Truly, Madly, Deeply
(a. bell / v. clarke)
(woah...oh, woah...oh)
How ever hard they tried to hold you back,
So you were stronger.
If theres a slightest fray of hope,
Or glimmer in your eye.
Take another lover,
But I will get you in the end.
There will be no other lover, (take another lover)
I will say: I love you.
Love me madly, truly, deeply (I love you...take another lover)
Love me madly, truly, deeply (woah)
Take another lover,
But I will get you in the end.
There will be no other lover, (take another lover)
I will say: I love you.
Every night you live to satisfy
Your pains of hunger.
But as if your name were written out
In lies across the sky.
I will say...
How ever hard they tried to hold you back,
So you were stronger.
Taking, no taking, taking, no taking,
Taking, no taking, taking no lover.
Taking, no taking, taking, no taking,
Taking, no taking, taking no lover.

As Good As New
Ill never know why I had to go
Why I had to put up such a lousy rotten show
Boy, I was tough, packing all my stuff
Saying I dont need you anymore, Ive had enough
And now, look at me standing here again cause I found out that
Ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma my life is here
Gotta have you near
As good as new, my love for you
And keeping it that way is my intention
As good as new and growing too
Yes, I think its taking on a new dimension
Its as good as new, my love for you
Just like it used to be and even better
As good as new, thank God its true
Darling, we were always meant to stay together
Feel like a creep, never felt so cheap
Never had a notion that my love could be so deep
How could I make such a dumb mistake
Now I know Im not entitled to another break
But please, baby, I beg you to forgive cause I found out that
Ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma ma my life is here
Gotta get you near
As good as new, my love for you
And keeping it that way is my intention
As good as new and growing too
Yes, I think its taking on a new dimension
Its as good as new, my love for you
Just like it used to be and even better
As good as new, thank God its true
Darling, we were always meant to stay together
I thought that our love was at an end but here I am again
As good as new, my love for you
And keeping it that way is my intention
As good as new and growing too
Yes, I think its taking on a new dimension
Its as good as new, my love for you
Just like it used to be and even better
As good as new, thank God its true
Darling, we were always meant to stay together
Yes the love I have for you feels as good as new
Darling, we were always meant to stay together

YOU got your past world
a language of your own
to copy of which i have not
the slightest intention
They all call you a great man
that is something
i must be dumb that
i cannot understand
I have a language of my own
a voice that constantly
sings my own song
at night i keep it toned down
in my heart
there is no frown.

Intention
Important intention
Intention important.
I intend to work for you
You banyan tree intend to
Provide shade.
Everybody here get
Tranguility peace perfection.
Intention important
Important intention.
I relinguish all
All fruits all hopes
All desires
And intend to remain
With you all day long.

The Kids
Theyre taking her children away
Because they said she was not a good mother
Theyre taking her children away
Because she was making it with sisters and brothers
And everyone else, all of the others
Like cheap officers who would
Stand there and flirt in front of me
Theyre taking her children away
Because they said she was not a good mother
Theyre taking her children away
Because of the things that they heard she had done
The black air force sergeant was not the first one
And all of the drugs she took, every one, every one
And I am the water boy, the real games not over here
But my heart is overflowin anyway
Im just a tired man, no words to say
But since she lost her daughter
Its her eyes that fill with water
And I am much happier this way
Theyre taking her children away
Because they said she was not a good mother
Theyre taking her children away
Because number one was the girl friend from paris
The things that they did, ah, they didnt have to ask us
And then the welshman from india, who came here to stay
Theyre taking her children away
Because they said she was not a good mother
Theyre taking her children away
Because of the things she did in the streets
In the alleys and bars, no she couldnt be beat
That miserable rotten slut couldnt turn, anyone away
I am the water boy, the real games not over here
But my heart is overflowin anyway
Im just a tired man, no words to say
But since she lost her daughter
Its her eyes that fill with water
And I am much happier this way

Hope enlivens
Many months had to roll on
To ignite her feeling for me,
Many more, to fan her desire,
Some more, to let her know my intention
And still more for her inclination.
Then it became an open secret,
Both moving each coin
With known intention.
Trysts took place with mates present.
Notwithstanding her freeness,
Notwithstanding her passion
And notwithstanding occasions,
She refused to budge further.
The parting came sooner.
It turned a fruitless crop,
While continuing to flower.
I still water for a miraculous fruit.

Just the same way I'd say a prayer before going onstage, taking that even further and using the drum to inspire people. And using that as a vehicle for the intention.

