Ivan, What Happened To Your Smile?
What happened to your smile?
Ivan, [that`s how I would like to call you]
Tell, where is your smile that bloomed on your face?
Ivan, I am afraid your smile has faded for ever.
In the midst of deafening roars and maddening songs,
Ivan, your smile had a musical charm over a season.
Your smile could be seen from places miles away,
Ivan, it had an aroma that winds would proudly carry.
I used to think about others who had solid faces,
Ivan, your face was an exception to all theirs.
The frost and the flame of my winter and summer
Ivan, you see, played hide and seek often; but your smile did not.
Retrieve your smile please for I need to see it
Ivan, your smile speaks volumes about what you are indeed.
In the midst of these homosapians I search for my face
Though I had lost my smile long before you were born Ivan.

Pointless To Make Attempts WITH Common Sense
Is a power taken,
The same as a power given?
And how much power,
Does a power that has been taken have...
If those that did not give it,
Deem it as useless?
And if those who deem a power taken,
As being useless...
How powerful can that power remain?
And over what or whom,
Does one with useless power...
Have it kept in their minds believed?
It is pointless to make attempts,
WITH common sense...
To anyone who has money,
That money hoarded has no power at all.
It is only when it is distributed,
That the power of it is most effective.
One's greed,
Eventually defeats a blinded perception.

Ivan Ivan
Did you ever find out who planted those apples
Those apples dancing gravity falling out of the carriage
Hitting ground behind the horses
Shiny red apples like eyeballs of knowledge
Eat eat the breakfast of your life
Their drumming beat
Against your heart
Ivan Ivan
A child of revenge
Ever plunged within the moonlit lake you shattered with a pebble
When moonlight hit your eyes like thunder weeping silence
Just a drip dropp drip dropp drip dropp across your heart
Water weapon armored pain
In an ambush against the enemy
Who was the enemy Ivan
Ivan Ivan
You crossed the moonlight to water walk stars
Earthly dresses shattered naked you stood
Where naked all of us at one point will stand
Like a truth naked hidden by heart shed in the light
Laughter swelled boy in innocence encroaching lands
Spring your soul afar spring your heart in pain
History foretold freedom redeemed
Its drumming beat the wings of your flight
Inspired by Ivan's Childhood, a Tarkowsky film

We are not weak if we make a proper use of those means which the God of Nature has placed in our power... the battle, sir, is not to the strong alone it is to the vigilant, the active, the brave.

The Power In My Hand
Let the bold get bolder
The weak, weaker
The poor, poorer
And the world bigger
But the powerful shall exceed the earth
And the powerful shall stretch his hands wide
Across the face of the earth
Then the powerful shall be more powerful
The power in my hand, I limit
The power to rebuild the earth
The power to speak to other powers
The power to fall in love
The power to seal volcanoes
To trouble storms
To do the undone
And undo the done
The power to gather knowledge
And solve world mysteries
To reach to the needy
And build better lives
But all these I have neglected
And all the miracles die with me
Can I sit any longer?
And more perish still?
For my sake
But that power could leave me
For someone else
For the misuse of such gifts
Immortality is not an issue
One must die
But shall I die unaccomplished?
With the seed of power
In my hands
Who shall attend my burial?
Apart from the unaccomplished
But my chance to use my power has come
Most people blame Eve
Others Adam
For misused power
Had they not heard they are misusing theirs?
Are they not ashamed?
For nature is fair
And ones chance is too
There is lots of power in my hands to harness
But there isn't lots of time to utilize
So how can I sit with you and watch…
…the power in my hands waste away

Did you?
Did you see the thoughts of my heart,
When tired, exausted, nearly frustrated,
Yet strong, with the head towards the stars,
I was working for your low rating?
Did you hear the whisper of your soul,
Ashamed, weak from lies and the fraud?
They both had thought you
were bolder,
They both were sure you were better brought,
But they were mistaken and upset:
Your better ego seems to be now dead.

Power To The People
Power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people, right on
Say you want a revolution
We better get on right away
Well you get on your feet
And out on the street
Singing power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people, right on
A million workers working for nothing
You better give em what they really own
We got to put you down
When we come into town
Singing power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people, right on
I gotta ask you comrades and brothers
How do you treat you own woman back home
She got to be herself
So she can free herself
Singing power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people, right on
Now, now, now, now
Oh well, power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people, right on
Yeah, power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people, right on
Power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people
Power to the people, right on

Reflections-2
1 Ocean-Beat
Summer sky fervid
Angry ocean steaming up
Sun hides behind clouds
2 Who?
Coral-pearl quarrel
Who the best round silky neck
Beats them a rain dropp
3 Whales
Melody in depths
vigilant ocean warning
Vigilant hunters
4 Shore and Ocean
Friendly when two
In oneness...enemies two
Man and tsunami

