I think exercise tests us in so many ways, our skills, our hearts, our ability to bounce back after setbacks. This is the inner beauty of sports and competition, and it can serve us all well as adult athletes.

Bounce Bounce!
Waves calling and laughing
Waves ebb and flow
Waves rolling splashing
sandy remnants on the beach.
Bounce Bounce and bouncing
Bounce beats infectious
Bounce arms up and about
Its a dance re-energized
Ball on wall bouncing
Ball hits so hard on wall
Ball bounce taken with ease
Its to hearts sweet infection
Bounce bounce on waves
Bounce Bounce dance re-energized
Bounce like a ball on a wall
As hearts that yearn life is GOLD!

Intro
O-U-T-K-A-S-T
Live, from the center of the earth, 7 light-years below sea level we go,
welcome to Stankonia. The place from which all funky things come. Would you
like to come?
(girl moaning, lasts throughout intro)
Bounce baby. (We're bouncing)
Bounce.
Bounce. (We're bouncing)
2 times bounce bounce. (We're bouncing)
We bouncing. (We're bouncing)
BOUNCE... (We bouncing baby)
(We're bouncing!) C'mon, bounce.
(Bouncing! Bounce baby) Bounce!
Bounce bounce. (Baby!) Bounce bounce.
(Let's bounce) C'mon bounce. (Everybody let's bounce)
(Let's bounce) We bouncing now.
All that bouncing, niggaz be from the H-L. We got Bankhead right here,
southwest and 92 strong.

Personal Best
There is a question controversial,
About the use of stimulants artificial,
By the sporting athletes, their performance,
In the sporting arena to enhance.
Sports icon Lance Armstrong,
Was stripped of his titles as wrong,
When the Tour de France cycling event he won,
For a record of seven times in a run.
He beat the malady-Cancer-with drugs,
And when his tests proved positive for drugs,
His fan-following world wide were shocked,
And all cancer patients with ire were up cocked.
All sports organizations consider the drugs unethical,
As they are subversive of fair play on a field level.
In sports the Olympic Motto is writ larger,
As CITIUS, ALTIUS, FORTIUS (faster, higher, stronger)
By which the athletes are invoked to win,
And break records in many a discipline.
Scientific training has also made contributions,
Added to which are the technological innovations,
Like the use of graphite in tennis racquets for playing,
And for the material in poles for pole-vaulting.
It is thus ethical to use such equipment for ranks,
And in mountaineering for the use of oxygen tanks.
These days there is an increasing competition,
And school children are driven by a compulsion,
To score better and better than their batch- peers,
Else, in the rat race they may be behind with tears.
For them to emerge as toppers, tutorials their lessons devise,
And some children use amphetamines to keep awake and revise,
Some students take coffee or tea or pills to keep in size,
Can these be called subversive and unethical wise?
It shouldn't be considered unsporting to use drugs,
Let all do their personal best in all things with drugs.
To ban all drugs and artificial stimulants—it is possible,
But to ban the spirit of competitiveness—it is impossible.

Chinese Style Olympia 2008
How great it was in Beijing Olympia
Wisdom and Intellect are it answers.
Used a lot of capitals and manpower
Most sports performed in a bird’s nest
Swimming sports were in a water cubic
Our concept was ‘one man, one dream’
Every body may have the same dreaming
No matter you are Chinese or guests
Bring the same heart to look for success
The starting day performed marvelous shows
Men and women made shapes of symbols
One day by one day different races were in safe
Chinese athletes happily raced with guests
Both the Chinese and the foreigners were happy
American athlete seemed like a swimming jet
He made excellent results gained 8 gold medals
Frog’s style swim champion is a Japanese king
Grouped winner named by the youth of Chinese
American athletes have won world’s success
There were many new and young athletes born
Different races were greatly gaining high results.
Competition was not the main purpose
Chinese needed the world’s united friendship
It’s why we build a nest you comes together
Let the peace forever consists for a whole world

Bouncing
Your spring has reached its limit, the bounce
Is heavenly, and surprised my living, the bounce.
Open doors O friend of the convicted one,
You are not officer or wife so alluring, the bounce.
Hosts can be friendly, once you’ve served the prison
And the cells or molecules we find adhering, the bounce.
When do houses that strike the eyes of the tourist
Come into disrepute? I find them aging, the bounce.
Prices are fixed, manipulated in the ways of the bards
Who find themselves agreeing and subduing, the bounce.
We inspect a loyal customer such as Me, we inflame him,
By asking the question worth sharing, what is the bounce?

The Unfair Modern World
The best of talents aren't always the first!
The skilled can't always climb up to the top;
The laboring classes don't get paid toil's worth;
The lucky few awarded aren't the best!
World's top celebrities are vainglorious;
The beauty queens who win are not the best;
Many are heros, heroines unsung;
This world's unfair to most deserving few!
Besides true skills, pluck matters in all games;
Who wins each time depends on changing rules;
All is not fair in sports and earthly tests;
Only a few do truly reach the top!

To be candid with you, free agency hurts all sports. It's great for athletes making an enormous amount of money. But to say it helps the sports, I don't believe that.

