I tried to keep it secret, but the story got into the newspapers. It was more difficult for my family, who couldn't understand why the media wouldn't leave me in peace.

What If

What if I couldn’t see?
I wouldn’t know how to be.

What if I couldn’t walk?
I wouldn’t be able to go to the park.

What if I couldn’t smell?
I wouldn’t know early monsoon shower smell.

What if I couldn’t feel?
I wouldn’t even know how to heal.

What if I couldn’t taste?
All the gourmet food would go to waste.

What if I couldn’t touch?
I wouldn’t know love as such.

What if I couldn’t cry?
I wouldn’t be able to let go of grief even if I try.

What if I couldn’t smile?
I wouldn’t be able to feel light even for a while.

I can do all of these things
Lord, it’s a blessing.

, These are the gifts
We realize when we are unfit.

I have really no clue
How the less privileged do.
I guess with courage and acceptance
They go on with grace.

just how right I am

I just can’t understand
how it is that
the world can’t understand
how right I am
and how wrong it is

OK, we’ll excuse the world, for the moment,
since it is far removed from my person
and my mind
so it can’t really be expected to understand my
unfailing rightness:
just how right I am and how just I am;
but the family, my family –
no, not the family of man
but the damned family of mine, my blood and bones and skin –
I can’t understand for the world of me
why my own family
that eats at the table with me
can’t understand
how right I am
and wrong they are…
just how right I am
and how just I am…
Look, I can understand about the world
but I just can’t understand
how the family….

I mean, this is where the family is important
for if the family can give me
just a little support –
just a teeny-weeny bit – I mean how much
does it take
for the family to see
how right I am
and how wrong the family is.
Is that really asking for too much?
You see, I’m sure you can see,
if only the family could agree
the world itself would see
how right I am…
But what is to be done?
prophets are never accepted
in their own home
and so in their own family too…
and so perhaps the truth lies in this cliché…

still, if one looks at it clearly,
I just can’t understand
how it is that
the world, which includes that silly family of mine,
can’t understand
how right I am
and how wrong it is

Famliy

I have one and you have one.
Even if you don't like it and I don't like it
They are like you and like me but never the same

They are different and some times they understand
But most of the time they don't
and they leave you in the dark
thinking just thinking

Then their is just one Family member that understand
And they save you and show you back to the light
And help you stand on your own feet again
and hold you up and point you the way to go

Family, Family, Family
No one ever likes their family all the time
But no one hates their family all the time either.

Again

Verse 1:
Now I done felt a lot of pain
I done seen a lot of things
FROM struggling and broken hearts to fancy cars (ooh yeah)
and even though my money changed
i try my best to stay the same
but you know with MORE money, more problems came
Chorus:
If I had to do it all again
I wouldn't take away the rain
'cause I know it made me who I am
If I had to do it all again
I've learned so much from my mistakes
That's how I know He's watching me.
Verse 2:
In ATL I caught a case
and the media tried to say
I had a habit, I couldn't manage, and I'm throwing my life away (ooh yeah)
But everything ain't what it seems
just because it's on TV
'cause they speculate and exaggerate for a better story.
Chorus:
If I had to do it all again
I wouldn't take away the rain
'cause I know it made me who I am
If I had to do it all again
I've learned so much from my mistakes
That's how I know He's watching me.
Bridge:
Nobody knows what life may be
It might make you happy, it might make you sad sometimes yeah
But I know there's a reason for everything
That's why i keep believin' that whatever's meant to be
it's gonna be
Chorus:
If I had to do it all again
I wouldn't take away the rain
'cause I know it made me who I am
If I had to do it all again
I've learned so much from my mistakes
That's how I know He's watching me.

'87 And Cry

It's just a one dollar secret
A lover's secrets in the UK
Torn apart in the UK
In the dribble of May-Day
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry
And there's nothing inside
And there's nothing in mind no
And only you
Rocket on thru the sky
Well it couldn't be done without dogs
Yeah it couldn't be once without us
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry
When the days were the days boys
When blue ties were for the bigg guys
Frannie dressing down for the enemy
You saw him hangin' on the enemy
And there's no one in love
And there's nowhere to scream no
And only you
Race on to wonder where
Well it couldn't be done without dogs
It couldn't be once without us
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry
You can't make love with money
You can't make mistakes with babies
Nothing looked good on you
That's how I liked you best
Now you're ready for the real McCoy
Deep in the heart of Cupid
Murder on the heels of love
Just a ghost of a story
Just a one dollar secret
Baby these were the sounds
Baby these were the sounds
And only you
Whisper these things aren't true
Well it couldn't be done with dogs
Well it couldn't be once without us
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry Cry Cry
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry Cry Cry
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry
'87 and Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry
'87 and Cry
Hey
Hey
'87 and Cry

Never Will You Ever Understand It

Never will you understand it.
Why things in my heart wont leave.
You will never understand it.
Never will you ever understand it.

