Our democracy is not a product but a continual process. It is preserved not by monuments but deeds. Sometimes it needs refining; sometimes it needs amending; sometimes it needs defending. Always, it needs improving.

Busy

I am busy
you are busy
we are busy
but the old woman needs help
to find her way home.

I am busy
you are busy
we are busy
but the dove is too slow
to fly out of the way.

I am busy
you are busy
we are busy
but the children crossing the street
are too many.

I am busy
you are busy
we are busy....

I am busy
you are busy
we are...
busy.

Do What I Like

Key:- r:- ray
A:- anita
R: come let me enter in your brain
You know how it goes no pain, no gain
Im a rough young brother, I care about another
I thank my life to my dad and my mother
Searching like a hunter, always into something
You wanna be down? first stop fronting
Please dont speak, pass me the mic
Cause no matter what you say Ill do what I like
A: this is the way I live my life
And theres no need to criticize
This is the way I live my life
And theres no need to criticize
cause I do, do what I like
This is my life and Im satisfied
And I do, do what I like
Its the way I live my life!
R: rumours and lies start from the mouth
People hear little things and they start to shout
You see me on t.v. or a magazine cover
Lose our bonus, move under cover
Living that kind of effect, Im in demanded
I do my thing when I on demanded
You dont even know how I live my life
Dont point your finger cause Ill do what I like
A: this is the way I live my life
And theres no need to criticize
This is the way I live my life
And theres no need to criticize
cause I do, do what I like
This is my life and Im satisfied
And I do, do what I like
Its the way I live my life!
A: do what you like
Do what you like
Do what you like
Do do what you like
R: yeah!
Dont give a damn
Dont give a damn
A: do what you like
R: dont give a damn
Dont give a damn
A: do what you like
R: come on!
A: this is the way I live my life
And theres no need to criticize
This is the way I live my life
And theres no need to criticize
cause I do, do what I like
This is my life and Im satisfied
And I do, do what I like
Its the way I live my life!
A: do what you like
Do what you like
Do what you like
This is my life! oh!

The Barreness Of A Busy Life

Beware the barrenness of a busy life.
(Socrates)

bored as barren
a body that is bone-dry,
a walk in the desert,

dry as dust,
moistureless existence
lips parched,
a thirsty soul,
a life waterless

busy, busy, busy,
that is what you are.

beware, for soon
in seeking life
busy, busy, busy,
you lose it.

I’m a busy man, I earn as I can

I’m a busy man, I earn as I can
Never bother who created man
I enjoy life as I can
People tell me, Get up early
I sleep late,
So go to hell
I’m a busy man, I earn as I can
Somewhere I read,
pray to god
I don’t have any time for that
I’m a busy man, I earn as I can
Mother says take care of health
I say most important is wealth
I’m a busy man, I earn as I can
Preachers preach,
Never be phony, Live honestly
I say fool as many
Being honest is being lousy
I’m a busy man, I earn as I can
My goal is money
Even if have to kill somebody
Life without money
Is bee without honey
I’m a busy man, I earn as I can
I met with an accident
Nobody lent a helping hand
I realized, I was disliked
I thought with all the might
To make life happy
One has to live rightly
Greed is worst for life
With it one can never rise
I’m a changed man
Contentment is my ambition
Now, I never earn as I can

Our Dave

Here is a tale about my brother,
The one who beats the skins;
From earliest days he thumped and tapped
On table-tops and tins.

When bought a tiny metal drum
His face beamed with delight;
He rapped it with his wooden sticks
From morn' 'til noon 'til night.

No power on earth could slow him down
His destiny was sealed:
His drumming was to be his life,
No other course appealed.

His hyper-active ways, it seemed,
Were suited to his choice
Of instrument... he'd make his mark
With sticks, and not with voice.

And so he has, and still goes on
Improving all the time;
Refining each and every note
Until it sounds sublime.

It's true to say he's older now
And settling down a bit;
But still there is that need of his
To drum, he'll never quit.

He'll drum on to the bitter end,
The beat is in his blood;
He's gone from strength to strength you see
And now he is so good.

This tale about a drummer
Is getting near the end;
This tale about 'our Dave, '
My brother and my friend;

I have to say I miss him,
But I'm happy that I find,
He's overcome the handicap
Of being almost blind.

For Them 'That' Goes Unrecognized

Sad are those who sit and criticize.
With nothing to value but a love to despise.

Everything done is for them to undo.
No matter who does it.
Or how it is pursued.

Sad are those who sit and criticize.
With nothing to value but a love to despise.

Self centered with a selfishness.
For them 'that' goes unrecognized.
But for those who see them for who they are...
There is a desire to get away from them.
Quickly when it is noticed.
With wishes to get away from them and far.

Sad are those who sit and criticize.
With nothing to value but a love to despise.

And suffering from unmasked disguises,
From their own sense of failure.

Too Busy

Too busy rushing to get to the next 'high'.
Kept addicted and detached.

To busy too disconnect,
From anything associated with accountability.

Too busy entertaining delusions kept met,
With no regrets of dismissing a seriousness.

Too busy they are protesting,
A reality of life just met and upsets.

Chased By Limitation and Jealousies

All their lives they sit back to criticize others.
Only to discover they have chosen lives,
To produce nothing to identify they had arrived...
Whether to criticize or not.

The importance of it goes ignored.
As those they found worthy of critique,
Often found themselves with little time to speak...
Between deeds and opportunities.

To leave those with time to find their tomorrows,
Chased by limitation and jealousies welcomed.
With an abundance of laziness...
And no motivation.
None to inspire...
What having a dream means.

Busy Bodies

So you think that you have seen her
When youre lying in between her
And you tell me that you dont care
Busy bodies getting nowhere
Evrybodys getting meaner
Busy bodies
Caught in the concertina
You check her outline
Break her regulations
You watch her legs through several
Service stations
Busy bodies
Very busy
Getting nowhere
Nowhere, nowhere, nowhere
Now youre ready for the merger
With the company youre part of
And you do the dirty business
With your latest sleeping partner
Youre becoming
Automatic
Busy bodies
Out playing with the traffic
You want attention
You try my patience
With the best intentions you are nothing but a nuisance
Busy bodies
Busy busy
Getting nowhere
Nowhere, nowhere, nowhere
Now youve given your performance
Though the matinee was idle
And you find that a wave of her right hand
Could seem so tidal
Just a second
Satisfaction
Busy bodies
Temporarily out of action
You wash and brush up
You want to dress up
You want to kiss her
But shes busy with her makeup
Busy bodies
Very busy
Getting nowhere
Nowhere (x6)

Don’t condemn the past

We don’t expect ‘tomorrow’
To criticize ‘today’.
Must we allow ’today’
To criticize ‘yesterday’?
The present has no standing
To condemn the past

Enjoy and shout

Before you act, listen.
Before you react, think.
Before you spend, earn.
Before you criticize, wait.
Before you pray, forgive.
Before you quit, try… Earnest Hemingway

Time is an essence
Hardly can you wait for chance
Think for a while and it is gone
The works has to be done

No room to criticize
But yes scope to improvise
But if you wait
It may seal your fate

Time should not run out
There won't be then anything to talk about
You may try to learn
It may add only concern

If you wait for success
It may deny you the access
Time and tide wait for none
You are the master so strike as one

Shape the destiny
With the grace from almighty
If you have will power and strong resolve
You are sure to sail through and solve

You are the sailor
And you are the jailor
Keep all prisoners out
Have free mind cell to enjoy and shout
