When the going got tough, I really had to draw on many of the same competitive instincts I did when I was skating. I really had to put my head down and stay positive. I had to fight.

Skating Away On The Thin Ice Of The New Day
Meanwhile back in the year one --- when you belonged to no-one ---
You didnt stand a chance son, if your pants were undone.
'cause you were bred for humanity and sold to society ---
One day youll wake up in the present day ---
A million generations removed from expectations
Of being who you really want to be.
Skating away ---
Skating away ---
Skating away on the thin ice of the new day.
So as you push off from the shore,
Wont you turn your head once more --- and make your peace with everyone?
For those who choose to stay,
Will live just one more day ---
To do the things they should have done.
And as you cross the wilderness, spinning in your emptiness:
You feel you have to pray.
Looking for a sign
That the universal mind (!) has written you into the passion play.
Skating away on the thin ice of the new day.
And as you cross the circle line, the ice-wall creaks behind ---
Youre a rabbit on the run.
And the silver splinters fly in the corner of your eye ---
Shining in the setting sun.
Well, do you ever get the feeling that the storys
Too damn real and in the present tense?
Or that everybodys on the stage, and it seems like
Youre the only person sitting in the audience?
Skating away on the thin ice of the new day.

Are You Positive
Do you think of me at all?
You say you do
But are you sure?
Are you positive?
Do you need me at all?
You say you do
But are you sure?
Are you positive?
Do you want me at all?
You say you do
But are you sure?
Are you positive?
Cos you know that my feelings for you
Can't dissapear
You know i love you more
Than i explain here
In these word
But i'm sure
I'm positive
I just like to be reassured
I need you to stay here
For me to know that i'm yours
You say that you love me
But are you sure?
Are you positive?

Too Tough To Die
I am a tu tu tu tu tu tu tu tu tough tough guy
I tell no tales I do no lie
I am a tu tu tu tu tu tu tu tu tough tough guy
halo round my head to tough to die
main attraction in a freak side show
down in the basement where the cobwebs grow
on my last leg just gettin' by
halo round my head too tough to die
rainy days rain cool wine
I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine
hot sweat on my face
I feel like going' out someplace
up late at night my chocolate sweet
down at the gym where the muscle boys meet
I am a very nice guy very sincere
in real good shape I have no fear
at the concert when the band comes on
I am in the ring where I belong
on my last leg just gettin' by
halo round my head too tough to die

Head For The Barricade
FIGHT, FIGHT
FIGHT, FIGHT
FIGHT, FIGHT
FIGHT, FIGHT
Sometimes you gotta fight for your right
When your not sure you're in a fight for your life right?
If you ain't packin any tactics
You might get ass kicked
Even if you are you little knucklehead
I'm kinda sick of being aggravated
I'm glad I'm hated
I guess I'm doing something right
But that's what happened back in Columbine
You gotta know when to stop
And not go over the top
Cause there's a chamber deep inside the brain
It's covered with chains
So don't be shaking them loose
And if you do I'll be running for the hills
Cause I'm ready to rock and now we're playing for real
I gotta
FIGHT FIGHT
You better watch out when my adrenaline kicks I gotta
FIGHT FIGHT
IT'S TOO LATE, YOU ALREADY BEEN HIT, DAMN!
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM HA HAHA STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
YEAH! (Head for the barricades)
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM HA HAHA STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
YEAH! (Head for the barricades)
This world can make you stick to your stomach so I
Put on my headphones, listen to the Deftones
It's getting crowded in my spaceship
Living in a dream
Running from the hate machine
You know it's,
Such a drag when there's people talking down to ya
Such a drag when everything sucks do ya,
Walk away with spit on your face or do ya,
Draw lines and give them a taste cause I,
Know it's never gonna end
If it happens again I'm going straight for the throat
Another note
Don't forget you had a chance
Now I'm over the sidelines and ready to dance
I gotta
FIGHT FIGHT
You better watch out when my adrenaline kicks I gotta
FIGHT FIGHT
IT'S TOO LATE, YOU ALREADY BEEN HIT, DAMN!
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM HA HAHA STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
YEAH! (Head for the barricade)
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM HA HAHA STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
YEAH! (Head for the barricade)
IF YOU GOT THE GUTS (Head for the barricade)
Then come on down (Head for the barricade)
IF YOU GOT THE GUTS (Head for the barricade)
Then come on down (Head for the barricade)
AND HEAD FOR THE BARRICADE
FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT
GET UP GET UP
FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT
GET UP GET UP
FIGHT
HEAD FOR THE BARRICADE
I ain't playin around
HEAD FOR THE BARRICADE
I ain't playin around
HEAD FOR THE BARRICADE
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM HA HAHA STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
YEAH! (Head for the barricade)
STICK 'EM STICK 'EM
STICK 'EM HA HAHA STICK 'EM

