The ordinary ministry is that which receives all of its direction from the will of God revealed in the Scriptures and from those means which God has appointed in the church for its continual edification.

What Has Been Revealed
What has been revealed,
Has been revealed.
Even with eyes tightly closed...
What has been revealed,
Has been revealed.
Even with an upturned nose...
What has been revealed,
Has been revealed.
Even with pretensions,
Left to charade.
What has been revealed,
Has been revealed.
Even with the cool-aid made...
What has been revealed,
Has been revealed.
Even with debates...
Created for more time to waste.
What has been revealed,
Has been revealed.
Even those who protest,
Unaccepting with wishes to reject!
What has been revealed,
Has been revealed.
Even the message,
And the messenger to detest!
What has been revealed,
Has been revealed.

She Ain't Your Ordinary Girl
(Robert Jason)
She ain't your ordinary
She ain't your ordinary girl
She don't love carelessly that's what I've always heard
'Can't use the usual lines she measures every word
No empty promises proof is what it takes to win her heart
The truth and nothing less, simple things that set her far apart
Save your diamonds and your furs she's not your ordinary girl
She ain't your ordinary, no she's not
She ain't your ordinary girl
She ain't your ordinary, oh no
She ain't your ordinary girl
No midnight alibis, no foolish games for her
And if you cross the line you'll get what you deserve
But when you see her smile nothing seems to matter anymore
And in a little while you'll feel like you've never felt before
Like no other in the world, she's not your ordinary girl
She ain't your ordinary, no she's not
She ain't your ordinary girl
She ain't your ordinary, oh no
She ain't your ordinary girl
She ain't your ordinary
She ain't your ordinary girl
She ain't your ordinary
She ain't your ordinary girl
Save your diamonds and your furs, she ain't your ordinary girl
She ain't your ordinary
She ain't your ordinary girl
She ain't your ordinary
She ain't your ordinary girl
She ain't your ordinary
She ain't your ordinary girl

Therefore, the church is not absolutely necessary as an object of faith, not even for us today, for then Abraham and the other prophets would not have given assent to those things which were revealed to them from God without any intervening help of the church.

The Word Before Last
Television : you will notice that very appropriately Im left-handed
This man I saw
Was happy then
And then loved
And on tv well
But now he cried
And he cried
And of course he had to want to die
But he watched him
Which made it worse
Of course, of course, of course, of course
You understand
He didnt know
That it was someone else
Who looked the same
A similar voice taken
The clothes changed
But the face retained
Surrounded by
Old imagery
His brain bypassed
The eternal moment laid bare
No time to heal
Continual pain, continual pain, continual pain, continual pain
I spent a bad day yesterday
With a man and a picture of himself
The tape was running and the tv turned
Television : ...and described mrs thatchers first three months in power as disastrous

Just An Ordinary Man
He's just an ordinary man
with looks not that smart
he works from eight to five
drives his car
drinks with friends on Friday nights
goes to church on Sundays.
He's just an ordinary man
but I don't know why
I love to see him everyday,
to make him coffee at breakttime
and I just love
....to be with him.

Family Secrets
Every family has its secrets
hidden in the dark corners of the past,
the ones passed down
from generation to generation
never to be revealed to the outside world.
Some are considered shameful,
others fill the heart with dread,
all them are secrets
best kept within the family.
Some do reveal themselves
in the most astonishing ways,
an innocent conversation
and something never talked about
is suddenly revealed.
Something thought so shameful,
means nothing anymore,
but is never cast aside
and someone wishes
that earlier that secret
should have been revealed.
Many lives are turned
upside down now
and will never be the same.
Now the shame is not in the secret,
but in that, it was never revealed.

(arthur blake)
Theres a great big mistery
And it sure is worrying me
Its a ditty wah ditty
Mister ditty wah ditty
I wished somebody would tell me what ditty wah ditty means
I went out and walked around
Somebody yelled, now whos in town ?
Mister ditty wah ditty
Mister ditty wah ditty
I wished somebody would tell me what ditty wah ditty means
Some little girl bout four-feet-four
Said, come on, papa, and gimme some mo
Your ditty wah ditty
Your ditty wah ditty
I wished somebody would tell me what ditty wah ditty means
I went to church, put my hat on the seat
A lady sat on it and said, daddy you sho is sweet
Mister ditty wah ditty
Mister ditty wah ditty
I wished somebody would tell me what ditty wah ditty means
I said, sister, Ill soon be gone
Just give me that thing that youre sitting on

If You Need Scriptures....
if you need scriptures,
read the scriptures written
on the walls of your soul!
read the scriptures written
in trees, in rocks, in rivers.
read the scriptures written
in the broken alley.
in the homeless man's eyes,
in the addict's desperation,
in the shuffle of jobless feet.
in the cry of the newborn baby,
in the lovers moan of fulfillment,
the scriptures written
in the sweet darkness of night,
in the jail cell,
in the picket line,
in the monk who sets himself
on fire for freedom and justice,
in all the colors of equality...
in the hungry child's hand reaching out...
read them, know them, be them!
life testifies to the living!

Meaning Of War
Meaning of war
War means bombing
War means explosions
War means fire
War means destruction
War means hating
War means mutilation
War means killing
War means tears

War means not of who is wrong
War means only of whom is left
