I have also noticed that when a rider who had confidence in his ability was defeated, after doing his level best to win, always received an ovation from the gathering.

Devotion and Persistence
A warm welcome of deeds performed,
Aren't always received with standing ovation.
Sometimes what is done is not even noticed.
So what does one do?
Break down in devastation?
Those who give from the heart,
Are not that small in number.
They are not out seeking applause,
Like many false givers do!
It isn't rare that there are those sincere.
They do not appear with banners adorned.
Wanting their accomplishments,
To be heard going on and on.
By someone else who may be impressed.
Someone else who may or may not express envy.
A warm welcome of deeds performed,
Aren't always received with standing ovation.
Sometimes what is done is not even noticed.
So what does one do?
Break down in devastation?
Or make proclamations,
Of how long their 'sacrifices' have been in place!
And those social butterflies,
Are never without their resumés.
Or hints of reminders of those deeds done they do.

Standing Ovation
C' un mistero che non lo so
Quando ti vedo che cos'ho
Sento tremare lo stomaco
Qualcosa di profondo sai
Mi fa andar fuori di testa
Fuori di me
Io non capisco senza di te... (Oh no!?)
Il mondo che cos'?
Ho camminato per strade sai
Ho fatto cose che non dovrei
Ho visto cose fantastiche
Ho avuto donne bellissime
Nessuna ha mai chiarito se
Il mondo vero senza di te... (Oh no?)
Io credo di no!
Standing ovation
Standing ovation per te!
Standing ovation
ovation for you!
Ho passeggiato nel buio sai
ho vinto tutto e ho riperso poi
Ho visto cose fantastiche
Ho avuto donne bellissime
Nessuna ha mai chiarito se
Il mondo vero senza di te... (Oh no?)
Io credo di no!
Standing ovation
Standing ovation per te
Standing ovation
Ovation for you!
Standing ovation
Standing ovation per te
Standing ovation
Ovation for you
Ti ho mandato un messaggio ieri sera
sulla segreteria telefonica
sono dei fiori
No Ti ho pensato molto stamattina
Quando ho visto nascere il sole
Ti ho mandato subito un messaggino
Era: per te vorrei essere migliore
Standing ovation
Ovation for you

Easy Rider
Pop/jones
In the alley where have I grown
Hot night sweats our clothes
My hell is crackin fire
Thats what you inspire
Cruel highway entrance signs
People driving to their lives
Looks like a giant stream
But its just a dream
Easy rider, easy rider
Easy rider, easy rider
Broken people all around
Old guarantees that pull you down
You need a way out, you need a ride
Cause where you are is suicide
Easy rider, easy rider
Easy rider, easy rider
Oh I see the sacred dreams
And if Im no _? _
Ill feel real _? _
Tearing out my hair
I see fertility
In pretty girls I meet
I love my friend
Give me hands _? _
Highway in the sun
We listen to the engines run
I wanna fine myself in you
You wanna find yourself, too
Easy rider, easy rider
Easy rider, easy rider
Easy rider, easy rider
Easy rider, easy rider

The shade of the light
My ovation is to the slaves
Who built the Taj Mahal.
My ovation to the soldiers
Who made Alexander the great.
My ovation is to mice and cats
Who promoted the scientists.

Rider In The Rain
Got a gun in my holster
Got a horse between my knees
And Im goin to arizona
Pardon me, boys, if you please
I have been a desperado
Raped and pillaged cross the plain
Now, Im goin to arizona
Just a rider in the rain
Hes a rider in the rain
Hes a rider in the rain
And Im goin to arizona
Hes a rider in the rain
Oh, my mothers in st. louis
And my brides in tennessee
So, Im goin to arizona
With a banjo on my knee
Hes a rider in the rain
Hes a rider in the rain
And Im goin to arizona
Hes a rider in the rain
Used to work in uncles feed store
While he was fightin in the war
Now Im goin to arizona
Aint gonna work for him no more
Im the son of the prairie
And the wind that sweeps the plain
So, Im goin to arizona
Just a rider in the rain
Hes a rider in the rain
Hes a rider in the rain
And Im goin to arizona
Hes a rider in the rain
Hes a rider in the rain
Hes a rider in the rain
And Im goin to arizona
Just a rider in the rain

Defeated
Roy orbison
Defeated, defeated
Defeated Ive been
Defeated, defeated
I didnt win your love
Ive played the game, my love was true
But just the same, I still love you
Defeated, defeated
Now I know the score
Defeated, defeated
Yet I love you even more
My opponent was lucky, didnt even try
Guess Im a bad loser, that is why I cry
The game was fun, but oh, how I know
I should have won, I need you so
Defeated, defeated
The game is through
Ive been defeated
But Im still in love with you

The unhappy legacies of authoritarianism can be removed only if the concept of absolute power as the basis of government is replaced by the concept of confidence as the mainspring of political authority: the confidence of the people in their right and ability to decide the destiny of their nation, mutual confidence between the people and their leaders and, most important of all, confidence in the principles of justice, liberty and human rights.

