When the head aches, all the members suffer with it.

As the Music Plays
As the music plays
my heart aches
it aches with pain
pain of the past
and pain of the present
As the music plays
my heart aches
it aches with hurt
hurt that I have caused
and hurt that has been caused
As the music plays
my heart aches
it aches with passion
passion that yearns
and passion that wants
As the music plays
my heart aches
it aches with love
love that will never be shared
and love that will never be known
As the music stops
my heart no longer aches
it doesn't feel anything
the music has stopped
and so has everything else.

Try this to kill Your Pain (any pain including cancer)
The moon glows
in bright yellow
The moon takes in all my pain
to glow in bright yellow
The more the pain
the greater the strength of its glows
The moon comes a-calling
first peeping
through the window
then takes leave
from the sky
roll from the tree,
and over the window
to the table and to my bed circling softly round
comforting my head
taking in all my aches
encasing them all in her
round body
The more it take my torments
The brighter it becomes
till my pain is now
a bright great mersmerising moon, rolling, rowing
over my whole physique
a mom taking all care, bearing all sins
to make sure her child is in full ease
the moon, with each
throb of my pain
it increases in its brighteness
the moon with each
throb of my pain
it increases in brightness
giving my life
a new lease of hope
taking away all my aches

I hope the next one won't be 'it
Some people say when you are in love
You feel butterflies in your stomach
Although I am in love
My stomach aches
Every day
Every night
Each day of the week
Each day of the month
Each day of the year
It aches
7 years has passed
In the end of year 7
I found out
‘it' fell in love with another
Dreamt of ‘it' for 7 years
‘it' is so far away
Even in my dreams
‘it' isn't even a person
That's how I have felt
So far away
‘It' doesn't even resembles a person
Ah, so foolish
One sided love
‘it', I have touched
But I haven't felt
Pain is what I have felt
For 7 years
Every day
Every night
Each day of the week
Each day of the month
Each day of the year
‘it' is pain for me
Pain doesn't love me
Pain hates me
Pain hurts me
But I will cherish pain
I will support pain
I won't tell ‘it' whom ‘it' mustn't love
Because I want ‘it' to be happy
Eventually my pain will be over
But eventually
I will come across another
I hope she won't become ‘it'
I hope when I see her
When I touch her
I won't feel pain
But her

Poetic ache
As liquid evaporating,
my reflection vanishes,
dust of bone drifts,
And the quiddity of my
soul collapses while it waits,
hoping for a return,
like ships in the open sea,
lingering for
a placid voyage,
I continue
in the same wave,
like branches I waggle
vigorously in my aches,
Trying to elude the reason,
escaping from my own breath,
and as I see the leaves of trees
falling,
Each of them feel my pain,
and I travel in my head to all
of these places without
taking a step,
I dream with my eyes wide open,
gazing at a fantasy frame,
for my life becomes poetic
by the endlessness of my constant aches.

More Food
Toy us, toy food with instinct saving you,
Then definitely work on that which makes,
Surrender yours, so action failed - it aches,
It aches and aches, forever it imbue.
So face this sound like fodder and horseshoe,
I see a bath may profit my backaches,
Then present food described us as brakes,
Cakes bring the joy to danger - interview!
I see the toys, I think I am a tool,
My tools as one that lusts for pain are grand,
The work I feed shall win, shall fit, preserve.
Inquire into food and carrots cool,
This energetic choir sings so bland,
My work is concentrating on my nerve.

Pain...What is it?
Pain...What is pain?
Pain...get wrapped in the head with a baseball bat,
That could be called pain.
Pain...get kicked in the gut by a cowboy boot,
That might cause a little pain.
Pain...poke a needle in your eye,
That might cause a little pain.
Pain...get your fingers caught in a motorcycle chain,
That might cause a little pain.
Pain...jump in front of a train,
That might cause a little pain.
Pain...lose control while flyin' a plane,
That might cause a little pain.
Pain...There ain't ever no gain in pain.

Images
I have an image in my head,
It's of my mother
in an old pinny,
her hard, broad hands
that were soft and plump on the palm,
with cigarette yellow
at the fingertips.
I have this image in my head
It's of her with a washing board,
sighing, tired
and me, small and tubby,
taking mini steps
towards the wringer,
'can I do it mummy, can I do it'
I have this image in my head
of her face, all lit up,
her excitement
at her first ‘twin tub'
and my heart aches for her.
I see her poor, over worked body,
her anguished face and I cry for her.
I have this image in my head
and it never fades.
I wish she'd had a better life,
taken more care of herself.
She had this matter of fact attitude,
resololute, never to give in
and at the end, when all was done
there was nothing left but pain.

