This is nourishing, redemptive; we become less alone inside.

Inside Out
Inside out, ooh you got me inside out
Oh inside out, oh inside out
Now everybody keeps on telling me how to be
And everybody tells me do what they say
Oh Ill help myself its up to me and no-one else
But till Im ready just keep out of my way
Inside out, ooh you got me inside out
Oh inside out, oh inside out
Now everybodys got me running round, up and down
And here I am going out of my mind
But I wont lose sight of all the, the things Im looking for
Theyre coming to me and Im taking whats mine
Inside out, ooh you got me inside out
Oh inside out, oh inside out
Ill play the game
Well make the same mistakes
Its all the same
If we can give and take
Hold on, hold on, ooh
Hold on, hold on, ooh
Inside out, ooh you got me inside out
Oh inside out, oh inside out
All of my life Ive been searching and hanging on
Turning a corner, never know what Id find
But now Im back again like I never went away
Ooh let me in Im through with wasting my time
Inside out, ooh you got me inside out
Oh inside out, oh inside out
Oh inside out, ooh you got me inside out
Oh inside out, oh inside out

Cultivating Romance
In marriage so often romance is just misunderstood
It’s not about a man or a woman trying to be good
Perhaps it’s where the nourishing should begin
A rhythm of romance, of each nourishing, from selfish sin
Silly, though, how we all push things just to be right
Instead of developing communitive bonds against the night
Even God is into romance, of relationships and Love
As with Biblical patterns from His Good-Book, up above
Selfishness hinders us from love’s great liberty
But when we nurture our loved-one we begin to see
That, it’s more about timing and loving consistency
Like a rainbow rang of antics against loving resistancey

Needing Only the Benefits of Time
That which is accustomed to nourishing,
And doing this on its own...
Will continue to do so.
Regardless who believes it to be fragile,
Upon their chance discovery of its growth.
That which is accustomed to nourishing,
And doing this on its own...
Will continue to do so.
Regardless who believes it to be fragile,
Upon their chance discovery of its growth.
A growth done unnoticed,
Does not prevent the experience of it,
Because this process is not seen.
The importance of its development,
Is not reliant upon the approval of observation.
And a healing of a wound isn't done,
Under constant surveillance.
An effectiveness to do this has already begun.
Needing only the benefits of time...
With faith and patience to succeed.

However it is debased or misinterpreted, love is a redemptive feature. To focus on one individual so that their desires become superior to yours is a very cleansing experience.

There's only one effectively redemptive sacrifice, the sacrifice of self-will to make room for the knowledge of God.

Seeking Heat!
there is a heat
inside the fire,
friction inside the match.
there are clouds
inside each raindrop,
winter snows inside each bud.
there is a joy
hidden deep in sorrow,
there is touch
inside of the lonely.
there is a need
inside each prayer,
there is a hunger
inside those who take.
there is forgiveness
inside of anger.
there is a freedom
inside each cell.
there is a sameness
inside of difference.
there is a mother
inside each man.
there is a man
inside each body,
a hint of god
inside each soul.
there is a heart
inside of each man...
a heart seeking heat!

I have made a film about jazz that tries to look through jazz to see what it tells us about who we are as a people. I think that jazz is a spectacularly accurate model of democracy and a kind of look into our redemptive future possibilities.
Meditation
Detached inside away
From the kindred inside
Seated on an inside
Inside a closed inside
Awaiting a bloom
Lighting the inside
There, to feel
No inside, outside

You expect far too much of a first sentence. Think of it as analogous to a good country breakfast: what we want is something simple, but nourishing to the imagination.

