James Madison

I should not regret a fair and full trial of the entire abolition of capital punishment.

Is It Really Justice or Just Revenge?

Is capital punishment justice or is it revenge?
This is the question that I want to defend.
Is it really justice if you have to kill someone?
Or is the killing of a being just for your fun?
Is a murder really justified if the culprit spends less time in jail?
If so then it seems capital punishment is just easy bail.

They should be punished and not given an out of jail card,
All capital punishment is doing is spending money, cold and hard.
Wanting them to die doesn’t seem like justice but revenge?
It leaves blood on your hands when there life ends.
Life is full of trials and tribulations this is a must,
But if you kill a man then it won’t make life any more just.

Justice is using authority to give a fair decree,
But intended death to a being doesn’t seem fair to me.
Revenge is to satisfy in retaliation,
But death’s your one hit wonder, one satisfaction.
So I will always choose the criminals to defend,
Leaving you with your decision: justice or revenge?

No Lessons Learned

Death for causing death
You can't be lenient
A cold blooded slayer
Deserves capital punishment.
He snuffed out a life
With no hint of remorse
Extinguishing his life
Remains the only course.
He killed one
Still in its bud
Justice must be done
It bays for his blood.
The law takes its course
To the gallows he's sent
There's is no remorse
He deserved capital punishment.
Did it happen again?
Killing of an innocent?
It was no lesson
The capital punishment!

The second trial was a fair trial. I do not call it a second trial. I call it a fair trial, as opposed to the first trial, which was an unfair trial, a Roman holiday.

What does that make you?

If you work in capital punishment what does that make you?
If you kill a murderer I think that’s murder too.
If you hurt some one would you expect it to be returned?
But from your point of view that hurt would have been earned.
I agree they should be punished, I really, really do,
But I also think we should help them to get through.
Do you really consider all of their concerns?
Or do you think: murder, now it’s their turn.
Murder is an intentional killing in the laws sight,
Just because capital punishment is in the law doesn’t make it right.
It’s just like a policeman breaking the law,
And the authorities turn a blind eye lacking awe.
If they are not justified to their discrepancies,
Do you think our crime sentences really should be?
We should be punished for our major illegal wrongs,
But if they aren’t then justice in society does not belong.
Because if we as a society lets capital murder carry through,
Just sit and ask yourself what does that really make you?

Instead of isolating our school and our many subjects from the every day world, we intend to plant it not merely in the French capital, but in what for next summer at least will be the focal point, the capital of the entire civilized world.

Capital of Change

Beyond- capital capital, capital of change
realizing energy through social capital
energizing capital through intellectual and emotional capital
capitalizing energy through death in post-conceptual realities
beyond trust
beyond relationship
beyond law of Karma
post-framed mind-set in the ecological mind of spiritual freedom
capital of change
the end of ideology
you see/you the sea

My views and feelings (are) in favor of the abolition of war--and I hope it is practicable, by improving the mind and morals of society, to lessen the disposition to war; but of its abolition I despair.

Forty Years Of Warning

Why did God wait forty years after the death and resurrection of Jesus?

An entire generation?

Before was fulfilled the prophecy of Jesus about the destruction of the Temple and fate of Jerusalem!

The number forty is symbolic of trial testing and punishment in Biblical symbolism.

Moses lead the Israelites through forty years of punishment in the wilderness before a new generation
was allowed to enter
the promised land.

Was waiting this forty years
to definitively
prove God's patience?

To allow the Jews time to repent
to turn back to God
to exhibit appropriate
behaviour and worship
so that God could
bless them as God desired
instead of punishing
them as he had warned?

Capital, however capital may be defined, would practically cease to exist as an income producing fund, for the simple reason that if money, wherewith to buy capital, could be obtained for one-half of one per cent, capital itself could command no higher price.