The Pain Inside
My heart has died
theres a pain inside
my stomach aches
my head pounds
and my wrists bleed when no ones around
i dont know why its there
this pain hurts so bad i cry some times
not wanting to see day
nore wanting to be around
its like im in a black hole
falling till i hit the ground
my tears fall like fresh red blood
i shake as if i am cold
my eyes are dark as i sit thinking
your memory runs through my head
STOP my heart screams as i slow down
my heart slows
the shaking stops
everything freezes
but my mind still thinks of you
and my tears still fall

I'm Mute (Revised)
Today is lost, I could not navigate
a steady course, mind disturbed,
nothing claims my concentration,
surfaced now and again to where
my head is snared in a net of
meaninglessness
Could not create a purpose or set
a Don Quixote task, cannot dream
the impossible dream for mother,
a hip replacement which financial
constraints make impossible, pain
her constant companion
No state hospital operations, only
self-funded private interventions
so how long should she need to
suffer? Nor can anyone alleviate
the pain – only her trust and faith
will pull her through,
To know she has to endure the
destructive agony of pain dims
beauty of life, makes me unsure
of myself and the meaning of
spiritual growth I assigned to
simple existence –
I could not breathe without it or
hear music; she must be released
from jeopardy, freed of pain, I am
mute in face of her suffering, my
head aches as my heart burns
shrinks into oblivion

Too Many Aches And Ailments At Once
TOO MANY ACHES AND AILMENTS AT ONCE
Too many aches and ailments at once
A remedy for one causes new problems with another-
Tiredness is all-
Death is not feared-
Is it cowardly to want a way out?
One wills oneself to be courageous-
This thing is tried
And then another tried
One pain down another irritation up -
I cough and I ache and I long to rest
A poem cannot end the pains
Writing is only a minor distraction-
It is not good to be sick
And less good when one is old
Will I ever be alright again?
I have gotten out of this before
I will this time get out of it again-
But in the years to come?

Broken Sound
I wake up
Something more than what Im supposed to be
Something more than I have meant to show.
How was I supposed to know
That Ive wanted, and Ive waited.
And I can be the one
To show you that lifes not simple enough.
And I can be the one
To tell you Ive held this back for too long.
And my heart aches...
These feelings Ive held inside for you.
And my heart aches...
How can I stop the pain?

Hidden in Silence
Sometimes we hide our pain
even from those we love.
We are too proud
to acknowledge the pain we’re in
fearing if our loved ones knew
it would worry them so.
We hide them in silence
no matter how much they hurt
never letting anyone know
of the pain that aches our heart.

As members of the Body of Christ, each of us have been endowed with a special measure of grace to use in His service. Paul develops this theme in Romans where he states 'For as we have many members in one Body, and all members have not the same office So we, being many, are one Body in Christ, and ever one members one of another. Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether...ministry, let us wait on our ministering or he that teacheth, on teaching Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity he that ruleth, with diligence he that showeth mercy, with cheerfulness.

Aches
My heart aches when i talk to you
My heart aches when i don't hear from you
My heart aches when i long for you
I don't know why
You've taken over my thoughts
I can't even explain
You're still a stranger
Far Away
I want you close by
I miss your embrace
Holding you close
I miss you

Heads
Looking at all of your friends
Wishing you could be like them
Running on glass floors again
Just so you can be knocked down
Swimming in oceans of pain
Trying as it pulls you in
Wrapping your heart up in chains
Cause someone always lets you down
Get inside my head
Get inside my head
Get inside my head
And light it up again
I wonder do you feel the same
Waiting for the days to end
Lying with thoughts that invade
They smother you and everyone
Flying on feelings again
Biting on a poison tounge
Climbing up mountains of pain
Just so you can be knocked down
Get inside my head
Get inside my head
Get inside my head
And light it up again
Get inside my head
Get inside my head
Get inside my head

This Pain Fills Me
This pain fills me
this pain of emptiness
a pain that doesn't go away
a pain of longing for
what I don't have
having what I don't want
a pain of the past
and also the future
a pain that nobody cares I have
a pain that I have every day
this pain fills me
from the soles of my feet
to the top of my head
I am filled
my soul is dim
the pain is a killer
it wants to take over
I fight
with what might I have left
I fight this pain
I just want this burden
to be gone
so I may be free
I just want this pain
that fills me
gone

Stress
My heart bleeds
Yet I cant shed a tear
No matter what I'm going through
I feel the tears that are falling from my heart
My heart aches from the pain
The pain that I go through everyday
The pain an eighteen year old shouldnt have to feel
So much to say, but how do I say it
The stress has me pullin my hair out
I try and explain my pain
Yet know one is around to listen
So I scream and yell at myself
WHY? ?
Is my question to everything
Never do I have an answer
Why cant people just sit down and pay attention?
Now that I dont have anyone
I put my mask on
The mask that blocks off all emotion
So I cant feel the pain anymore
The pain that happens everyday
Now that the day ends
I sit in my chair and realize
I'm holding fist full of hair..
