He has such a clear vision of exactly what he wanted out of each character, out of each set, out of each wardrobe change, out of each emotional beat, and action.

A change of wardrobe
A change of wardrobe
~
a time has come to change
throw out the tattered rags
the old worn threads
usher in some new colour
brighter and more cheerful
something fresh to wear
a more comfortable fit
a sharper look to be seen in
a time has come to change
redress the wardrobe
and improve the self
cast away the old suits
which had seen better days
and step out to be seen
a newer you awaits
a change of wardrobe

Vision without action is merely a dream. Action without vision just passes the time. Vision with action can change the world.

Corrupted from the Inside
Proud to be who you are?
Never hoping to change
Your infamous personality won’t take you so far
I wish for you there’s an exchange
You seriously think that being who you are
Will give you respect and dignity
You never knew that your actions leave a scar
So there goes your pretentious integrity
Lying and pretending to be someone else other than you
Shows an action of pitiful fear
I wouldn’t be surprised since betrayal is nothing new
Because from you, everything is bright and clear
I never thought that I would say this
But letting go is the best thing to do
Since your predictable character makes you bliss
I have nothing here left for you
Praying that you would soon change
Hoping for serenity to overlie your peculiar heart
Still many things about you are tremendously strange
But it’s your wanted desire to remain heartless that broke us apart.

There were time when I was into method acting that I did have moments of residual character emotions, because the method bases your emotional responses as a character on emotional experiences from your real life.

People use location as a language in films, and Quentin uses action as a language in his films. There's really not a lot of violence. It's more of an emotional beat than it is a physical beat.
Change Can Make A Complete Change!
By changing your thoughts.
You could change your beliefs!
When you change your beliefs..
You could change your expectations!
When you change your expectations..
You could change your attitude!
When you change your attitude..
You could change your behaviour!
When you change your behavior..
You could change your character!
When you change your character...
You could change your entire life!
So Yeah,
Keep working on it!
You'll reach great heights!
I'm wishing you luck!

Beat It
They told him don't you ever come around here
Don't wanna see your face, you better disappear
The fire's in their eyes and the words are really clear
So beat it, just beat it
You better run, you better do what you can
Don't wanna see no blood, don't be a macho man
You wanna be tough, better do what you can
So beat it, but you wanna be bad
Just beat it, beat it, beat it
No one wants to be defeated
Showin' how funky and strong is your fight
It doesn't matter who's wrong or right
Just beat it, beat it
Just beat it, beat it
Just beat it, beat it
Just beat it, beat it
They're out to get you, better leave while you can
Don't wanna be a boy, you wanna be a man
You wanna stay alive, better do what you can
So beat it, just beat it
You have to show them that you're really not scared
You're playing with your life, this ain't no truth or dare
They'll kick you, then they beat you
Then they'll tell you it's fair
So beat it, but you wanna be bad

Defacing Ones Character
Misdeeds are all in the interpretation.
Whether in good fun, or thoughts on the run.
While some find it insulting.
Others see it as a compliment.
And without intentions truly known what could be possibly said?
And that's not relevant?
'Yes I said, it is that mans fault he's an idiot.'
Okay so are you saying his environment had nothing to do with it?
'Well no I'm not, I'm just saying he could change if he wanted too.'
And are you willing to help him out?
'No I plan on suing him for defacing my character.'
Okay mind if I ask which character exactly was that?
'Well all of them for they are all me.'

