I don't accept at all the quite popular argument that the press is responsible for the monarchy's recent troubles. The monarchy's responsible for the monarchy's recent troubles. To blame the press is the old thing of blaming the messenger for the message.

Our Level Of Responsibility!
our level of responsibility
far deeper than our occasional
stabs at compassion, and truth...
when we sit down to eat, and eat
far more than we need, and throw
the leftovers out... we are
responsible fot the hungry!
when we go to sleep at night, in
houses too big and too plush, we
are responsible for the homeless...
when we drive our SUV's around for
no reason at all, burning excess
gas, we are responsible for the
oil spills...
when we vote people in office,
whose agenda is profit at all costs,
we are responsible for countries
invaded...
when we turn our backs and walk away,
or stick our heads in the sand, we are
responsible for the loss of human rights...
when we allow the banning of books, and
legislation against free speech, we are
responsible for ignorance, and allow
ourselves to be enslaved!
responsible, every thought, every intent,
every action!

Genuflection Of Lawyer
I AM a lawyer
I have not done my duty
I have not served my country
I am telling all the lies
I am making more money
I have procured false witnesses
I have done my neighbor wrong
I am a liar
I am a liar
I am a liar
Whatever you do to me
Kill me shoot me bury me cremate me
Drown me, choke me, suffocate me,
Poison me, stab me, pulverize me,
Chop me, mortar me, skin me,
Debone me, beat me
I am still a lawyer
Always true to my profession
I will lie
I will always lie
I will always be telling lies
Without any purpose of evasion
So help me God.

The argument that the two parties should represent opposed ideals and policies, one, perhaps, of the Right and the other of the Left, is a foolish idea acceptable only to doctrinaire and academic thinkers.

California Sex Lawyer
I'm going coast to coast
I'm going nation-wide
I've got my hand on the trigger
Got my girl by my side
I've got the looks that kill
I've got a license to love
I've got a german shepard
And his name is Doug
I'm heading for the sun
I'm gunna become
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
Well it's not fair, but baby I dont care
I've got big ideas
I've got back up plans
I've got the cha-cha-charisma
Got the slight of hand
I'm gunna do some damage
Gunna bust some heads
I'm gunna go the distance
Then I'm going to bed
I'm heading for the sun
I'm gunna become
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
Well it's not fair, but baby I dont care
I'm heading for the sun
I'm gunna become
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
A California sex lawyer, oh yeah
Well It's not fair
It's not fair

If we must all agree, all work together, we're no better than a machine. If an individual can't work in solidarity with his fellows, it's his duty to work alone. His duty and his right. We have been denying people that right. We've been saying, more and more often, you must work with the others, you must accept the rule of the majority. But any rule is tyranny. The duty of the individual is to accept no rule, to be the initiator of his own acts, to be responsible. Only if he does so will the society live, and change, and adapt, and survive. We are not subjects of a State founded upon law, but members of a society founded upon revolution. Revolution is our obligation: our hope of evolution.

Report Of An Adjudged Case
Between Nose and Eyes a strange contest arose,
The spectacles set them unhappily wrong;
The point in dispute was, as all the world knows,
To which the said spectacles ought to belong.
So the Tongue was the Lawyer and argued the cause
With a great deal of skill, and a wig full of learning,
While chief baron Ear sat to balance the laws,
So famed for his talent in nicely discerning.
In behalf of the Nose, it will quickly appear,
And your lordship, he said, will undoubtedly find,
That the Nose has had spectacles always in wear,
Which amounts to possession time out of mind.
Then holding the spectacles up to the court, -
Your lordship observes they are made with a straddle,
As wide as the ridge of the Nose is, in short,
Designed to sit close to it, just like a saddle.
Again, would your lordship a moment suppose
('Tis a case that has happened and may be again),
That the visage or countenance had not a Nose,
Pray who would or who could wear spectacles then?
On the whole it appears, and my argument shows
With a reasoning the court will never condemn,
That the spectacles plainly were made for the Nose,
And the Nose was as plainly intended for them.
Then shifting his side, as a lawyer knows how,
He pleaded again in behalf of the Eyes,
But what were his arguments few people know,
For the court did not think they were equally wise.
So his lordship decreed, with a grave solemn tone,
Decisive and clear, without on if or but, -
That whenever the Nose put his spectacles on,
By daylight or candlelight - Eyes should be shut.

