Snowed In
The slanting sleet
pounds against my window
it's not to long
'til the sleet turns to snow
I light the fire
keeping warm and content
I'll just keep waiting
for the weather to relent
The snow keeps falling
by now piling up high
the comfort of a good book
as the day is drawing nigh
rapped in my blanket
that I, myself, made
I look outside
and see how much has laid
the fire, now coals
I stir the orange embers
I sit on the couch
to just sit and remember
now it's off to bed
where I'll be warm and content
maybe as I sleep
the weather will relent

Animals
I know what I need I need you
I cant see nothin else all I can see is you
I dont care what they say about my state of mind
I know whats good for me and you are just my kind
We are animals we are animals we are animals we are animals
I know what I want I want you
Shed your cloths forget your codes
You know this is nothing new
I smell your scent I taste your sweat
I feel this passion too
Lets trust our senses not our minds
Lets break all the rules
We are animals we are animals
We are animals we are animals
We are animals
We are animals
Come with me run with me leave this world behind
Come to me come with me I know that we will find
We are animals we are animals
We are animals we are animals
We are animals
We are animals

Sad to see
Its sad to see,
That no ones free.
Its sad to see,
No one like me.
I cry,
Then die.
I fall,
On a wall.
Its sad to see,
People pass by the homeless.
Its sad to see,
They dont help the poor.
I try to help,
But people say no.
I try to help,
But no one will isten.
Its sad to see,
Animals abused.
Its sad to see,
No one helping them.
I try to save them,
But I'm always late.
I try to save them,
But people wont give up.
Its sad to see,
When people hunt animals.
Its sad to see,
Anything bad,
Because animals,
Are humans,
And humans,
Are the animals.

I have had strange animals as pets all my life. I was shy growing up, and shy people tend to interact better with animals than people. Animals are direct, not duplicitous.

I Wonder Where My Lions Are?
I wonder where my lions are?
I wonder where my lions are?
I wonder where my lions are?
They are safe running in heaven in that beautiful park that God own in Heaven together with the other animals
Also in heaven they are protected by God
Because God doesn't allow any hunters in heaven
Like here on the earth
But there is no animal cruelty in heaven
But the place that have animal cruelty is on the earth
The people that lives in heaven are more educated than on the earth
The people in heaven respect the animals in heaven
The people on earth don't respect the animals on the earth
The people in heaven have a lot of love for the animals
The people on the earth don't seem to have any love for the animals
Even when I sleep I dream of heaven and I see the lions and other Animals
Living free in the park
And I must say that the park in heaven that God made is beautiful
But at the same time I thank God for giving the animals a beautiful Home

But I've worked where they've had animals before, and animal wranglers, the people who raise animals and train animals for films and television, they're all very, very professional.

Snail
We already know snails are very slow
Reason behind, they carry along adobe;
placed on their back.
Blessed are many birds and small animals
can get easy food the snail's predators;
by virtue of being slow.
Can't run faster than enemies to defend,
so prefer to live in the shells, hidden;
but alas! enemies break.
Sometimes dogs and cats kill just playing,
snails can't do anything except praying;
defend by body colouring.
Not only animals, human too is great threat,
capture for own food millions of them;
thinking delicious and appetizer.
In cricket, only few players can hit a ton,
In laying eggs most of she snails can;
mating several times a year.

Smelling the Day: Father and Son
Here is a time-tested weather rhyme:
'If with your nose you smell the day,
Stormy weather's on the way.'
There is the rhyme, and here is the reason:
As Andy Dappen wrote,
'Plants release oils into the atmosphere,
'And research indicates
That the higher the humidity,
The more oils the plants give off.
'This produces the distinctive odor
Many of us recognize when we say,
'Smells like rain today.''
When with his nose he smelled the day,
My father, a seasoned farmer, would say,
'Heads up, son! Smells like rain today.'

It's thoughts—and just One Heart
It's thoughts—and just One Heart—
And Old Sunshine—about—
Make frugal—Ones—Content—
And two or three—for Company—
Upon a Holiday—
Crowded—as Sacrament—
Books—when the Unit—
Spare the Tenant—long eno'—
A Picture—if it Care—
Itself—a Gallery too rare—
For needing more—
Flowers—to keep the Eyes—from going awkward—
When it snows—
A Bird—if they—prefer—
Though Winter fire—sing clear as Plover—
To our—ear—
A Landscape—not so great
To suffocate the Eye—
A Hill—perhaps—
Perhaps—the profile of a Mill
Turned by the Wind—
Tho' such—are luxuries—
It's thoughts—and just two Heart—
And Heaven—about—
At least—a Counterfeit—
We would not have Correct—
And Immortality—can be almost—
Not quite—Content—

Roads To Happiness
Some people do inspire
Books always inspire
Every work of art
Incorporates desire.
There comes an impulse
And one seizes pen and paper
Yes, it's a different flavour...
Then it is like fire.
Each line starts burning
From the bottom of one's heart
We let the flame rise
Until soul reaches paradise.
To those inspiring people
To those gripping books
To every work of art
We are fully indebted
We confess
We've found roads to happiness!

A Marvel against Odds!
Cold winter season depicts snow everywhere;
Himalayan mountains, Kashmir valley, Shimla
Even in summer are a resort to see snow ever!
Keeping coal fire close to body covered by blanket
Poor people withstand chill weather there ever!
Even in such severe weather condition people live!
Glaring white of snow everywhere makes eyes
Close or have a sun-glass to see out all day long
And people mind routine regularly without fail!
The thrill of skating on ice really makes joyful,
Keeps health in tip top condition to pull on well
And makes worst weather too best by play ever!
Making good of a bad bargain is an art man knows;
Deserts or snow hills, he marvels millions of years!

Piles Of Books
on the table
the books pile up
i am a reader
of its content
who feels that
there is no time
anymore
that time is a small
child
on the lap of the books
that look
like mothers.

Raining Ouside – Survival Weather
It’s raining ouside – survival weather, saving our lives
but overcast weather makes me feel bad, I need the
sun to feel better; whenever I am down I go outside
and lie in the sun, when it’s rainy like now, there’s
no hope, all falls apart, the negative side of my mind
turns up, and I can’t change it into happy and content
regardless of what I do, say or eat – the only thing that
helps is sunshine, but rainy weather bringing the
water we need, is necessary – so I have to keep my
sadness inside while applauding the good effects
of rain in our lives…

Georgia Country Store
Mama said she saw you-
At the general Store-
Said you came swinin' through-
That ole dusty screen door.
Fireflys and gadflys following.
Filling a handbasket with-
Apricot preserves and bakery biscuits-
A dozen eggs and a handful of grits.
You hurried, mama said-
Back into the heat drenched afternoon.
Humidity of early Georgia swelter.
Your footsteps home melted the concrete walkway.
Flower's and weed's withering-
Dying of the semi-drought-
Sorta like jelly beans melting upon the kids-
On Sundays after church when everyone -
Was dressed Sunday best but soaked all about-
For a hot Fellowship meal but the thick air always won out!
All that survived were the Magnolia tree's.
They like the humidity and rain.
But could survive-
If the humidity was as heavy as a warm summer
Sprinkle -On the Stores window pane!

Good Weather
This good weather ruined me,
I resigned in such a weather
From my government job.
I got used to tobacco in such a weather,
I fell in love in such a weather;
I forgot to take home bread and salt
In such a weather;
My disease of writing poems
Recurred in such a weather;
This good weather ruined me.
