Like art, revolutions come from combining what exists into what has never existed before.

Revolutions Over

The revolutions over baby
The revolutions over baby now
The revolutions over baby
The revolutions over baby now
Reelin and quakin
Bringin home the bacon!
Were all getting taken for a ride
Kiss your mama goodbye
Time to let it all fly
Dont get caught
With your fingers in the pie
The revolutions over baby
The revolutions over baby now
The revolutions over baby
The revolutions over baby now
Time to start a new one
Different than the old one
Something that theyve never seen before
The revolutions over baby now
The revolutions over baby now
The revolutions over baby now
The revolutions over baby now

Let us remember that revolutions do not always establish freedom. Our own free institutions were not the offspring of our Revolution. They existed before.

When people talk of the freedom of writing, speaking or thinking I cannot choose but laugh. No such thing ever existed. No such thing now exists; but I hope it will exist. But it must be hundreds of years after you and I shall write and speak no more.

Something In The Air

Call out the instigator
Because theres something in the air
Weve got to get together sooner or later
Because the revolutions here
And you know its right
And you know that its right
We have got to get it together
We have got to get it together now
Run through the fields and houses
Because theres something in the air
Weve got to get together sooner or later
Because the revolutions here
And you know its right
And you know that its right
We have got to get it together
We have got to get it together now
Call out the instigator
Because theres something in the air
Weve got to get together sooner or later

And you know its right
And you know that its right
We have got to get it together
We have got to get it together now

John Steinbeck

After the bare requisites of living and reproducing, man wants most to leave some record of himself, a proof, perhaps, that he has really existed. He leaves his proof on wood, on stone, or on the lives of other people. This deep desire exists in everyone, from the boy who scribbles on a wall to the Buddha who etches his image in the race mind. Life is so unreal. I think that we seriously doubt that we exist and go about trying to prove that we do.

The Death Of A Revolution

i was once there
in that island of

questions
all questions

its shores in circles
do not have
any answer

i move around there
and i am dizzy

feeling the spin
and the effects of my own
self-imposed
revolutions

quite a decade

and all the children i have
were eaten by the big
hungry mouth
of the revolutions of my youth
my past

i preach a new
story now

times changed i tell you
and i am not left
like a step that
you have taken

there is exhaustion
there is an end
where our mouths knowing about the dying of the lips
have to tell
the truth finally

and you are not listening
with your gun in your
hand

listen! everything has changed
you must see
the new light of my dawn

i have no word for you
must you pull the trigger now?

Monday to friday blues

Feelings of despair blind those that already see in colors black and white, eyes a gift in yours and my life. Life an experience sometimes like Hard hitting beats and many a time like subtle melodies, at a time when memories existed literally.

But now exists figuratively like fantasies, dreams never to become reality, a thing of the future it will never be, cuz experience has taught me many of life’s cruel lessons you see.

I go to war with my thoughts constantly on a daily bases trying to fight these demons that govern my whole being it takes me places, places where only darkness exists,20 thousand feet underneath please, I say please, but still I seem never to be at ease.

wake me up from this dream, Wake me, so I can peacefully be, be like any other human being, dream of better things, inhale the scent that covers the winds, gaze at trees swaying as thought they were speaking to me saying…. Hang in there your day is coming, coming soon, on a half moon, I’ll send you clues, forget about those Monday to Friday blues, let’s call it truce, so you, you my dearest can become, become a better you….

The World's Twilight

The hour has come.
What hour?
The two worlds are combining
What worlds?
The worlds of light and dark
Somethings are only visible in the dark or light
The dark, heartless people can't survive in the light
the heartless are trying to kill you,
run to the light
No light may shine on it.
Any lit room is safe
protect your light
Watch your light
let it burn in the night
expect the unexpected

The hour has come
What hour?
Light and dark are combining
Its the hour of Twilight
A very scary and gloomy sight to see
escepially when someone takes it away.
Every world is cut in half
It has a light side and a dark side
Choose what side you will be on.
Always watch your light

I Be Wetin I Be!

THERE WAS NOT A WAR WHERE SOLDIERS DID NOT EXIST,
THERE WAS NOT A DEVIL, WHERE A GOD DID NOT EXIST,
THERE WAS NOT A FIRE THAT DID NOT BEGET SMOKE,
THERE WAS NOT A SKY WHERE A CLOUD EXISTED NOT,
THEN WHY SHOULD THERE BE I, WHEN I DID NOT EXIST?
I HAVE CEASED TO BE BEFORE BEING,
I HAVE CEASED TO EXIST BEFORE I EVEN EXISTED,
THEN, OF WHAT NEED IS THE PESTILENC?
IF THERE NEVER WAS ANY TO BE PESTERED,
FOR I AM NOT TO BE,
THEN LET ME CEASE TO BE,
THAT MY PEACE MAY BE,
THUS AND THEN, MAY I HAVE BEEN!

Poem of Peace

There is much peace in this young planet
Whenever we’re amazed and silent
There is more silence than yet encountered
Where we command our traffic to a halt

More energy than we have manufactured
Is generating in our resting
The music to affirm our species
Is infant in the frets on our guitars

It will be a necessity, a hunger, to embrace
And occasionally to suffocate, the chaos
To dream new revolutions, smarter
Than the ways of fragmentation in which we’re led -

Revolutions weaving all complexity
Into a fine and trusted net,
Of safety, method and community
That is simple, and at peace, at last.

Future children and other people:
You may not realize this peace or hunger,
And as I am no seer, I propose
In one day, or world, it will appear.

Andrei Tarkovsky

An artist never works under ideal conditions. If they existed, his work wouldn't exist, for the artist doesn't live in a vacuum. Some sort of pressure must exist. The artist exists because the world is not perfect. Art would be useless if the world were perfect, as man wouldn't look for harmony but would simply live in it. Art is born out of an ill-designed world. This is the issue in Andrey Rubliov.