Lady
Bounce baby, bounce baby
Baby baby, bounce bounce
Bounce baby, bounce baby, bounce !
CHORUS :
Lady
If you really wanna ride with me
If you wanna have some fun baby
Then you just gotta bounce !
baby bounce bounce
VERSES :
Baby what's your name I would like to say hello
I am a true fellow with potential to be mellow
I know you know that we know that it is bedtime
I'm just a gigolo but that is not a bad sign
Ladies stand in line just to ride in my new roadster
Did I see your face lately on a playboy poster ?
I know you know that we know that it is bedtime
I'm just a gigolo
Oh baby bounce !
BRIDGE :
If it's good then it's good
If it's not then it's not
But you got me kind of hot
Baby you don't stop
If it's good then it's good
If it's not then it's not
But you got me kind of hot
Baby bounce bounce
Lady lady you just have to bounce !

I think life is sort of like a competition, whether it's in sports, or it's achieving in school, or it's achieving good relationships with people. And competition is a little bit of what it's all about.

The Marlboro Olympics
We all know of the Olympics
For athletes who are fit
What if we organised new games
And changed the rules a bit?
The tournament - its now unfair
Only the best compete
And all those who're less able
Could never win a heat.
So let our new rules equalise
The young 'n old and slow 'n fast
And let's introduce some new sports
In which the fittest may come last.
We will all compete on equal terms
In worldwide competition
No - this is not an empty dream
But a new Olympic vision.
We need to find us something
That the fittest do not do
And make it central to our games
The Olympics born anew.
We shall introduce some new sports
And new rules for the rest
But what will change above all else
Is smoking cigarettes.
Yes! The Marlboro Olympics!
Or whoever else will pay
To support our global smoking sports
And a more level field of play.
We've already got a logo
Entwined smoke rings in the sky
Just like those Olympic rings
But more pleasing to the eye.
The opportunity's enormous!
Just imagine that you're there
Oh the beauty of gynastics
With smoke swirling in the air!
Or in those cycle races
Where bottled water cyclists get
Now handed out throughout the race
Are successive cigarettes.
And in all the relay races
Where batons are exchanged
The baton will be lighted
With a filter tip arranged.
Sports like darts we'd showcase
And maybe dominoes
With beer on tap at every point
To make the action flow.
A new sport - extreme smoking
Would stimulate interest
In the finer points of coughing
And of wheezing in the chest.
The Olympic flame we'd stick with
It fits the whole concept
And we'd market special lighters
To publicise events.
For the sports that we're developing
We've got a site upon the net
So don't be slow - get thinking
And maybe light a cigarette.....
(pause - embarassed cough)
But while writing this i've had a thought
A shameful thought for me
If smokers pursued fitness
Then from smoking they'd be free.

Science would be ruined if (like sports) it were to put competition above everything else, and if it were to clarify the rules of competition by withdrawing entirely into narrowly defined specialties. The rare scholars who are nomads-by-choice are essential to the intellectual welfare of the settled disciplines.

Let me clear my throat so I can do what I gotta do
Its expresso, mandle that Im stacked
Niggaz, tryin to corner the market but Im back
Bang to the boogie, and boogie to the bang
Its g-funk for life sewing up everything
Little locs, pay attention
Do I or should I have to mention
44 ways where the grass is greener
From og to bg is a misdemeanor
St. marys hospital, 10:20 am
On the street called atlantic is where I began
Ola may, uh, thats my lady, she made me
On a street under the bridge called hill, thats where she raised me
(chorus 4x)
Transformers, busters in disguise
I say chitty chitty bang bang
Brothers wanna gang bang
Tryin to represent but dont know about the gang thang
21st where it all begun
Begun us on the corner with the homies havin fun
I was a youngsta, peepin from the other corner
Seeing sets in the air with big arms now I wanna
Be like them, and act like them
And stack like them and try to mack like them
Shit, its hard being warren g from the lb
And like the gs before, you know me
So Im a stay down, for the eastside
Not like you busters, transformers in disguise
Chorus
One to twenty-one, and you know I aint gonna stall
I gotta give it up with the homie roll call
Og cry baby, and the homie big roc
Mooch on the side with the stockin can ride
Big sugar mama, flee bag and
Lady roe guard and marathon they og see
Salt lake crew got little shorty charlotte,
But back to louis with t-bone is where I started,
Livin in the back in a little pink shack
If you know like I know then bounce to this track
Cerritos bounce to this

Baby vs Adult
Baby is dumb
Adult has wisdom
Babies are small and crawl
Adults are tall and fall
Baby demands
Adult commands
Baby yearns to walk
Adult learns to work
Baby weeps
Adult sleeps
You carry a baby
You marry an adult
Baby chokes
Adult smokes
Baby stays at home to play
Adult brings home the pay
Baby cries
Adult sighs
Baby spikes milk
Adults like silk
And I saved this for the last
Baby at birth
Adult at death
Baby vs Adult becomes a thing of the past

Soldiers to Sportsmen!
Fighting spirit never dies in man!
Man never sees wonder of his life;
Physical form of man is a miracle
That should be put to best use...!
This he has to remember before
Fight to the last to destroy all....!
Perhaps sports is created well
To satisfy warring talent for good!
Valour was decided by fight earlier....;
Fight was turned into sports in arena
That slowly turned into Olympic game
Starting from spear fight on horse back!
Soldiers turned into chivalrous knights,
Gladiators, national cadet corps, athletes,
Soccer, cricket and base ball players.....
Surely are far better than war soldiers!
