The nature of the global business environment guarantees that no matter how hard we work to create a stable and healthy organisation, our organisation will continue to experience dramatic changes far beyond our control.

Substitute For Love
Written by Madonna, William Orbit, Rod McKuen, Anita Kerr and David Collins
I traded fame for love
Without a second thought
It all became a silly game
Some things cannot be bought
Got exactly what I asked for
Wanted it so badly
Running, rushing back for
more
I suffered fools
So gladly
And now I find
I've changed my mind
The face of you
My substitute for love
My substitute for love
Should I wait for you
My substitute for love
My substitute for love
I traveled round the world
Looking for a home
I found myself in crowded rooms
Feeling so alone
Had so many lovers
Who settled for the thrill
Of basking in my spotlight
I never felt
So happy
The face of you
My substitute for love
My substitute for love
Should I wait for you
My substitute for love
My substitute for love
mmmmmm
ooooooo
No famous faces, far off places
Trinkets I can buy
No handsome stranger, heady danger
Drug that I can try
No ferris wheel, no heart to steal
No laughter in the dark
No one night stand, no far off land
No fire that I can spark
mmmmm?
The face of you
My substitute for love
My substitute for love
Should I wait for you
My substitute for love
My substitute for love

Substitute
You think we look pretty good together
You think my shoes are made of leather
But Im a substitute for another guy
I look pretty tall but my heels are high
The simple things you see are all complicated
I look pretty young, but Im just back-dated, yeah
Substitute your lies for fact
I can see right through your plastic mac
I look all white, but my dad was black
My fine looking suit is really made out of sack
I was born with a plastic spoon in my mouth
The north side of my town faced east, and the east was facing south
And now you dare to look me in the eye
Those crocodile tears are what you cry
Its a genuine problem, you wont try
To work it out at all you just pass it by, pass it by
Substitute me for him
Substitute my coke for gin
Substitute you for my mum
At least Ill get my washing done

Judgement Day
Its my life, get off my ass, get outta my face
Man, I dont see no problem
Kickin back, aint kickin you, no, no
Anyway, if I make em, then I solve em
Oh, thats right, yeah, whew
Makin plans s a waste, aint no future here
Got no face, got no religion
Oh tell me why should I care or even, why should I try?
I just slide, slide on by, never bad enough to crucify me
Cry! put it out until judgement day
Ill bear the cross on judgement day
I do most anything, keep em doing anything, cos
Sometimes I just wanna do nothin
Nothin lost, tell me, how can I lose
When Im startin off with nothin
Oh tell me why should I care or even, why try?
I just slide, slide on by, never bad enough to crucify me
Oh! put it out until judgement day
Ill bear that same old cross on judgement day
Oh! hey!
(solo)
Hey man, anythings alright. yeah!
Wow! put it out until judgement day
Ill bear the cross on judgement day
Put it out, put it out until judgement day
Ill bear the cross on judgement day
Oh! whoa, yeah, on judgement day
Oh! whoa, yeah, on judgement day
Wow!

Morphine & Chocolate
Substitute my gloom with happiness
Substitute my sickness with health
Substitute my enemies with real good friends
Morphine & chocolate are my
Substitute, substitutes
Morphine & chocolate can bring me up
Can warm my heart whenever i want it
And every once in a while when i stop and think
Morphine & chocolate are my
Substitute, substitutes
And you can say " hey, we've really come a long way "
And you say " hey, it can only be this way "
You might be careful, it really hurts when it's real
You might be careful, it really hurts when it's real
You'll go down, down, down, down, ooh !
Set the alarm clock, baby
Don't you miss the sun ?
I'm feeling really warm hearted baby
Don't you know i'm feeling like someone
I'm fearing for my life again and i am
Fearing for my heart
Morphine & chocolate could never
Substitute my art !
And that's real love baby x3

Depend upon yourself. Make your judgement trustworthy by trusting it. You can develop good judgement as you do the muscles of your body - by judicious, daily exercise. To be known as a man of sound judgement will be much in your favor.

Giving Up To Give Away
You're just another who has run out of luck.
And living amongst the others,
Who have decided...
To throw their hands up!
You're just another one seen,
Not to be around them to strut.
With a chosen disposition,
As if to say, 'So what! , if I sit around on my butt.'
Who cares,
If initiative is not there?
Who cares,
If initiative is not there?
Who cares,
If initiative is not there?
With a bottled up...
Giving up!
Who cares,
If they're living in a danger?
Who cares,
About a pain feeling stranger?
Who cares,
If they're living in a danger?
With a bottled up...
Giving up!
You're just another who has run out of luck.
And living amongst the others,
Who have decided...
To throw their hands up!
And who cares,
If you're living in a danger.
Who cares,
About a pain feeling stranger.
Who cares,
If you're living in a danger?
With a bottled up...
Giving up!
Who cares,
If initiative is not there?
Who cares,
If initiative is not there?
Who cares,
If initiative is not there?
With a bottled up...
Giving up to give away!
Bottled up,
With tensions that are on display!

My view... would be that we are entering upon a new and interim society which is neither capitalist nor socialist, but in which we can achieve central planning without loss of individual initiative, by the mere process of absorbing initiative in the function of planning.

