And understandably so, that when you're in legal jeopardy, you really cannot put yourself in a position to open yourself up to the media.

Media
An exposure to media, the press
Is dangerous, an overexposure, worst damaging,
You lose an image, you lose yourself,
And people would not mind, who are you and what is your name,
how did you do it, not what did you do, and that would be the end of you,
I do not talk to media since then, it has always the last say, I shy away from an interviewer from a media coverage, from that writer
Who smiles at me, taking carefully what I am saying
On a certain legal question, only to find out,
The following day, he says what I did not really mean in that proper context,
In what I said to him and which he twisted,
I had that bad experience, and
Had not recovered for years, walking in the city,
Without my head, all to my shame and loss,
I did not mind, my deeds my fingers will speak for me
Eventually, and my conscience shall tell my vocabulary avenging finally that
The better plural form of media, after all,
Is mediocre,
of course, its correct singular form is still
Media. How can I argue with you, medium man?

Is There A Legal Ground
Is there a legal ground?
One can stand on to feel safe and sound.
Is there a legal ground?
One that can be found that's not shaking around.
Is there a legal ground?
One that is near,
Not to be feared...
And if one should fall,
A solidness is clear!
Is there a legal ground?
Anywhere.
One understood.
One that is shared.
Is there a legal ground?
One that is cemented...
Making feelings of it different,
With a jumping up and down...
Packing heavy weighted pounds.
Is there a legal ground?
Around...
To be found!
Is there a legal ground?
Around...
To be found.
Is there a legal ground?
Around...
To be found.
Is there a legal ground?

Go on, hold me position, just a hold me position
Just like Jesus Christ in the valley of decision
Devil come along and tru to deceive man through him
Got him plan from the older one
Him had to hold him position, had to hold him position yeh
Hold him position, had to hold him position
Well rhythm like this makes me and me daughter
Go down at the dance, bubble on the corner
When the rhythm is sweet, we a go hold tighter
Rub-adub like this makes you go one
So you hold your position
Say you hold you position aya
Hold your position, say hold your position
Things and time was a getting slow let off the rhythm
Let the good time roll
Don't bother go a slow and stay a back row
I man come to make the rhythm
Just a rock and flow, because me hold me position
Just a hold me position
Special request to 39 Acker Tree, Frontline, everyman on Kime
UB40 say come and rhyme
Yes, Daddy Stone, me in the dance hall style
So we really come to make it versatile
Because one of a kind we come to blow your mind
So you should hold you position
Yes, hold your position, aya
Hold your position, hold your position
Hold Your Position (cont'd) Stones
Skank steady, Skank Steady
I tell you rock the rhythm
You should skank down steady
You know you say, it heavier than lead
Kinda tougher than tough
You know that Jah, Jah covers
Since he stands over us
So hold your position
Hold your position
Move to the east, and you could a move to the west
Lyrics like this Jab know never go jest
Say chunk ice water say right to your chest
Intercity, outer city everywhere the best you better
Hold you position, just hold your position
Hold you position, say hold your position
Well rhythm like this is really so hot
Let off the vilse because a legal shot
Because we hold our position
Yes, we hold our position aya
Hold our position yes, hold our position
Hold on tight never let go
Tee, ta, tee, say them all in a row
Donkey want water, you should hold him

Wah dat, hold your position
I say hold your position settle hold your position John
Hold you position Aunty, hold your position
Say hold your position go on
Hold your position, tell them rhythm so crucial
Rhythm so nice like sugar, like a spice
Cause when we a come a dance give you rough, nough, choice
A youth like me should a drive Rolls Royce
Sugar my tea baby, you're irie thought the two of us
Will go to bed cosy
Just a hold me position, hold me position

Also, the commercial media in a superior position, really, to any other corporate lobby, because where would people hear about commercial media or corporate media criticism, where would they hear criticism of them other than in the commercial media?

Access to Axe Integrities
They have access to axe integrities.
Be it race,
One's position.
Color, heritage, religious beliefs and/or creed.
With media supported advertisements,
They do it.
To mouth their ideologies.
And influencing viewers and listeners all,
To air their insults and dirt to spew.
Knowing only few have control over the media.
To sway opinion.
And divide people too!
Destructive are their intentions.
And with this done they can convince...
Those of limited conscious.
And those clearly devoid of common sense.
But they are the few,
Who can afford to do what they do.
Since they are paid to voice their opinions.
No matter who it is,
They wish to defame and screw!
They have access to axe integrities.
Be it race,
One's position.
Color, heritage, religious beliefs and/or creed.
With media supported advertisements,
They do it.
To mouth their ideologies.
And these,
Are the days we live!
And these people prey...
With feelings and deeds,
That are insensitive!