In A Town This Size
In a town this size, theres no place to hide
Everywhere you go you meet someone you know
You cant steal a kiss in a place like this
How the rumors do fly in a town this size
In a smokey bar in the backseat of your car
In your own little house someones sure to find you out
What you do and what you think
What you eat and what you drink
If you smoke a cigarette theyll be talkin about your breath
In a town this size, theres no place to hide
Everywhere you go you meet someone you know
You cant steal a kiss in a place like this
How the rumors do fly in a town this size
Oh, I had a fight with my girlfriend last night
Before the moon went down it was all over town
How he made me cry how I said goodbye
If its true or not doesnt seem to count alot
In a town this size, theres no place to hide
Everywhere you go you meet someone you know
You cant steal a kiss in a place like this

In A Town This Size (feat. Dolores Keane)
In a town this size, there's no place to hide
Everywhere you go you meet someone you know
You can't steal a kiss in a place like this
How the rumors do fly in a town this size
In a smokey bar in the backseat of your car
In your own little house someone's sure to find you out
What you do and what you think
What you eat and what you drink
If you smoke a cigarette they'll be talkin' about your breath
In a town this size, there's no place to hide
Everywhere you go you meet someone you know
You can't steal a kiss in a place like this
How the rumors do fly in a town this size

Upcoming train is growing in size;
Down going train dwindle in size.
Incoming things look more than life size.
Outgoing things fade less than life size.

Power Play
Dear Friends of the day,
I have not time for power play.
Life is too short and sweet,
I can't hear every heartbeat.
I have no time for strife,
I choose to enjoy my life.
I know who I am; where I'm going,
I won't carry power play along.
Power play becomes powerless
I choose to remain harmless.
A person with true power,
Overturns power play every hour.
Then power players look bad,
Even their faces look sad.
It separates the best of friends
Power play comes to an end.
I choose to be fair,
To avoid uncalled for despair.
I leave power play alone,
With my life, I move on.

It is only fantasy, not true!
Just imagine that earth is the size of a pinhead,
The universe may be the size of the earth.
when The universe is the size of the earth.
that earth may be the size of a pinhead,
The maximum time difference is less than a day,
Wherever we travel on the earth in pain or gay,
When we travel east or west, we either lose or gain,
A few of hours of the past and the future,
when the morning arrives earlier or later,
While the people, their age and their progress are the same,
But we gain or lose only less than a day on this planet of a pinhead.
When we travel in the universe which is the size of the earth,
How many years and decades that we need to go for a round,
When we travel east and west, we lose and gain in years,
Many years of past and the future that exists at the same moment,
So, when the time travelers return, they wouldn't be younger, not lament,
To look for their gone ancestors in the changed land scape,
As the human wherever they go and whatever they do,
They age at same pause gradually, not one age faster,
The other remain younger during the same period of roster.
I am a time traveler to travel faster to reach the future,
or dig the past, I am always the contemporary human to ponder.

Crazy Jane On God
That lover of a night
Came when he would,
Went in the dawning light
Whether I would or no;
Men come, men go;
All things remain in god.
All things remain in god.
Banners choke the sky;
Men-at-arms tread;
Armoured horses neigh
In the narrow pass:
All things remain in god.
All things remain in god.
I had wild jack for a lover;
Though like a road
That men pass over
My body makes no moan
But sings on:
All things remain in god.
All things remain in god.
Before their eyes a house
That from childhood stood
Uninhabited, ruinous,
Suddenly lit up
From door to top:
All things remain in god.
All things remain in god.
Oh, that lover of a night
Came when he would,
Went in the dawning light
Whether I would or no;
Men come, men go;
All things remain in god.
All things remain in god.
All things remain in god.
All things remain in god.
All things remain in god.
All things remain in god.

The Vanguard [1]
While the crippled cruisers stagger where the blind horizon dips,
And the ocean ooze is rising round the sunken battle-ships,
While the battered wrecks, unnoticed, with their mangled crews drift past—
Let me fire one gun for Russia, though that gun should be the last.
’Tis a struggle of the Ages, and the White Man’s star is dim,
There is little jubilation, for the game has got too grim;
But though Russia’s hope seems shattered, and the Russian star seems set,
It may mean the Dawn for Russia—and my hope’s in IVAN yet!
Let the Jingo in his blindness cant and cackle as he will;
But across the path from Asia run the Russian trenches still!
And the sahib in his rickshaw may loll back and smoke at ease,
While the haggard, ragged heroes man the battered batteries.
’Tis the first round of the struggle of the East against the West,
Of the fearful war of races—for the White Man could not rest.
Hold them, IVAN! staggering bravely underneath your gloomy sky;
Hold them, IVAN! we shall want you pretty badly by-and-bye!
Fighting for the Indian empire, when the British pay their debt;
Never Britain watched for BLUCHER as he’ll watch for IVAN yet!
It means all to young Australia—it means life or death to us,
For the vanguard of the White Man is the vanguard of the Russ!
