century seen by many as out of fashion reading the rhyming stuff I still enjoy
Easy to understand not esoteric I've loved them since I was a school going boy
I cannot claim to be a judge of poetry since I'm not one with literary degrees
I just like rhyming stuff with lots of rhythm perhaps I am an easy one to please
The stuff quite popular in the nineteen fifties now seen as doggerel since the death of rhyme
What's fashionable now in ten years may seem outdated suppose that everything does have it's time
I loved the rhyming poems of my schooldays though that was years ago and far away
Perhaps I'm behind the times in my thinking since I enjoy reading old rhymes today
But then 'tis our different ways that makes us more interesting if we all thought the same how boring we would be
For it surely would be the death of discussion if everyone on all things did agree.

Because We Are Part Of These Mysterious States
to make you more interesting
(not just to myself but more of yourself)
i tell you something that you want to know
and you listen
and you like it and you begin to smile and
feel great about how i speak about you
because you are great and somehow you fail to see it
and never acknowledge it to yourself
before you sleep and at times when you see yourself
in front of the mirror and affirm
the reason why you are here because you pretend that you do not know it.