I Lost On Jeopardy
Oh-oh-oh-oh
I was there to match my intellect on national tv
Against a plumber, oh, and an architect, both with a phd
I was tense, I was nervous, I guess it just wasnt my night
Art fleming gave the answers
Oh, but I couldnt get the questions right, -ight, -ight
I lost on jeopardy, baby (oooh)
I lost on jeopardy, baby (oooh)
Well, I knew I was in trouble now
My hope of winning sank
Oh, cause I got the daily double now
And then my mind went blank
I took potpourri for one hundred
And then my head started to spin
Well, Im givin up don pardo
Just tell me now what I didnt win, yeah, yeah
I lost on jeopardy, baby (oooh)
I lost on jeopardy, baby (oooh)

When Bush first got elected, the very first time there was talk of going to war with Iraq, the mainstream media gave his position total credibility. I didn't get it then, and I don't get it now.
Neither science, nor the politics in power, nor the mass media, nor business, nor the law nor even the military are in a position to define or control risks rationally.

So at a time in which the media give the public everything it wants and desires, maybe art should adopt a much more aggressive attitude towards the public. I myself am very much inclined to take this position.

A Piece Of Opinion For The 99% Occupy
The selfish-rich may not see or understand
How a man reaches the depth of his pocket
Fiddles these coins on the palm of his hand
And looks for grace of his hunger and thirst
Passers may have doubts how he’d become
The resident on the aisle of city’s sidewalks
As he lays on a cardboard box as his home
Others think he’s a “stench” by media’s talks
Listen to this country’s expenses to others
But not for those who once paid their taxes
Like parents supporting sons of their brothers
And not for their children’s future and success
Companies that outsource jobs to “La-Lands”
Care nothing about workers but high profits
Not knowing they cannot buy their products
If unemployment keeps rising to the highest
“You” talk about education to gain a position
But in favor of closing schools of your nation
While these children’s ambitions in jeopardy
“You” got the guts to hire from other country
He lost his job; he lost his car, then his house
His fame, families and now in grade of shame
Whether to stay in the peril of cold as mouse
Or a dog raking leftovers that you can’t tame
Yes! You can’t tame a man you can’t bail out
For he alone can only make the best for him
Yet how can he be when skills are fading out
And no one is appeasing his battered dream

Purpose Meant
They complain about the media.
Those who use it and abuse it!
They say it is unfair...
And declare its worthlessness.
But millions are spent,
To convince and capture with attention.
And as long as what is printed,
Or seen on TV screens...
Does not demean as intended.
They maintain that the media...
Is on a mission to destroy their deceptions!
And they use the media to campaign against,
Its effectiveness to reveal an undermining...
Purpose meant!

Strangers Touch
(john farrar/steve kipner)
Ive been doing some soul searching
Feel guilty as a girl can feel
Ive got no business smiling, beguiling
Im caught up in a triangle
No future in this shape Im in
So what do I find so appealing in stealing
Tell me
How come a strangers touch can thrill me so much
My hearts in jeopardy
Hes overpowering me
Oh whatll I do
I wasnt lookin around
You know Im happy with you
Youre a part of me that I cant replace
But he touched my heart in a new place
He found a space
Tell me
How come a strangers touch can thrill me so much
My hearts in jeopardy
Hes overpowering me
Oh whatll I do
Cant keep on hurtin, hurtin you
Tell me
How come a strangers touch can thrill me so much
My hearts in jeopardy
Hes overpowering me
Oh whatll I do
Hes overpowering me
Oh whatll I do
Cant keep on, cant keep on, cant keep hurting you
Cant keep on, cant keep on, cant keep hurting you

Open your box,
Open your box,
Open your trousers,

Open, open, open, open,
Open your legs,
Open your flies,
Open your ears,
Open your nose,
Open your mouth,
Open, open, open, open, oooh.
Open.
Open your cold feet,
Open, open,
Open, open, open, let's open, let's open the cities.
Open the cities,
Open, open, open the world,
Open, let's open the world.
Open, open, oooh -
Open, open, ooh!

Well, when I think of steroids I think of an image. You have the advantage over someone, which is a form of cheating. I guess it wouldn't be right unless it was legal for everybody. Reason it's not legal for everybody is because it can hurt people seriously.

Two thousand years of male society,
Smoke-filled land of the rising sun.
History indicates that they're good for nothing,
Time has come for all male retirement.
It's time for women to show her true self,
With women soul and power let's open a new era.
Female-up, position banzai,
Female-up, position banzai.
Two thousand years of male society,
Mah-jong ridden land of the rising sun.
History shows that they're good for nothing,
Time has come for female-up position.
It's time for women to show her true power,
With women soul and power let's open a new era.
Female-up, position banzai,
Female-up, position banzai.
Two thousand years of male society,
Violence-controlled land of the rising sun.
History shows that they're good for nothing,
Time has come for women's solidarity.
It's time for women to sing her true song,
With women soul and power let's create a new era.