Never will you understand it.
Why I express little empathy.
You will never understand it.
Never will you ever understand it.

My mind has grown too agitated and annoyed.
My emotions tied in knots,
Have long dropped as my topic.
I have a peace within,
I'm hoping will never end.
Or come to the point,
I must defend.
Oh...
You will never understand it.
Never will you ever understand it.

Song of Affluence or I Wouldn't Leave My 8Roomed House for You

I wouldn't leave my little 8roomed house for you
I've got one missus and I don't want two

I love you baby but you must understand
That feeling you's fine and kissing you's grand
But I wouldn't leave my little wooden wife for you

Water tastes fine but money tastes sweeter
I'd rather have a fire than a paraffin heater
And
I wouldn't change my little 8roomed life for you.

So Called Story

Harsh words,
spillling over,
warning the loving daughter.
Hurtful words,
telling the daughter
a one-sided story,
of a tale of deception.
Mother did wrong,
by blaming the father.
By pinning it all on
the new victim of his love.
Choosing to leave the daughter,
Choosing to leave the mother,
Choosing to leave the dear family behind him.
Moving on with a new life
to start again.
Forgetting all that was
Such a sad story to tell the daughter
who never wanted to know.
The secrets behind the new loving family.
Never knowing the truth.
This so called story
is all she now knows.
of the ending of times
between mother and father.

Before I Die

If I was to die next week
I wouldn't try to weap
I wouldn't try to cry
I wouldn't try to have hatred inside me

Before I die
I will pray to the Lord to forgive everybody's sins
And people to have a long, happy, and healthy life
I would pray to the Lord hoping that life will never ruin anybody
If life was to ruin someone, I would want it to ruin me

Before I die
I will spent my time talking to my friends and smile
I wouldn't try to put an angry frown on my face
I will forgive people even if they did something really disgraceful
Because it burdens me when I don't forgive someone

Before I die
I would try to make people around me happy
I would want people to view the world as if there's more kindness and less greediness
I would want the people to forgive easily and let their enemies become their friends
I would want the people around me to laugh a lot before I die

Before I die
I would make everything in peace
So in peace as if life couldn't get any better
People will laugh more instead of cry more
People will smile instead of frowning more
I want people to be optimistic

Before I die
I would want people to find the good things about other people and themselves
I would want the people not to judge others too quickly
I would want people to understand others even it's annoying them
I want the people to be patient and not be so greedy.

If some of these wishes came true
I would die peacefully

When I die
I hope people wouldn't show their tears
I hope I could die with a smile
And I hope that whatever I left behind
Will be something that I could remember when I look from Heaven.

Your Heart With Your Mind and Faith Is Your Doctor!

Some say they would share this if they could.
They can not.
And wouldn't...
IF they could.
Some say they can feel yours!
They can not.
And wouldn't...
IF they could.
Some say they understand.
And if there is anything they can do,
To let them know!
Sincerety like this is difficult to dismiss.
But pain is personalized.
And not quite felt,
Like the one who is feeling it!
Some may empathize, cry and hold your hand.
Rub it.
Or give a hug to pat a back!
It's a fact of your condition.
You are there without a physician.
However,
When your pain comes...
Attaching your heart, body and mind to it?
There is no question who it belongs to!
But what more can a human being being human do?
Some say they would share this if they could.
They can not.
And wouldn't...
IF they could.
Some say they can feel yours!
They can not.
And wouldn't...
IF they could.
Some say they understand.
And if there is anything they can do,
To let them know!
Sincerety like this is difficult to dismiss.
But pain is personalized.
And not quite felt,
Like the one who is feeling it!
And when you are feeling yours...
You know it can not be felt,
Like it has you feeling it!
And somehow you know,
It is there not to be shared!
No matter who, what and how it is perceived.
Only you know 'why' pain feels like it does!
It is yours and it has been received.
And only you can create that feeling to make it heal!
You know it is there and that reality has no appeal.
Your heart with your mind and faith is your doctor!
Your heart with your mind and faith is your doctor!
Your heart with your mind and faith is your doctor!
Faith is your doctor!
Faith is your doctor!
Faith is your doctor!