Woman's Confidence
Level of confidence rises in women
With the looks, the skin, clothes, and life-style.
The prominent cleavage by the push up bra
Gives her the soundest confidence with men.

Night Rider
(words & music by doc pomus - mort shuman)
Night rider, night rider
You may think that its the breeze
Whispering through the lonely trees
But its only him aflying round the bend
As the day comes to that end
Night rider, night rider
He came riding to town
As the sun was going down
Saw my baby and he smiled her heart away
Now what will I do today
Cautioned my baby to stay at home
Not to leave mamas side
She laughed when I told her take care, take care
Or youll share in his midnight ride
Night rider, night rider
Since he stole around the side
I aint had no peace of mind
Night rider, wont you let my baby be
Come on, send her back to me

Easy Rider
Well now come on easy rider
Give me something
For my pain
Well now come on easy rider
Though I know you're not to blame
The dogs are out to get me
And pull me down, again
Well now come on easy rider
Turn this screaming fire
Down low
Yeah come on easy rider
Pull this pain
And let it go
This time around
Don't think that I can take it
This twisting pain
I've come to know
Easy rider
Help me
Easy rider

Level of Expectation
The more one does for others,
The more that level of expectation increases.
People are seldom satisfied by that which is given.
Especially if it has been received without effort.
And if what is received has been stolen...
Then there is absolutely no appreciation at all.
If fact...
The craving for theft never ceases.
It becomes a birthright!

Lonely Rider
I`m just a lonely rider
looking for somewhere to go
I`m just a lonely rider
wanting a road I don`t know
than I`ll ride it
where ever it goes
than I won`t feel so lonely
that much I know
cause my life is plain
not hard to explain
in case you want to know
but you better ask fast
cause I`m ready to go.
Oh I`m just a lonely rider
looking for somewhere to go
oh I`m just a lonely rider
wanting a road I don`t know.
Now I live from town to town
and all I do is ride around
looking for something to do
like when I met you
as you road on back
with your napsack
than I pull over
to used the restrooms
and when I came back
you were gone.
Now I`m a lonely rider again
looking for somehwere to go
Now I`m just a lonely rider again
wanting a road I don`t know
and when I see one I`ll take it and go
than a lonely rider I won`t be
that much I know.

Starrider
I stole a ride on a passing star
Not knowing where I was going
How near or how far
Through years of light, lands of future and past
Until the heavenly gates
Were sighted at last
Starrider, rider, rider
Take me to the stars
Starrider, rider, rider
Show me where you are
Northern lights flashed by
And then they were gone
And as old stars would die
So the new ones were born
And ever on I sailed
Celestial ways
And in the light of my years
Shone the rest of my days
Speed increasing
All control is in the hands of those who know
Will they help us grow
To one day be starriders
Starrider, rider, rider
Show me where you are
Starrider, rider, rider
Take me to the stars
Speed increasing
All control is in the hands of those who know
Will they help us grow
To one day be starriders

Let It Bleed
originally by Rolling Stones
Well we all need someone we can lean on
And if you want it, well you can lean on me
She said, my breasts they will always be open
Baby, you can rest your weary head on me
And there will always be a space in my parking lot
When you need a little coke and sympathy
Yeah we all need someone we can dream on
And if you want it, well you can dream on me
I was dreaming of a steel guitar engagement
When you drink my health in scented jasmin tea
You knifed me in my dirty filthy basement
With that jaded faded junky nurse, oh what pleasant company
We all need someone we can feed on
And if you want it, well you can feed on me
Take my arm, take my leg
Oh baby don't you take my head
We all need someone we can bleed on
And if you want it baby, well you can bleed on me
We all need someone we can bleed on
And if you want it, why don't you bleed on me
Get it on rider, get it on rider
Get it on rider, you can bleed all over me
Well lean on rider, dream on rider
Feed on rider, bleed on rider

Breaking All The Rules
You don't know what I know, do yah.
Do yah, do yah.
Deceit defeated will end all misdeeds.
You don't know what I know, do yah.
Do yah, do yah.
Deceit defeated will end all misdeeds.
You'll be stopped from braking all the rules.
And...
Stopped from doing tricky things you do.
You don't know what I know, do yah.
Do yah, do yah.
You don't know what I know.
You don't know what I know, do yah.
Do yah, do yah.
You don't know what I know.
Many want it kept pursued,
The...
Duping and the suckering to fool,
THEY DO!
You don't know what I know, do yah.
Do yah, do yah.
You don't know what I know.
You don't know what I know, do yah.
Do yah, do yah.
You don't know what I know.
An ending to the breaking all the rules,
Is coming soon...
With deceit defeated.
With deceit defeated.
And...
None of it to be repeated deeds.
I can feel it!
You don't know what I know, do yah.
Do yah, do yah...
Deceit defeated will end these misdeeds.
An ending to the breaking all the rules,
Is coming...
Since deceit defeated will end these misdeeds.
An ending to the breaking all the rules,
Is coming...
Since deceit defeated will end these misdeeds.
Deceit defeated will end these misdeeds.
Oh...yes.
Deceit defeated will end these misdeeds.
Oh...yes.
Deceit defeated will end these misdeeds.