The wise and the vice
You will not correct your wrongs
Unless your instincts dictate it.
You will not change your habits
Unless your instincts warrant it.
You cannot love or hate
Unless your instincts support them.
You cannot practise honesty
Unless your instincts promote it.
To grow wise will not terminate vice.

A firm n focus
Continue to stay firm and focus
Always try to have plus and no minus
You may succeed in life thus
This is strictly between you and us
Say it in simple way
Attention always pays
Think always positive
Try very hard and be assertive
Failure or success may not deter
Neither they dominate nor do they alter
No dissenting voice to utter
Doors always open and no closing of shutters
Free and fresh air to come in
After draw backs there may be win
Try hard for tough bargain
No to worry but target should be main
Achieve it at no cost
There is no love to be lost
It be counted as most
The relation must strengthen and not frost

Come Skating
They said come skating;
They said it's so nice.
They said come skating;
I'd done it twice.
They said come skating;
It sounded nice….
I wore roller-
They meant ice.

Stacy had this more fluid style. You meet him, he's just such a nice guy. Tony's an awesome guy too, but back then, he was a real aggressive kid and they were in such a different place. Stacy was so sensitive and at the same time so competitive when it came to his skating.

Draw The Line
Brothers and sisters
Were gonna draw the line to forget about the problems abroad
But, in the end, we all have problems of our own
Gangs, crack, racism, and many people dont have hope
It probably dont matter much to you
In the struggles, the time that we live
But, you dont know your future, so you better take time to give
Whos gonna draw the line?
Were gonna draw the line
Together, forever and ever
You must be thinking, I cant do a thing
But look at me, I help when I sing
Where man can make a difference
Like ceasar chaves and doctor king
We all have the ability to release a positive capability
Where the youth is our responsibility
Its time to take a stand
Whos gonna draw the line?
Were gonna draw the line
Together, forever and ever
Brothers and sisters
Where gonna draw the line to make people change
Yo Im optimistic, down with positivity
But yo Im realistic, this line will be drawn over night
This is a struggle so prepare to fight
Whos gonna draw the line?
Were gonna draw the line
Together, forever and ever

Roller Skating
I see a girl
Shes roller skating
I dont know her
But she makes me feel
Like roller skating
If I had a chance at all
Id build a road that never ends
Chinese envy
No damn waiting
Ill be with you roller skating
City lights
Turning green to red
I know I cant see you
All I want to do
Is take you to bed

Draw A Line Right There
This summer been tough, but
After all days I spent crying,
I realized that I need to
Draw a line right there
Just look forth
Put my head up, take a breath and walk away
Just forget all this past and
Smile again by turning my frown upside down
I'm happy without you
I have outgrown you
Even if you look cute and ask me for another chance
I will say no and just
Draw a line right there
I'm going a different path and
Hope to found another guy better than you
This feeling is just too much
My heart don't need this anymore or you
I'm tiring of staying home and
Let tears from my eyes dripping down
I want to get back out there and
See sunshine on me
Draw a line right there
Not going let you back in my life
We have good relationship and life together
So is bye forever from me
Good luck on finding someone new
Draw a line right there

The Power Of Positive Drinking
Some like wine and some like hops
But what I really love is my scotch
Its the power, the power of positive drinking
Some people ruin their drinks with ice
And then they, they ask you for advice
They tell you, Ive never told anyone else before
They say, candy is dandy but liquor makes quipsters
And I dont like mixers, or sippers or sob sisters
You know, you have to be real careful where you sit down
In a bar these days
And then some people drink to unleash their libidos
And other people drink to prop up their egos
Its my burdon, man, people say
I have the kind of face you can trust
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive drinking
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive drinking
Some people say, alcohol makes you less lucid
And think thats true if youre kind of stupid
Im not that kind that gets himself burned twice
And some say liquor kills the cells in your head
And for that matter so does getting out of bed
When I exit, Ill go out gracefully, shot in my hand
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive drinking
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive
The pow-pow-pow-pow-power of positive drinking

Un-suppressible is sex
To steal, to kill and to fight
Are all the basic instincts,
From abstinence of which
We suffer not much,
Guilt well under control.
To woo, to flirt and to court
Also form from sex-instincts,
To restrain from which
We suffer a lot.
Lust is the taproot,
Others only laterals.

