Human Beings

Human being beings are strange in being human,

Strange in love and art and vice,

Strange in being nice

Human beings are strangers in the night

Lights shining on a starry night

No sooner blinked out they are gone

A stranger in the human race

Keeping up keeping face,

Moving on

In crowds and queues and buses

Walking alone at ten

Human beings in being human

Make the strangest men

Not easy to be read,

Or clothed or fed

Or put to bed

Each thought entwined

Lives over signed overlapped

Smaller beings kept but not as 'pets'

Sometimes feel 'trapped'

For human beings are best when left at sea

Frantic firey disordered unchained set free

Their limpet souls make rocks their strange security

For love for life for space,

Human beings are strangest in 'The Human Race'

Vaclav Havel

Human beings are compelled to live within a lie, but they can be compelled to do so only because they are in fact capable of living in this way. Therefore not only does the system alienate humanity, but at the same time alienated humanity supports this system as its own involuntary masterplan, as a degenerate image of its own degeneration, as a record of people's own failure as individuals.

The Murder Of Humanity

Once there lived two friends,
human and humanity.
human was loving and caring,
while humanity spread peace and brotherhood.
under their friendship tree,
everyone was happy and merry.
in the same world lived Hate and Greed, full of sinister.
very different from all the other.
who were always jealous of human and humanity,
and they tried hard to part the friends
and throw them away in different ends.
the did succeed,
in the heart of human they planted hate-seed.
soon the seed started to rear,
and human was left with no love and care.
it turned furious towards humanity.
all their friendship woes turned into enmity.
hate and greed infected human one after the other.
and made human to commit the murder.
end of peace was marked with the murder of humanity,
in some lost corner is the grave of humanity,
now the world knows only hate, greed and enmity.

No, I think the future of humanity will be like the past, we'll do what we've always done and there will still be human beings. Granted, there will always be people doing something different and there are a lot of possibilities.

We have fallen into this very mean description of humanity. Naturalism in fiction is too reductive in its definition of human beings.

Now I pray (in answer to Matthews Phosa

God, help me, You did not create me
to beg for crumbs
and I bend my knees to nobody
but to You who deserve it

and even in my misery You walk on the road with me,
see the boots of the oppressors,
how they trample
my humanity and that of other Afrikaners,
leaving indelible impressions

that begs for your judgement,
that asks that You even break rocks,
destroying them,
who do not consider myself and other Afrikaners as human beings.

Let Your judgement fall as was prophesied,
loosen the winds of Your battle,
let Your broom wipe clean
and free my people and me
that we also each can have a place in the sun
and stay forever free in Your protecting hand.

0040 For Tara's Friends named and unnamed

They’re trained to do the work of love
dispassionately
as if they are the most loving friends
that you could ever have
and, miraculously,
there to help you in your hour – no, those vital minutes –
of your need (and ours) , with every skill
that human beings can devise
to save their fellows;
if they were angels,
could they do a better job?

and today, if we tried to thank them
on the phone – they’d have to call us back…perhaps…
that’s if we could ever get through – no,
sorry, we don’t know their names, that’s
why we’re phoning…yes, security, I understand…

or if we left a message,
picked up as they, weary, leave their shift
that’s been extended due to an emergency or three,
they may have difficulty in remembering
just which that case was, which they dealt with
as lovers even could not,
as angels; human beings as human as could be..

or know how many wept, how many
held their breath, how many prayed;
how many wondered how to pray;
how many are more grateful
than they might ever put in words -

you nameless ones,
I hope that somewhere in your hearts
as you take a few hours’ sleep
before your next redemption of humanity
you may take whatever strength you may ever need
from
yours truly and sincerely,

Her Other Friends

Human beings

Lovely attractive
And gentle this
Human form
I'm human being.

In this human form
Anything can be achieved
By performing own duties
Without any attachment
Free from malice
Towards all beings.

Reaching goal
Where you are
My love my soul
I'm pure human being
And a lighted current flow.

The Song Of Mankind

If human fails to help humanity..
Who will think for humanity
With a feeling of li’l sympathy
Won’t be a matter of indignity…? ? ?

If human fails to help humanity
Who will think for humanity
With a feeling of li’l sympathy
Won’t be a matter of indignity…? ? ?

If human fails to help humanity…..

When a man sells his fellow men..
When a man bids for fellow men..

When a man sells his fellow men..
When a man bids for fellow men..
Uncivilized and uncultured….
Won’t be a matter of indignity? ?

If human fails to help humanity
Who will think for humanity
With a feeling of li’l sympathy
Won’t be a matter of indignity…? ? ?

If human fails to help humanity…

Let us stretch our hands..
To help the needy and poor..
With a feeling of warmth
We can make it sure! ! !

Let us stretch our hands..
To help the needy and poor..
With a feeling of warmth
We can make it sure! ! !

If a man cant be a human…
How would a demon become human? ?

If a man cant be a human…
How would a demon become human? ?
And If a demon becomes human
Won’t be a matter of indignity? ?

A Convenient Escape

To blame God for everything really,
Man does in freedom on this Earth -
Is a Convenient Escape, logically,
For results that our human actions birth.

As all of us are born free to choose,
Decide to be king over our Fate,
Choices that we do to win or lose,
Mark the goals or traps that we create.

We are free to rise and maybe soar,
Free to wallow in Defeat and Pain,
Free to find dreams we are looking for -
Free to stand up and begin again.

We are not born puppets on some strings,
Unable to think and make our move.
We were created as intelligent beings!
We choose and decide, as our lives prove.

Freedom requires Responsibility.
God or no God, we will reap what we do!
We face consequences inevitably,
Some are dreadful and hurting, that's true.

So to blame God for all our failings -
Or what Man, in Humanity, has become,
Is not only denying our Will at deciding
On a noble existence, before the end of life comes.

Epitaph on an army of mercenaries (in answer to A.E. Housman)

In the days that war was in heaven
when its halls was filled with dread,
Satan called holy beings to be heathen,
to wage war and in rebellion to spread.

There the uprising and terror was ended
while they led the human beings on earth astray,
what God created, these wanted suspended
to lead human beings to destruction and away.

Human Beings

It is only love I feel
That will give us peace of heart
In my hour of desperate need
I feel closer to the one
Oh but why...
Please
Human being
If you bleed
they will say it was destined
They'll be punchin' tickets
By the minute if you fall out of line
desperate
desperate
Tell me is it death you feel
That will bring you peace of life.
Who wants
Tell me you're one of us
Tell me you're one
Tell me you're one of us
Tell me you're one
When you lose your self esteem
That's when love dies...
Ohhh...
Please human being
If you bleed
They will say that it's destined
They'll be punchin' tickets
By the minute if you fall out of line
We're mere human beings we die
So...
So...destined desperate
Well I feel
When you've reached number one
You look like you're puffing but
Really only blocking the sun...
Blocking the sun
Blocking the sun
We're mere human beings
We die
It's destined
They'll be punchin' tickets
By the minute you fall out of life
We're mere human beings we die
We're mere human beings we die
Desperate
It's destined
We're mere human beings we die
desperate
it's destined
destined
We're mere human beings we die

All the beings in the universe are astounded

All the beings in the universe are astounded
that the almighty One
comes to earth as a human
and being God and human
are bonded in Him
and there’s a boy crying in clothes.

All the beings in the universe are astounded
that the almighty One
with angels all around
as human alone,
had to pay the price
and a Godly being dies in stead of everybody
and all the beings in the universe are astounded
