My Pledge of Allegiance

We Pledge allegiance to a Flag, symbolizing liberty and justice for all~Proclaiming one nation under God, yet we help other countries fall.

With power and weapons for justice we sing~while death, pain, and sorry is all that we bring. To the republic for which it stands~this Flag should fly high in many lands.

A mask created using Gods name, I look at our country and sometime feel shame. Liberty and justice for all we do say, while war is our solution we kill everyday.

We send our children to war seeking global democracy~In Gods name, we do say this should not be. Nationwide cries, screams for Mercy, who has the power? The land of the FREE!

Is this justice I ask, that we are fighting for, or legalized slavery forever more.

We pledge our allegiance to a flag, symbolizing liberty and justice for all~One Nation for which it stands should include all countries big and small.

As you wave your flag with a gun in your hand~the pledge I shall make is to the creator of this land. I pledge my allegiance to God up above; and pray that someday your Pledge will mean love.

*I know at times war is necessary; however It still hurts my heart to see so much sadness, pain, destruction, and violence! It is time for change...Many blessing and prayers for all of our soldiers, and their families.

Let's Just Drop the Subject!

We pledge an allegiance to a flag.
And to a 'republic' for which it stands.
With liberty and justice for all!

'Hey...
It's like those blue dogs,
Fighting with right winged conservatives.
Or those of third party inclinations,
Who say they are neither democrat or republican.
And the federal reserve created by the Rothchilds...
Controlling every dime every where on Earth! '

Those are unpatriotic statements!
Delivered from the lips...
Of a nonconformist militant.

'Oh please!
I guess the next thing you will say,
Is that our cherished democracy is a socialistic movement.
That threatens our way of life?
Although we pledge ourselves today,
To an understanding that a sovereign state...
Ruled by representatives of a widely inclusive electorate.
And the term republic...
Formerly denoted a form of government,
That was both free from hereditary or monarchical rule? '

WHY are you attempting to be specific,
When propaganda has been our ideal way of life?
What has been documented has already been determined to be flawed.
And what is the problem with a bit of fantasizing?

'We must protect 'our' interests!
Whatever they are.
Or 'today' may be!
Folks are beginning to become alarmed,
By the fact that our president may not be a nationalized citizen.
And once every year...
People spend millions decorating their homes,
Streets and businesses on Christmas!
Waiting for Santa Claus to arrive.
And nowhere in the Bible is this man mentioned! '

We pledge an allegiance to a flag.
And fantasies of all kinds.
So what is the big deal?
This has nothing to do with honesty and truth.
That's why we have laws!

'Geeesssshh!
Let's just dropp the subject!
I'm already feeling violated.'

Is that mentally?
Or physically?

Why are you looking at me like that?

To an uncaring public

I speak this truth
With wasted words
But you are uniformed
Speaking words of hate
One nation, divided
And justice is deception
Unity is merely a word
Making hypocrisy visible
A twenty second prayer
To bombs, bullets, and blood
We pledge our allegiance

On the Innate Drive For What is Right

As life bled, martyrdom flared its buds.
Repression, red from irritation,
Rendered chinks and cracks; but thuds of
Armament - in cowardice - accomplice of the
Dictatorial blight thro' countless years -
Wreaked its retribution:
Yet hope began to bloom a coloured carapace
Enshrining their allegiance ‘gainst the
Terror in their tears.

And on! Splits yawned - breaches in the junta:
Flesh fought fanatical minds -
Bullets welcomed into open hands
And blessed with yearnings for morality:
Chiselled man-toys of death and mutilation
Couldn't repel the might of freedom
Surging at the bright horizon.

Crepuscular rays of purpose, body,
Flooded pandemonium with
Overwhelming clarity, direction -
Burdened clouds drifting wayward as the
Light channelled out a vision,
Intensifying focus on tomorrow -
Deepen their stride
As they home in to
What is theirs,
Rightfully theirs!

I Desire

I desire I desire
I pledge allegiance to the thought
That your love is all that matters
And your gestures have the power
To bring the whole world to its knees
Dont let me torment you
Dont let me bring you down
Dont ever let me hurt you
Dont let me fail because
I desire your attention
I desire your perfect love
I desire nothing more (than this)
(or less)
To give you happiness
Could become a lifetime goal
A smile I might bring you
Is more important than world peace
I pledge allegiance to the fact
That youre wise to walk away
For nothing is more dangerous
Than desire when its wrong

Henry Clay

I have heard something said on this and a former occasion about allegiance to the South. I know no South, no North, no East, no West, to which I owe any allegiance. I owe allegiance to two sovereignty, and only two: one is the sovereignty of this Union, and the other is the sovereignty of the state of Kentucky. My allegiance is to this Union and to my state; but if gentlemen suppose they can exact from me an acknowledgement of allegiance to any ideal or future contemplated confederacy of the South, I here declare that I owe no allegiance to it; nor will I, for one, come under any such allegiance if I can avoid it.