As concentration and depersonalization increase in the dominant society, as the concentration of capital increases with the takeover of ever larger businesses by conglomerates and international corporations, as more and more local initiative is abandoned to the rule of the central State, and as computerization and automation narrow the role of human initiative in both labor and administration, life becomes ever more unreal, aimless, and empty of meaning for all but a tiny elite who still cling to the illusion they possess initiative. Action and reaction — thesis and antithesis — this state of affairs produces its opposite. All over the world we are witnessing an instinctive revolt against dehumanization.

The Judgement Seat Of Christ
What will be your fate
for eternity
on the Day of Judgement? 2 Peter 3: 1-7.
Judgement
“He that exercises faith in him
is not to be judged.
He that does not exercise faith
has been judged already,
because he has not
exercised faith
in the name of
the only-begotten
Son of God.” John 3: 18.
The Judgement Seat Of Christ
“For we must all
be made manifest
before the judgement seat
of the Christ,
that each one
may get his award
for the things done
through the body,
according to the things
he has practiced,
whether it is
good or vile.” 2 Corinthians 5: 10.
As we sow, so shall we reap.

Default Judgement
Discrimination, your intention to scar me
Discrimination, your assessment, penalty
I suffer!
Spiteful resolutions, by your sentence we must fall
Spiteful resolution, bitter thought destroy us all
We suffer!
Your final judgement stands
Fate, by your will
I never had a chance
I never will
By your default judgement everyone has suffered
Your pointless judgement caused everyone to ...
Suffer!
Your final judgement stands
Fate, by your will
I never had a chance
I never will
(Day in which god judged humankind)
Your final judgement stands
Fate, by your will
I never had a chance
I never will
Never...

Rich In Council
if any of us make
an error in judgement
many eyes voices
stand ready
to give expert
judgement
but the wise
listen interpret
with wisdom
observe discernment wise
slow in cast judgement
rich council given wisdom

Initiative
If I choose not to be held accountable,
For your responsibilities.
With an announced committment.
I am not the one to accuse of neglect.
Especially if your own life,
You do not prioritize with respect.
If I am in no position,
To hold your hand and babysit.
You can make all the claims you wish,
To point out my arrogance and selfishness.
I am not here to defend against your opinions.
Nor am I addicted to expressed empathies to give.
I've been taught to get up off my knees from crawling.
And not wait for someone to convince me,
Of my abilities.
Taking initiative does not come easy.
Nor is motivation given,
To appease those lazy...
Who use excuses as they please.
NOTE:
'Thank you T'Ana (my great niece)
Who thanked her grandmother (my sister, Andrea)
Who thanked our mother, Edna...
Who instilled 'initiative' in us,
(my sisters Tammy, Lisa, and yes, Andrea and myself) '
Who says women aren't the backbone of families?
And who says a man can be a man without them,
instilling the meaning of 'initiative'.

When You Rush To Judgement
You have no idea,
What you've done.
You have no idea...
None.
You have no idea,
What you've done.
You have no idea...
Not a one.
Oh, oh, oh...
When you rush to judgement,
Your emotions are your worst enemy.
When you rush to judgement,
Your emotions are your worst enemy.
When you rush to judgement,
Your emotions are your worst enemy.
When you rush to judgement.
Oh, oh, oh...
When you rush to judgement.
To pass your judgements,
When you rush to judgement.
You have no idea,
What you've done.
You have no idea...
None.
You have no idea,
What you've done.
You have no idea...
Not a one.
When you rush to judgement,
You have no idea.
No idea.
None.
When you rush to judgement,
No one has an idea...
What they've done.
When you rush to judgement,
What one does...
Affects more than one.
When you rush to judgement.
When you rush to judgement.
You have no idea,
What you've done.
You have no idea...
None.
Oh, oh, oh...
When you rush to judgement,
Your emotions are your worst enemy.
When you rush to judgement,
Your emotions are your worst enemy.
When you rush to judgement,
Your emotions are your worst enemy.
When you rush to judgement.

Final Judgement
In your own country
among own culture.
Judgement is passed
upon specific individuals.
As individual case merit
circumstance deems fitting.
When weighted within
foreign hostile border.
Judgement blunt
is oft error passed.
Upon race nationality.
Suppressing rights of appeal.
Final Judgement
Error Emotive Passed?

The Very Last Day
Everybody's gunna pray,
On the very last day,
When they hear that bell,
Ring the world away,
Everybody's gunna pray to the heavens on the judgement day.
Well you sing the great King David,
Andy you preach about the wisdom of Saul,
But the judgement falls on all mankind,
When the trumpet sounds are called,
All people live the same,
When The Lord he calls your name,
Get ready brothers for that day,
Everybody's gunna pray,
On the very last day,
When they hear that bell,
Ring the world away,
Everybody's gunna pray to the heavens on the judgement day.
Well someday soon all men will stand,
His words will be heeded in all the land,
Then men shall know and men shall see,
We all are brothers and we all are free,
Mankind was made of clay,
Each of us in the very same way,
Get ready brothers for that day
Everybody's gunna pray,
On the very last day,
When they hear that bell,
Ring the world away,
Everybody's gunna pray to the heavens on the judgement day.
When the law is given and the law is known,
The tale is told and the seed is sown,
From dust we came and to dust we'll go,
We know, The Lord once told us so,
Each brother take his hand,
Heed the meaning of The Lords command,
Get ready brother for that day
Everybody's gunna pray,
On the very last day,
When they hear that bell,
Ring the world away,
Everybody's gunna pray to the heavens on the judgement day,
Judgement day
Judgement day
Judgement day