Welcome To My Morning
Welcome to my morning (farewell andromeda)
(john denver)
Welcome to my morning
Welcome to my day
Im the one responsible
I made it just this way
To make myself some pictures
See what they might bring
I think I made it perfectly
I wouldnt change a thing
Welcome to my happiness
You know it makes me smile
And it pleases me to have you here
For just a little while
While we open up the spaces
Try to break some chains
And if the truth is told
They will never come again
Welcome to my evening
The closing of the day
I could try a million times
Never find a better way
To tell you that I love you
And all the songs I play
Are to thank you for allowing me
Inside this lovely day
Welcome to my morning
Welcome to my day
Im the one responsible
I made it just this way
To make myself some pictures
And see what they might bring
I think I made it perfectly
I wouldnt change a thing

Anything To Please The 'Little Guy
The agenda to enhance incompetence grows.
So angry are those spoiled,
They seem to be in overdrive to expose...
The least qualified among them,
To represent their needs.
So foolish are their decisions made.
Anything but reality...
Is what they aim to feed and please.
Today a mockery of intelligence,
Sits opposed by those inexperienced.
And money to support these tumbleweeds...
Is increasingly coming from the ones elite!
The agenda to enhance incompetence grows.
So angry are those spoiled,
They seem to be in overdrive to expose...
The least qualified among them,
To represent their needs.
And so foolish are their decisions made.
Anything but reality...
Is what they aim to feed and please.
'Would you slice my 'Rye'
Before the caviar is placed.
And would you be sure the use of fine china...
Is presented as plated,
With white wine to taste.'
~Sorry to disappoint.
In 'this' shelter...
You get one cot, a blanket,
And a bowl of soup.~
'May I inquire if any of it,
Is 'organic'? '
~You betcha.
Anything to please the 'little guy'!
We are only here,
To inflict and represent 'your' needs.~

Running For Sainthood
No. That was you!
'No it wasn't...
It was you! '
No, you!
'No...
That was you! '
~And what are they doing over there? ~
*They prepare for the conventions coming up.*
~Well...
They seem to represent the people.
Nothing will get done.
And the one who wants to do that,
Will be labelled a liberal.
And those conservative will say...
The country is too far left!
And those on the right are religiously opposed! ~
*Remember those days,
When the choice made was just to vote?
Now you have these folks,
Who claim to represent our causes...
And protect our well being and quality of life!
Now they want us to believe they are running for 'sainthood'.
And those with the lesser of clipped wings...
Will deliver all our needs,
Tax free!
And we are going to be foolish enough...
Not to see through this crap they've got us trapped in! '

The Best Of Images That Represent
Expensive is the ongoing investment made,
In ignorance.
No longer is it cost effective,
Deciding who sees and who stays blind.
Or the act to praise some with an uplifting done,
While leaving others behind.
Who made the decision,
To choose those to represent high ideals?
Who made the decision,
Selected standards and values...
Would be the best etiquette?
Who decided to mess up everything like this?
And who self righteous,
Will ever admit...
Something has gone terribly wrong,
In their insistence persisted...
Of this permitted existence.
Expensive is the ongoing investment made,
In ignorance.
No longer is it cost effective,
Deciding who sees and who stays blind.
Or the act to praise some with an uplifting done,
While leaving others behind.
Who made the decision,
To choose those to represent high ideals?
Who made the decision,
Selected standards and values...
Would be the best etiquette?
Who decided to mess up everything like this?
And please,
Don't let it be...
The act of illegal aliens.
Or those homeless and hungry,
Pleading on their knees.
Wishing to give the best of images that represent,
The quality of life and those highlights of a great society.