I think he's informing himself, reaching out and getting ideas and information and advice. I haven't the slightest doubt that internally taking shape in that marvelous brain of his is a philosophy of foreign affairs. But it would be premature to say that one is fully formed.

The Sound Of Water
Tons of water down the drain
Taking those long showers again;
More water splashing in the sink
Only for brushing,
Please stop and think.
Those multiple flushings
Down the bowl
Make you a disrespectful troll
Suffice it to say
Water is a “luxury”
To have each day.
Till now,
Conservation never appealed
But not having any,
Suddenly makes it a big deal.
Water is priceless
When you're in a drought
Some don't have any
And are running out.
So please be mindful
Try not to waste;
It’s quite precious
Every single drop,
You never know
What a gift water is
Until one day it stops.

Fire and Water
Fire and water.
Fire and water, closer than we think.
We always think of fire
The destroyer, the demolisher.
We always think water
The life-bringer, the rebuilder
But, what about flash floods?
Rushing, raging taking all.
What about forest fires?
Spreading nutrients,
And maintaining habitats?
Also, without fire there is no passion
No love, no drive
But, without water no serenity,
no restraint, or peace
we need to keep balance in our lives
fire and water duality
kindness in our hearts
passion in our work
Fire and water.

Washed Away
It's hard to tell
what exactly is streaking my face
the water pouring over me
or the water leaving my eyes
Trying to use the scolding hot water
use it to wash away everything
the world
the pain
The warm water
running over me
then to the drain
taking nothing with it
The cool water
flowing into the drain
none of the pain circling with it
no matter how much I want it to
The cold water
making me shiver
numbing me
inside and out
Ice cold water
freezing my veins
finally ridding me of pain
leaving nothing
The only sign of life
is the slight shiver
I get when I think of what happen
when I think of her.

Crazy to Want
Wow.. this is crazy
your always on my mind
even when im sleeping
you dictate my dreams
i feel like im alive
like im free but stuck
in this crazy facination
of us ending up together
and never breaking up
i know that i am crazy
to want that much
but even to have you
for the slightest second
might just be enough.
okay maybe i lied
just a little bit
the slightest second won't do
many many years will only just scrape through.
4. Elements – Water
Water an elemental
Water a fundamental
Building block of life
Water of Life
Water of Death
Water in all religions
Water in all living things
Water in all countries
Water also used for barter
No life without water
No rife with water
No respect for water
Willful neglect of water
Water, for cooking
Water, for cleaning
Water, for drinking
Water, for living
Water, for dying
Water is the same
In all languages
Water is the same
To all living beings

There is less pressure as a character actor. It generally means that you will be acting for all of your life, which is my intention. It is not my intention to just be a rich and famous person, that would be pretty boring.

Looking for Water
Still the leaves are spinning 'round
Take my hand as we go down, and down, and down
Looking for water
Well, our light's gone in a New York minute
Don't know about you, but my heart's not in it
(Looking, looking, looking)
I'm looking for water
I'm looking for water
(Looking, looking, looking)
I can't breathe the air, can't raise a fact
'Cause all we've got left is a beat in the night, and I'm
(Looking for water)
Looking for water
(Looking for water)
(Looking, looking)
Take my hand as we go down, and down
Leave it all behind, nothing could be found
(I'm, looking for water)
I'm looking for water
(Looking for water)
(Looking, looking)
(I, looking for water)
Looking everywhere
(Looking for water)
Looking here and there
(I'm looking for water)
I'm looking for water
(Looking for water)
(Looking, looking)
I can't live in this cage, I can't eat this candy
The edge of the earth to the spin in my head
The look in your eyes and never means never
The dawn's early light, baby, dark is forever
(Looking, looking)
(Looking, looking)
(Looking for water)
(Looking, looking)
I
(Looking for water)
(Looking for water)
(Looking, looking)
I
(Looking for water)
(Looking for water)
(Looking, looking)
I
(Looking for water)
(Looking for watter)
Looking, looking)
I
(Looking for water)
(Looking for watter)
Looking, looking)
I
(Looking for water)
(Looking for watter)

It is known that Whistler when asked how long it took him to paint one of his "nocturnes" answered: "All of my life." With the same rigor he could have said that all of the centuries that preceded the moment when he painted were necessary. From that correct application of the law of causality it follows that slightest event presupposes the inconceivable universe and, conversely, that the universe needs even the slightest of events.
