My Dead Fathers Dignity
Grandparents met in Japan after the war
A secretary and a soldier
A wounded soldier
My other grandparents were from Iowa
Raised on farms
Dad was a soldier and went to Nam

It is U.S. workers who lose out when employers cannot get the high-tech graduates they need to compete with foreign companies in the 21st century economy.
National film industries tend to move in cycles. In Australia right now, we're on a high, a feeling of potential, which as yet shows no sign of flagging. But the word ""industry"" is misleading. A small national cinema has no industry in the Hollywood sense.
