It's an honor putting art above politics. Politics can be seductive in terms of things reductive to the soul.

Politics
in this country of mine
there is so much politicking
they want to know my color
they want me black
pure black
the other side wants me to be white
unadulterated white
i tell them i want to have no color at all
i just want to be myself
like a neutral transparent rain water
and all of them are angry
i cannot please everybody i said
but they do not listen
they put politics in the pulpit
in the market even in the cemetery
they put politics in the air and in the water
and in the soil
and even in the sub-soil
the worms are getting political too
and even the hawks and finches
the pebbles have no choice
but to go political too
they are now in disagreement with the river
and the bamboo trees
there is chaos in the mountain
the waterfalls rage
and then politics eventually destroys the
ecosystem
and the heavens and the purgatory
now there is only hell.
this morning they put politics as breakfast on my table.
i decided finally not to eat any.

Politics is not predictions and politics is not observations. Politics is what we do. Politics is what we do, politics is what we create, by what we work for, by what we hope for and what we dare to imagine.

In Need Of a Deep Cleansing
What is not working,
Has long passed the hour...
Of needing to be fixed.
Whether acknowledging this from a pulpit.
Or soliciting self righteous views...
Through politics,
It makes no difference.
What is not working,
Has long passed the hour...
Of needing to be fixed.
A lack of maturity has overstayed its visit.
Reality, truth and one's perceived existence,
Are not all on the same page as steps to correct.
So many are confused,
And accustomed to being mentally abused...
They refused to remove the veil from their eyes.
With wishes to delude their lives as has been undenied,
As few attempts are made to free and adjust...
Most minds fixed upon temptations and lust.
What is not working,
Has long passed the hour...
Of needing to be fixed.
With a need to be 'real' with it!
Whether acknowledging this from a pulpit.
Or soliciting self righteous views...
Through politics,
It makes no difference.
We...
Are in need,
Of a soul searching done...
That affects the success a deep cleansing gets!
We...
Are in need,
Of deep cleansing.

I Am In Total Agreement With Your Assessment
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
It is difficult to live with limited funds.
Budgeting to pay for shelter, food and utilities.
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
It is difficult to witness others live being deprived.
While their lives are being ignored.
And/or exploited in a hussle to keep them needy.
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
So many now are forced to descend from high horses.
And getting a taste for the first time,
How life is lived without good credit scores.
Or multiple opportunities coming to knock at their doors.
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
Very few are not so quick to pass judgement these days.
And knowing from my own experience...
How to remove myself from someone stunned.
Learning they too have become shunned and 'thumbed'
By the very same ones they supported,
At the expense of their own inhumanity.
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
But do not believe,
I am here empathetic and prepared to embrace your pain.
I've already been numbed by your reaction to mine.
I see nothing in that to aid my benefit with gain.
Like I said...
I am in total agreement with your assessment.
It is so vivid.
As if I'm still living it with too much acceptance.

An agreement is
An agreement is there
Between you and me
The terms and conditions
Are there in it
We both abide these.
If one of us violate any
The other relocate
In ones hand there is best
And affordable list.
The mango tree with its flowers
Welcome and bid goodbye at a time
We do not know anything
And separate each other
Knowing fullywell we are one
And the same as called for.

On Their Own Terms
On their own terms,
People have a right to do and choose...
As they please.
This should not lead to an argument.
However...
When those terms and choices one chooses,
At the crossing over a threshold into someone's home...
Anyone believing they should be treated,
Based upon their own terms...
Should excuse themselves immediately.
Before they are asked to leave.
Thus making the keeping of their own terms,
An issue not needing to be debated.

It is always possible to argue against an interpretation, to confront interpretations, to arbitrate between them and to seek for an agreement, even if this agreement remains beyond our reach.

I am an anarchist in politics and an impressionist in art as well as a symbolist in literature. Not that I understand what these terms mean, but I take them to be all merely synonyms of pessimist.

Truth is the silliest thing under the sun. Try to get a living by the Truth and go to the Soup Societies. Heavens! Let any clergyman try to preach the Truth from its very stronghold, the pulpit, and they would ride him out of his church on his own pulpit bannister.