Path Of Peace

Path Of Peace
By Paul Mc Cann

Peace is an easy path to tread
Peace is where our fears are mislaid
Peace is beginning to restore
Peace for each man, woman and child
Peace for the troubled streets gone wild
Peace is for the old and the young
Peace in the end will overcome
Peace builds trust into a lifestyle
Peace is a friendly open hand
Peace is a place to understand
Peace in the end will overcome
Peace is for the old and the young
Peace is a legacy to leave
Peace is when we don't have to grieve
Peace is and end to all the hate
Peace is why we negotiate
Peace for all the victims of war

Play Again

Late in 1962 New York newspapers reported the story of a nine-year-
old child being raped on a roof, and hurled twenty stories to the
ground.

I draw near to the roof's edge
and seek someone to lift
and hurl me out into vacant air.
I want to turn over and over
rapidly in my plunge, my mouth
open to scream but air rushing
upwards jams my throat.
I am seeking the peace
I never once gave up on
and this is the final way to find it. The living
share me among them. They taste
me on the ground, they taste me
in the air descending. They taste
me screaming, nine years old.
I have playmates
and I leave behind my skull
in their dreams, hands to mouths.
It is because they have no help,
as if to hint to them the way,
if they would understand.
When we played it was to love each other
in games. Play again and love me
until I really die, when you are old
on a flight of stairs.

The End Of The World

Go if you want to
I never tried to stop you
Know there's a reason
For all of this you're feeling
Low, it's not my call
You couldn't ever love me more
You couldn't love me more
You couldn't love...
Me - I don't show much
It's not that hard to hide you
See in a moment
I can't remember how to
Be all you wanted
I couldn't ever love you more
I couldn't love you more
I couldn't love...
You want me to cry and play my part
I want you to sigh and fall apart
We want this like everyone else
Stay if you want to
I always wait to hear you say
There's a last kiss
For all the times you run this way
It's not my fault
You couldn't ever love me more
You couldn't love me more
You couldn't love...
Love me more
Couldn't ever love me more
I couldn't love you more
I couldn't love
You want me to lie not break your heart
I want you to fly not stop and start
We want us like everything else
Maybe we didn't understand
Not just a boy and a girl
It's just the end of the
End of the world
Me - I don't say much
It's far too hard to make you
See in a moment
I still forget just how to
Be all you wanted
I couldn't ever love you more
I couldn't love you more
I couldn't love you more
I couldn't love you more
I couldn't love you more

Wrong Side Story

Life was crazy after this story of love fail; bad things no always happen to bad people, they also happen to good people.
Beautiful family, two floor house and three cars on the garage, you see dad was a lawyer and mom a realtor, and one only daughter, everything was perfect no problems seem to affect this world, where three hearts make one.
But one day the sky became dark, dad lost his job and mom the same and the daughter couldn’t understand so she became broken hearted after the divorce and everything went down the drain.
Now dad is a drunk and mom let her few dollars go trough her nose and the daughter now is living on the wrong side of this story.

I Wouldn't Treat A Dog

when i was up
You'd always come around
When i need a friend
You could never be found
I got a hole
Where my heart used to be
I wouldn't treat a dog, no
The way you treated me
When time was good, love
All of your lovin' was the same
Oh, when the goin' got rough
Boy, you hardly knew my name
You locked me out
And you threw away the key, baby
I wouldn't treat a dog, no no no
The way you treated me
Got me cryin for the love
That i'm needin'
Beggin' like a dog for a bone
Boy, i've spent most of my time grievin'
You turn you back
And you leave me, one of these old days
Lord knows that it's true
Just when you need me the most
I'll be walking out on you
When you say
As you're beggin' down on your knees, baby
I wouldn't treat a dog, no no no
The way you treated me
The way you treated me
I wouldn't treat a dog, no no no
The way you treated me
No, no i wouldn't do it
No, baby, i couldn't do it
I wouldn't treat a dog, no no no
The way you treated me
No baby, the way you treated me

Because of Me

you moved up here
Leaving you girl behind
We met when you began work
You later fell in love with me
And later I fell for you
We hug and now kiss
What bothers me you asm
Your with another girl that's what
So this is our little secret you say
But you engaged and she's having your baby
That kills me inside we both love each other
But you can't leave her alone with the baby its wrong
Your feeling for her are gone you see them in me
But the child will hold you with her
The one you thought was it
Your going to marry her still and have me on the side
Because the feelings you once had for are gone
Its wrong but your willing to do it for love
Your too scared to tell her you found a new love
trust me I understand that feeling
Before we met my engagement was broken off
It hurts me to say no beacause I love you
But think about it
just think if you get caught you will hurt her more
Same thing if you leave her for me
why because its for someone else
You had a good life your going to be a father
And its all falling apart because of me
If we hadn't met you wouldn't feel this way
You would still love her you wouldn't be unfaithful
Its hard and unsteady now because of me
Think about it who matters more than decide