Out Of The Wardrobe
Has anybody here seen a chick called dick
He looks real burly but hes really hip
Hes six feet tall and his arms are all brown and hairy
Well, he married betty lou back in 65 when you had to be butch to survive
But lately hes been looking at his wife with mixed emotions
You see, hes not a common place closet queen
He shouldnt be hidden, he should be seen
cos when he puts on that dress
He looks like a princess
The day he came out of the wardrobe
Betty lou got quite a surprise
She didnt know whether she should get angry or not bat an eye
She really couldnt call up her mother
Mama would positively die
Should she go or stay or should she try to get a trial separation
You see, hes not a faggot as you might suppose
He just feels restricted in conventional clothes
cos when he puts on that dress, he feels like a princess
Hes not a dandy, hes only living out a fantasy
Hes not a pansy, hes only being what he wants to be
Now his life is rearranged and hes grateful for the change
Hes out of the wardrobe and now hes got no regrets
Betty lou didnt know what to do at first
But shes learning how to cope at last
Shes got the best of both worlds
And shes really in a state of elation
She says it helps their relationship
She says a change is as good as a rest
And their friends finally coming round to their way of thinking
She wears the trousers and smokes the pipe
And he washes up
She helps him wipe
cos when he puts on that dress
He looks like a princess
Hes out of the wardrobe and hes feeling alright
Hes out of the wardrobe and hes feeling satisfied
Now its farewell to the past
The secrets out at last
Hes out of the wardrobe and now hes got no regrets

Character
The character
Of a man is
Known by
What he does
To you…
When you are
Weak and downtrodden
Does he uplift you?
Does he exploit you?
Upliftment may be
Mental, emotional
Physical or financial
Exploitation may
Also be the same
If you are able to answer
How he treats you…
You'll be able to decipher
What his character shows
You

Where Is She Now?
I once knew,
this person who,
devoted their live,
to changing the world,
but now I wonder,
where she went.
She had a heart,
that only would beat,
when she felt that this world,
truly needed a shining light.
She wanted to be that light,
she wanted to change,
she wanted to give hope,
she wanted it all,
but now look,
where is she now?
Many years ago,
I was this young girl,
who only wanted the best,
who only needed to see,
the smile of one person,
to brighten her day.
Now she can't even look,
at a single smile,
because it just brings her down,
nothing can ever change,
not in her eyes.
Her eyes were once blue,
blue like the skies,
but now her eyes,
are a dark coal-like colour.
She's lost in this world,
she's lost herself too,
I just wish,
she'd figure her life out soon.

Beat Of Your Drum
Photograph king, watches you go
Now fashions may change, heaven knows, but you
Still leave a stain on me
Only to go colours may fade
The seasons may change, weather blows, but you still leave a mark on me
Wrong-negative fades-never the twain, reckless and tame
I like the beat of your drum
I like to look in your eyes
I like to look thru your things
Id like to beat on your drum
I like the smell of your flesh
I like the dirt that you dish
I like the clothes that you wear
Id like to beat on your drum
I beat it I beat I beat it
I feel it
Disco brat-follow the pack
Watching you peel, heaven knows, prison cant hold all this greedy intention
Only to go-i picture you now
Music may change-hi-di-ho keen to follow your nose
Wrong-love out of tune
Sweet is the night, bright light destroys me
I like the beat of your drum
I like to look in your eyes
I like to look thru your things
Id like to beat on your drum
I like the smell of your flesh
I like the dirt that you dish
I like the clothes that you wear
Id like to beat on your drum
I beat it I beat cant beat it
I feel it
I like to beat on your drum
I like to beat on your drum
I like your face in the crowd
I like to beat on your drum
I beat it I beat cant beat it
I feel it
Cant beat it
I feel it
Ho beat it
I beat it
Oh yeah
Id like to beat on your drum
Id like to beat on your drum
Id like to yell it out loud
Id like to beat on your drum
Cant beat it cant beat it
I feel it I feel it
Id like to beat on your drum
Id like to beat on your drum
Id like your face in the crowd
Id like to beat on your drum
Yeah yeah yeah
Cant beat it
Cant beat it
I be there
Baet it all out
Beat it all in the crowd
Beat it beat it beat it beat it
I feel it I feel it
Id like to beat on your drum
Id like to beat on your drum
Id like to blow your horne
Id like to beat on your drum
Yeah yeah yeah
Ahhhhhh

It's all about creating a back story for the character and developing emotional responses that are true to life in relation to the character. It isn't necessary to live a tragic life to create from that place.