I Pledge Allegiance

Looking back yeah I feel alright
Getting more than my expectations
Yeah my future looks clear and bright
Im living up to my reputation
Yeah, Im satisfied
Yeah, until the day I die
I gave my blood and I gave my soul
I stood my ground and I took control
The legends growing as the storys told
I pledge allegiance to the state, of rock and roll
Oh yeah!
Ive been a rebel for all my life
I never cared about regulations
I only went for the things I liked
And my guitar was my inspiration
Yeah, we pay a price
Yeah, I made the sacrifice
I gave my blood and I gave my soul
I stood my ground and I took control
The legends growing as the storys told
I know that heavens gonna wait
I pledge allegiance to the state, of rock and roll
[solo]
Yeah, Im satisfied
Yeah, until the day I die
I gave my blood and I gave my soul
I stood my ground and I took control
The legends growing as the storys told

Liberty Needs Glasses

excuse me but lady liberty needs glasses
and so does mrs justice by her side
both the broads r blind as bats
stumbling thru the system
justice bumbed into mutulu and
trippin on geronimo pratt
but stepped right over oliver
and his crooked partner ronnie
justice stubbed her big toe on mandela
and liberty was misquoted by the indians
slavery was a learning phase
forgotten with out a verdict
while justice is on a rampage
4 endangered surviving black males
i mean really if anyone really valued life
and cared about the masses
theyd take em both 2 pen optical
and get 2 pair of glasses

The Black Widow

These words he speaks are true
We're all humanary stew if
We don't pledge allegiance to
The Black Widow
The horror that he brings
The horror of his sting
The unholiest of kings
The Black Widow
Our minds will be his toy
And every girl and boy will learn to be employed by
The Black Widow
Love him
Yes we love him
Love him
Yes we love him
He sits upon his throne and picks at all the bones of his
Husbands and his
Wives he's devoured He stares with a gleam
With a laugh so obscene at the virgins and the children
He's deflowered
Love him
Yes we love him
Love him
Yes we love him
Love me
Yes we love him
Our thoughts are hot and crazed
Our brains are webbed in haze
Of mindless senseless daze
The Black Widow
These words he speaks are true
We're all humanary stew
If we don't pledge allegiance to
The Black Widow

Black Man

First man to die
For the flag we now hold high (crispus attucks)
Was a black man
The ground were we stand
With the flag held in our hand
Was first the redmans
Guide of a ship
On the first columbus trip (pedro alonzo nino)
Was a brown man
The railroads for trains
Came on tracking that was laid
By the yellow man
We pledge allegiance
All our lives
To the magic colors
Red, blue and white
But we all must be given
The liberty that we defend
For with justice not for all men
History will repeat again
Its time we learned
This world was made for all men
Heart surgery
Was first done successfully
By a black man (dr daniel hale williams)
Friendly man who died
But helped the pilgrims to survive (squanto)
Was a redman
Farm workers rights
Were lifted to new heights (caesar chavez)
By a brown man
Incandescent light
Was invented to give sight (thomas edison)
By the white man
We pledge allegiance
All our lives
To the magic colors
Red, blue and white
But we all must be given
The liberty that we defend
For with justice not for all men
History will repeat again
Its time we learned
This world was made for all men
Here me out...
Now I know the birthday of a nation
Is a time when a country celebrates
But as your hand touches your heart
Remember we all played a part in america
To help that banner wave
First clock to be made
In america was created
By a black man (benjamin banneker)
Scout who used no chart
Helped lead lewis and clark
Was a redman (sacagawea)
Use of martial arts
In our country got its start
By a yellow man
And the leader with a pen
Signed his name to free all men
Was a white man (abraham lincoln)
We pledge allegiance
All our lives
To the magic colors
Red, blue and white
But we all must be given
The liberty that we defend
For with justice not for all men
History will repeat again
Its time we learned
This world was made for all men
This world was made for all men
This world was made for all men
This world was made for all men
God saved his world for all men
All people
All babies
All children
All colors
All races
This worlds for you

The Use Of The Word 'and

How did you use the word

'and'?

Like part and parcel
Like twins, same faces
With no meaning at all.
In all likeness

But I see how it is
Used in your country,

Liberty and equality,

How come? Did you not
Shiver with the way
How they are paired?

There may be liberty
But where is equality?
Or is it not an irony
That both in the context
Of “and”
they do not exist
at all

As free and equal?

this
liberty and justice

for all

i am
Just asking.
