I am struck by how casually we as a nation react to the carnage in Iraq.

Walk Casually Into The Sun
As I walk along my chosen path I know there is work to be done.
As I walk casually into the sun
As I stare at the marquis that bares my name I wonder how long will my show run

As I ponder each step and charted course to my next action I ponder, have I yet begun?

As the road gets rocky does this mean a rocky road or just loose pebbles undone

As I look down at my feet and then at the sky, I think where am I what have I become

Iraq is not the only nation in the world to possess weapons of mass destruction, but it is the only nation with a leader who has used them against his own people.

The Battling of a Nation
The inevitable battle strikes the awesome nation,
We call this town a nation of strength, the battle.
Itself the battle climbs, to put on an action of wounds,
The unavoidable victory is theirs, the defeat even theirs.
The battling may become a studied nation,
The work of bright light, a final lunch and an act of carnage
That belittles us if we were a nation of strong acts.
The battle shall learn more from the defeated,
The vanquished are celebrating an ion and atom,
The defeated are celebrating an awesome molecule.

Certainly our goal is to leave Iraq, but we can't leave Iraq with our forces until we know that the Iraqi security forces are capable and efficient enough to defend the sovereignty of the nation.

Well, first, the situation in Afghanistan is much better than it was. But there is no comparison between Afghanistan and Iraq. Iraq has a bureaucracy, Iraq has wealth. Iraq has an educated class of people who are positioned to come in and take over.

I believe in the transformational power of liberty. I believe that the free Iraq is in this nation's interests. I believe a free Afghanistan is in this nation's interest.

War
Iraq war, any old war
all built on false pretense,
Iraq war, any old war
doesn't make any sense.
There are no winners
when wars are fought.
There are only lies
which have been bought.
Iraq war, any old war
are created by the rich.
Iraq war, any old war
creates for them a niche.
But for the ones who go and fight
and never are the same,
They go and visit a wall that's built
that's home to their brother's name.

Your message is stupid. Iraq is not afraid of you or anyone else when it has a right to claim. What you warned about is not on Iraq's agenda. Iraq is vital and powerful. It is not an opportunistic country. Your administration has not learned from the past.

Dr. Rice's record on Iraq gives me great concern. In her public statements she clearly overstated and exaggerated the intelligence concerning Iraq before the war in order to support the President's decision to initiate military action against Iraq.

When I first made Night of the Living Dead, it got analyzed and overanalyzed way out of proportion. The zombies were written about as if they represented Nixon’s Silent Majority or whatever. But I never thought about it that way. My stories are about humans and how they react, or fail to react, or react stupidly. I’m pointing the finger at us, not at the zombies. I try to respect and sympathize with the zombies as much as possible.

terrorism ***** SADDAM HUSSEIN IN NEW IRAQ
He was the dictator
in the old Iraq
the once fertile
the abandoned garden
of Eden rushed
It was always his
first word as the final and executory
handed down from
holocaust- master the
Austrian blood Hitler
in infamous Nazi era
and Saddam tragic death sentence
provoked his old Iraq was beaten
and democracy is running down
in new Iraq alas!
million patriots cheer!
their hearts pound firm
resurrecting freedom
in new Iraq at last!
but I am saddened
with too much grief
children's laughter today
will turn into blues
someday somehow as they grow
they will learn
their new Iraq acquired freedom
is under US Marines GI Joes custody

Iraqi Freedom
They have brought Saddam to justice and handed freedom back
Or at least that is what you tell me to the people of Iraq
But i always thought that freedom included freedom to live free of fear
Whilst every day from Iraq of more deaths through violence we do hear.
If you think Iraq is such a great place to live in you should try living there
And with the basic freedoms that you now enjoy your notes you can compare
For you do not seem enlightened on matters of liberty
On your ideas of Iraq i for one could not agree.
And your ideas of freedom seem quite laughable to me
How can one even know of basic freedom if of fear one can't live free
You should spend your next holiday in Iraq with your wife and family
Otherwise your ideas of freedom i cannot take seriously.
When you talk of Iraqi freedom talk is cheap and words are easily said
The only news we hear from Iraq is of more Iraqi dead
As a holiday destination Iraq i would not recommend
Unless of course you are suicidal and you wish your life to end.

Hacker Hero
How would a healthy,
confident nation,
a nation that loves sport..
how would it react,
hearing that some young hacker
had penetrated 34 was it,
of its most secret websites?
It would say, thanks pal
for showing us our weaknesses..
and by the way, there’s a job
just waiting for you in the counter services..
of course, it would have helped
if he’d been American – he’d have hired PR,
positioned himself as hero; spun the story,
said, I did it for our great nation..
but if he’d been let’s say Russian
or Al Quaida… perhaps we’d never hear
from those red faces at the Pentagon..
So let’s praise the hero hacker
(who by the way, didn’t sell
the info on, to let’s guess who…)
and by the way, you can bet
they have their own guys, highly paid
to test defences by that self-same method..
doesn’t every sport hone its talents
by competition? Oh, c’mon on guys…

Unique National Characters!
Which is better character among nations
Of emotional, reactionary and cold ones?
Indians react emotionally to a situation;
French react immediately and forget;
English react in a cold way to a situation.
Likewise other nations in another ways
React to a situation joyful or tragic in real life.
National characters are built on Nature, culture
That are typical and distinct with each other!
Their characteristics can be seen in sports,
Other activities of arts, culture and technology.
These traits cannot be compared and criticised
Based on the quality of each and everyone
For, they are all unique in their own ways!

That was one of the great successes of removing Saddam Hussein, as we took Iraq out of the picture of having a sovereign nation from which the terrorists could operate. But this war has not gone perfectly.
In fact, it struck me when we invaded last year that if we did it without European and East Asian support, we were risking losing our alliance in Europe in exchange for Iraq, and that is a very undesirable exchange.