Take It
If it was up to me, I would never dare you
If it was up to me, I would rather spare you
If it was up to me, I would try to sway you
Everything is up to him
Everything is up to him
Everything is up to him
Inside out, you have to take it (do it)
Take it (do it)
Take it (do it)
Inside out, you have to take it (do it)
Take it (do it)
Take it (do it)
Inside out, you have to
If it was up to me, you wouldnt have to fear him
If it was up to me, I wouldnt let you near him
If it was up to me, it doesnt really matter
Inside out, its only
Inside out, they gotta take it (do it)
Take it (do it)
Take it (do it)
Inside out, you have to take it (do it)
Take it (do it)
Take it (do it)
Inside out, you have to
Ok, come on
You dont wanna see what goes on over here
You dont even wanna get near
If I was you Id turn around and back home now
Before you get stuffed little buster
Tryin to mean mug with that lip flappin
What you thought was gonna happen?
Turn around boy and break off fast
Before you get that foot in your
Everything is up to him
Everything is up to him
Everything is up to him
Inside out, you have to take it (do it)
Take it (do it)
Take it (do it)
Inside out, you have to take it (do it)
Take it (do it)
Take it (do it)
Inside out, you have to take it (do it)
Take it (do it)
Take it (do it)
Everything is up to him
Everything is up to him
Everything is up to him
Inside out, you have to

Inside my happiness...
Inside my happiness, there is nothing but happiness for me.
Inside my happiness, the colors are so bright and vivid and I am able to see everything clearly.
Inside my happiness, there were no dark times because in my happiness the sun always shines.
Inside my happiness, there is no pain, there is no fear and there certainly is no doubt.
Inside my happiness, we all live as one and there is peace for all beings.
Inside my happiness, there is God and he has planned all of this for me.
Inside my happiness, addiction never happend.
Inside my happiness, there are no sorrows and no tears for the hurt doesnt exist.
Inside my happiness, there is you, and you are everything.
Inside my happiness, there is a woman who is ready for life.
Inside my happiness, there is nothing but happiness for me.

And...
And...
This is tragic.
Although he claims to choose this existence.
Quick smiles he'll deliver with a slow burning charm.
Carries he does a deep sadness he feels,
With a nourishing need to harvest and farm!
Tragic in relationships.
Distrusting feeling
To entrust who he is with!
Pained with scars embedded not to show.
Hidden from his laughing lips,
The urgency he knows.
And even though his heart still seeks...
He feels no one there,
Who will appreciate him enough...
Enough to meet!
He has stopped looking
For suitable 'promises',
Made to his heart he once prayed to keep!
And...
This is tragic.
Although he claims to choose this existence.
Quick smiles he'll deliver with a slow burning charm.
Carries he does a deep sadness he feels,
With a nourishing need to harvest and farm!
Weeping alone and sowing misery.

Family
There's a child inside
A man inside
A woman inside
A sage inside
A mother inside with breasts of love
A father inside with hands of care
A child inside beautifully caressed
A mother inside with the wing of dove
A father inside the flight to share
A child inside with parents blessed
A sage inside with a peaceful face
The peace to bestow in all its grace

Burning Inside
Will these dreams still follow me,
On of dark obscurity?
Cant you see it up in the sky
As it kicks you in the face and lets you dye
You never have the answers
And now you tell me the facts of life
I really couldnt be bothered with you
Get out of my face and watch me die
Burning inside!burning inside!
Absolution and a frozen room
Are dreams of men below
I try to grab it but the touch is hot
The mirrors collapses, but the image can not
Im scared of darkness in a light
I scare myself cause I know Im right
I see the evil in youre savage eye
As it cuts right through the sky
Burning inside!burning inside!burning inside!burning inside!burning
Inside!burning inside!burning inside!burning inside!
Calling the mantra with a blade in the skin
For the demons within
I feel the pain is the death and decay
But the lesson never fades away
Too little shadows, turn away
Another man through the window pane
Another slave and a victim of fate
Another lesson in hate
Burning inside! burning inside!burning inside!burning inside!burning
Inside!burning inside!burning inside!burning inside!

Mothers Day
Today is the Mothers Day.
To have mother or to be a mother:
Which is nourishing?
Both, one to the child and the other to the adult.
