Lawsuits - and frivolous lawsuits - are just sapping the life out of the people who perform the services and deliver the goods for the rest of the citizenry in the State of Montana.

This week I was proud to join with my colleagues to help pass two important, common-sense pieces of legislation that will limit the frivolous lawsuits by trial attorneys and personal injury lawyers that clog our courts and hurt our small businesses.
As a part of preparing those lawsuits, learning about those lawsuits, I learned about the various nuclear issues in parts of the nuclear production process I guess you'd say.
Cant Get No Justice
black man
in them poverty chains
cant get no justice
in them sterile white courts.
blue collar man
in them grimy working chains
cant get no justice
in them insulated courts.
freedom man
in them speak out chains
cant get no justice
in them walled off courts.
poor woman, ha!
in them second class chains
cant get no justice
in them man-god courts.
you and me
in them angry tired chains
cant get no justice
in them fictional courts!

If Someone 'Is' Dismissed
Do not believe for one second,
One dismissed sits and fidgets...
Wishing their presence is missed.
Too many perceive they have the power to do this.
As if the one that has been dismissed,
Sits making adjustments...
In a chair doing nothing,
But looking at thumbs as a twisting of them is done.
Do not believe for one second,
One dismissed sits with wishes to be enlisted...
Into a clique of forget-me-nots full of 'wannabees'.
And usually they are the ones issuing approvals,
To those fearing rejection.
Too many perceive they have the power to do this.
As if the one that has been dismissed,
Sits making adjustments...
In a chair doing nothing,
But looking at thumbs as a twisting of them is done.
Do not believe for one second,
One dismissed sits and fidgets...
Wishing their presence is missed.
How foolish would this be...
If someone sat seeking for an authority,
To approve the choosing of what they do...
And 'who' they should do it with.
If someone 'is' dismissed,
They should be glad of it.
Since there has been a lifting from them,
Any kind of restrictions.

How Do I Touch You?
How do I touch you?
And 'where'...
If I wish.
How do I do this?
To have you know,
Your feelings have not been dismissed.
How can I say I comprehend,
And understand your thoughts.
If you are expecting empathy!
And I wish to share,
Something I've been taught.
How do I touch you?
And 'where'...
If I wish.
How do I do this?
To have you know,
Your feelings have not been dismissed.
We are more alike than not, you know?
So much alike,
I want that to show!
But 'how'...
Do I touch you?
And 'where'...
If I wish.
How do I do this?
To have you know,
Your feelings have not been dismissed.
How do I do this?
And avoid conflict!

Dismissed
V1:How many times have tried to pull one over on me?
Always mess with me and try to get the best of me. Lookin'
back, all the pain that you put me through. (Why would I fall
for a fool like you?) Now ya talkin' like I never played the game before.
Save ya empty words 'cause I don't wanna hear nomore. Basically you're
trying to take control of me, but you're not what I wanna be.
PC1:I know everything about you. Yesterday has come and gone. I am
better off without you. No lookin' back, I'm movin' on!
Chorus:Never steal the song of my lips. I'll never bow down to give you a kiss, no.
Never steal my innocence. You've been dismissed. (You've been dismissed.)
Do ya best to try and put me down. I'm never goin' back even if I see you around, no.
No, I'm never goin' down like this. You've been dismissed. (You've been dismissed)
V2:Let me break it down one more time. I know you're never gonna change my mind.
That was then, this is now, things are different, no. You're not what I'm livin' for.
PC2:I know everything about you. It's funny how the tables turned. I am better off without
you. Now you're the one who's getting burned!
Chorus 1X
On a falling star you got to where you are, and you think you got the right to own my heart,
but my affection doesn't lie in your direction. You wanna hold me with a lock and key. Cover
my eyes so I cannot see. But in the end we all know who wins. You are over! Over!(Never steal,
never steal, never steal)........ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh....ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh.
Chorus 3X.
You've been dismissed.
Good-bye.

You will read in the newspaper more often about federal courts, but the law that affects people, the trials that affect human beings are by and large in the state courts.

Unified Pursuits
Now that many are awakening,
To see how reality connects and works.
They are wishing to contact those dismissed,
For not being this or that.
And being considered in that past,
As those without identity with a calling them jerks.
And their activities had no connection,
To those living in distressed communities!
Or not being 'real' when efforts they made,
Were ignorantly in need of attack as then perceived.
Times have a way of changing all that!
Now that eyes have been opened wide,
Those caught up in their 'new' discovered truths...
Are curious why those dismissed,
Have no interest in participating in their 'unified' pursuits.
Or retracing...
Those dismissed steps,
They have long ago left!
With a 'Best Wishes' on their peaceful breaths.
And showing not a sign or a hint of regret.
In fact, there is a happiness revealed they reflect.

Brown baby brown baby
As you grow up I want you to drink from the plenty cup
I want you to stand up tall and proud
And I want you to speak up clear and loud
Brown baby brown baby brown baby
As years go by I want you to go with your head up high
I want you to live by the justice code
And I want you to walk down freedoms road
You little brown baby
So lie away lie away spleeping lie away singing
Lie away sleeping lie away safe in my arms
Till your daddy and you mama protect you
? nd keep you safe from harm
Brown baby
It makes me glad you gonna have things that I never had
When out of mens heart all hate is hurled
Sweetie you gonna live in a better world

The Ballad Of Go-go Brown
If thats why they call him go-go brown
Hed say (? )
If thats why some people put him down
Hed say it costs his name as go-go brown
All the girls in town
Used to follow him around
Go-go brown
Go-go brown
All the boys would sing
Were gonna make this go-go king
Go-go brown
Go-go brown
Go-go brown is the smartest guy by far
A brand new girlfriend and a brand new car
The girls all thought that he was heaven-sent
one day this boy will be a president
All the church bells ring
When that go-go used to sing
Go-go brown
Go-go brown
Here the people say
hes gonna be someone someday
Go-go brown
Go-go brown
Then one day some bad men came to call
And go-go knew its time to take a fall
Hes been smoking since the age of ten
He took some crack, he sold some smack
And now hes in the pen
All the girls in town
Used to follow him around
Go-go brown
Go-go brown
All the boys would sing
Were gonna make this go-go king
Go-go brown
Go-go brown
He raised them all
Yes he do
He faced the wall
Yes he did
He stood tall
Yes he do
Who did he let down
Just one man thats go-go brown (? )
All the church bells ring
When that go-go used to sing
Go-go brown
Go-go brown
Here the people say
hes gonna be someone someday
Go-go brown
Go-go brown
All the girls in town
Used to follow him around
Go-go brown
Go-go brown
All the boys would sing
Were gonna make that go-go king
Go-go brown
Go-go brown
All the girls in town
Used to follow him around
Go-go brown
Go-go brown

Lying under oath, and encouraging lies under oath, does go to the very heart and soul of what courts do. If we say we don't care, let's forget about courts, and we'll just have other ways of figuring out how to handle disputes.

Lawsuits consume time, and money, and rest, and friends.
The Jew ruins himself with passovers, the Moor with wedding feasts, and the Christian with lawsuits.
The only people who benefit from lawsuits are lawyers. I think we made a couple of them rich.
