The superior man acquaints himself with many sayings of antiquity and many deeds of the past, in order to strengthen his character thereby.

Bad, yet superior
Disloyalty is evil
But still superior to infidelity
Ingratitude is bad
But still superior to betrayal
Meanness is low
But still superior to imprudence.
Revenge is cruel
But still superior to assault.

When You Gonna Wake Up?
God dont make no promises that he dont keep.
You got some big dreams, baby, but in order to dream you gotta still be asleep.
When you gonna wake up, when you gonna wake up
When you gonna wake up and strengthen the things that remain?
Counterfeit philosophies have polluted all of your thoughts.
Karl marx has got ya by the throat, henry kissingers got you tied up in knots.
When you gonna wake up, when you gonna wake up
When you gonna wake up and strengthen the things that remain?
You got innocent men in jail, your insane asylums are filled,
You got unrighteous doctors dealing drugs thatll never cure your ills.
When you gonna wake up, when you gonna wake up
When you gonna wake up and strengthen the things that remain?
You got men who cant hold their peace and women who cant control their tongues,
The rich seduce the poor and the old are seduced by the young.
When you gonna wake up, when you gonna wake up
When you gonna wake up and strengthen the things that remain?
Adulterers in churches and pornography in the schools,
You got gangsters in power and lawbreakers making rules.
When you gonna wake up, when you gonna wake up
When you gonna wake up and strengthen the things that remain?
Spiritual advisors and gurus to guide your every move,
Instant inner peace and every step you take has got to be approved.
When you gonna wake up, when you gonna wake up
When you gonna wake up and strengthen the things that remain?
Do you ever wonder just what God requires?
You think hes just an errand boy to satisfy your wandering desires.
When you gonna wake up, when you gonna wake up
When you gonna wake up and strengthen the things that remain?
You cant take it with you and you know that its too worthless to be sold,
They tell you, time is money as if your life was worth its weight in gold.
When you gonna wake up, when you gonna wake up
When you gonna wake up and strengthen the things that remain?
Theres a man up on a cross and hes been crucified.
Do you have any idea why or for who he died?
When you gonna wake up, when you gonna wake up
When you gonna wake up and strengthen the things that remain?

Trinculo: Alas, the storm is come again! My best way is to creep under his gaberdine. There is no other shelter hereabouts. Misery acquaints a man with strange bedfellows. I will here shroud till the dregs of the storm be past.

I don't think my spirituality has affected my character. I feel like my character is much more cynical about his beliefs, and I think I have to kind of drop what I believe in order to play him.

'm really proud of it. To me, it's a movie about character behavior and the pecking order of the pack, as well as the central character's massive survival guilt.

If there is righteousness in the heart, there will be beauty in the character. If there is beauty in the character, there will be harmony in the home. If there is harmony in the home, there will be order in the nation. If there is order in the nation, there will be peace in the world.
Conservatism has had from its inception vigorously positive, intellectually rigorous agenda and thinking. That agenda should have in my three pillars: strengthen the economy, strengthen our security, and strengthen our families.

Our deeds determine us, as much as we determine our deeds, and until we know what has been or will be the peculiar combination of outward with inward facts, which constitutes a man’s critical actions, it will be better not to think ourselves wise about his character.

In The Mirror
I saw his gaze in the mirror,
My gaze was superior for miles.
The innocent way of smiling became real,
His gaze fell from grace to a level
Of importance too known by some.
The mirror’s atmosphere nears function,
Too little are the buttons to press.
May superior art beam on us from afar,
And let windows be mirrors for their art.
A bedazzled crew of workers labour
Night and day, for the cleaning is in order.

The truth suffers
He is mean and still superior to me
As I am greedy that he is not.
He is possessive and still superior,
As I am covetous that he is not.
He visits prostitutes and still superior,
As I have an eye for cuckolds.
But I am held higher than him.

Sayings
I kept all these sayings to my hear t because,
I want my people too to enjoy a little bit as well;
And like the householder and the labourers around my town!
But to bring out your sayings to me my love when,
It matters most to put you in the corner and to love you.

Men And Storms
Calculating and beginning comes to a man,
Knowing what stops him, believing in strength.
A substance is starting to vaporize due to heat,
Man’s heat makes sweat and anger on speech.
Sayings have shadows, deeds have a blade of decency,
So we follow the men who understand and lead.
The sky is also a person, a mighty wall of layers,
Telling everything and saying much.
The oceans partake in pleasure of storms,
Calculating like men and stopping
When sweat has dissipated.
The land surrounds the sea,
And the sea smothers the land-
The land of men, the land of deeds.

Much Like a Famine
The purpose and use for slander,
Is to defame one's character.
And effectively diminish one's character.
Usually done,
To enhance to doer!
Or to undo the deeds one does...
To defeat the success of activities,
Yet to be completed.
However...
This eventually has ill affects!
Since ambitions to destroy,
Spreads a slow decay.
Much like a famine...
Can feed an unsuspecting,
Epidemic.
That can be traced to its origin.

Humanism
To believe
In the deeds
And sayings
In which
We increase
The honour
Of humanity
Is the best definition
Of humanism
In which
The best point
To see
How we
Born
Our origin
Is it the left rib
Of Adam
Or the monkey?
Is it automatic
Or have
Specific
Reasons
Or
The question
You leave
Suspended
Animation?
It is up to
You
To your
Humanism.

For every living creature that succeeds in getting a footing in life there are thousands or millions that perish. There is an enormous random scattering for every seed that comes to life. This does not remind us of intelligent human design. "If a man in order to shoot a hare, were to discharge thousands of guns on a great moor in all possible directions; if in order to get into a locked room, he were to buy ten thousand casual keys, and try them all; if, in order to have a house, he were to build a town, and leave all the other houses to wind and weather - assuredly no one would call such proceedings purposeful and still less would anyone conjecture behind these proceedings a higher wisdom, unrevealed reasons, and superior prudence."

Obviously you have to have talent in order to play so you can't overlook that, but we won't overlook the character issue when it comes to talent because if they have talent and they don't have character, it's going to be very difficult to coach that person.