Execute The Sounds
I'm on a mad style
Underground, we come cool and deadly
With that natural sound
It make you feel so free, you no turn it down
Vibe 6-19 from the Southtown
And Jah know, what I and I wanna do
Because Jah know, I am man stay true
You know Jah know, the real who is who
Ain't no time to fake it, make ya feel brand new
It goes 1,2,3. The crew is called P.O.D.
And if you wanna go to the tip top
Break it down, with that one drop - Whyoo
Execute the sounds, and positive come around
Impact the sounds, positive all around
Execute the sounds, and positive come around
Impact the sounds, positive all around
Now why mess me, try to take his crown.
Babylon test me, we gonna smash em down
Original O.G. this is my playground
Don't take me seriously, you gonna feel it now
I man, you know the harder they come
Because I man, I'm gonna get the job done
You know I man, no they don't want none
Me never have to cheat cause me already won.
19'04, home to the real hardcore.
And you don't wanna sleep, don't talk
I'll break you down with that one drop - Whyoo
Execute the sounds, and positive come around
Impact the sounds, positive all around
Execute the sounds, and positive come around
Impact the sounds, positive all around
Execute the sounds, and positive come around
Impact the sounds, positive all around
Execute the sounds, and positive come around
Impact the sounds, positive all around

Outta Your Head
All the way back in history
how the girl thinks is a mystery
spent our lives cruising the bars
venus girls and the men from mars
So in all this time did you ever think do the girls sees red
when a man sees pink
and your best lovin is in the past and cause somewhere slow is nowhere fast
Your Outta your head
so out of your head
stay out of your head...
your out of your head
so out of your head
bricka bracka firecracker sis boom bah
here comes trouble in a push up bra
his style is sharp as a coffin tack
but out of your box and your way off track
your a mile away on a mental binge
your catasphrophe is of a lunatic fringe
your still put together its tit for tat
you say its all good but its more than that
Your Outta your head
so out of your head
stay out of your head.........
No out of your head
so out of your head
stay out of your head
So in all this time did you ever think think think think
Your Outta your head
so out of your head
stay out of your head.........
No out of your head
so out of your head
stay out of your head

Everything Is Not Enough
It doesnt help you if you scream and shout
That isnt what this thing is all about
And do you really want to fight to win
Youre missing out and thats another sin
Your dream of power is a sacrifice
Do you really want to pay that price
Just think about it and youll change the pace
Look in the mirror tell me who do you face
Who is that?
Its everything, everything is not enough
I want it all, thats tough, thats tough, thats tough
Another dream, another dream, another dream goes pop
This is the time, lets stop, lets stop, lets stop
Nobody loves you if you moan all day
So take it easy then youll get your way
You aint no dummy and Im sure you know
You know its better if you let it go
Youre in control if you let it go
Youre feeling better when you let it flow
You never really had to catch the moon
Youre better jumping to another tune
So lets jump
Its everything, everything is not enough
I want it all, thats tough, thats tough, thats tough
Another dream, another dream, another dream goes pop
This is the time, lets stop, lets stop, lets stop
Its everything, everything is not enough
I want it all, thats tough, thats tough, thats tough
Another dream, another dream, another dream goes pop
This is the time, lets stop, lets stop, lets stop (do, do, do it)
Ive got it all but its not enough
I keep thinking boy I feel so rough
This cant be me, Im such a happy guy
I laugh a lot but I want to cry
A cry for help is just letting go
It hurts a lot but I think I know
Its time for change I dont need the hype
Its time for change and the time is ripe
So lets go
Its everything, everything is not enough
I want it all, thats tough, thats tough, thats tough
Another dream, another dream, another dream goes pop
This is the time, lets stop, lets stop, lets stop
Its everything, everything is not enough
I want it all, thats tough, thats tough, thats tough
Another dream, another dream, another dream goes pop
This is the time, lets stop, lets stop, lets stop
Its everything, everything is not enough
I want it all, thats tough, thats tough, thats tough
Another dream, another dream, another dream goes pop
This is the time, lets stop, lets stop, lets stop...
