A positive attitude is not going to save you. What it's going to do is, everyday, between now and the day you die, whether that's a short time from now or a long time from now, that every day, you're going to actually live.

Sunburned face, mosquito bites.

Lost some soldiers today.

Attitude
You go down the pub
You wear make up
And old dads trousers
Why dont you tidy up
You talk like a docker but you act like a queer
You drink champagne then complain its too dear
You try so hard not to follow any trends
Then you cry in your beer and say youve got no friends
But is it any wonder that youve got no friends
But its not the make up
Or the way you dress
Its not your appearance, that they all detest
Its not your manners, that you gotta improve
Ooooo--its your attitude.
Chorus
Attitude, oo oo oo
Your attitude
Attitude, oo oo oo
Your attitude
Take off your head phones
Hear whats going on
You cant live in a time zone
Youve gotta move on
But before you get there
Theres one thing youve gotta do
Oh change your attitude
Its your attitude
Its your attitude
Chorus
Attitude, oo oo oo
Your attitude
Attitude, oo oo oo
Your attitude
The 80s are here, I know cuz Im staring right at them
But youre still waiting for 1960 to happen
You might have the illness, but youve got the cure
Youve got the answer, you will endure
Youre the only person thats gonna pull you through
Ooh, with your attitude
Chorus
Attitude, oo oo oo
Your attitude
Attitude, oo oo oo
Your attitude
You gotta learn to be positive, its your only chance
You mustnt be so defensive, you gotta join in the dance
But it isnt your dancing that youve gotta improve
Ooh, its your attitude.
Chorus
Attitude, oo oo oo
Your attitude
Attitude, oo oo oo
Your attitude
Its all the music
Its all in your brain
Youve used all the old licks
Now its all gotta change.
Change your attitude
Its your attitude

Show Tune II
That's the long and short of it
now you know
how I've been waiting all these years
where I'm coming from
that's the long and short of it.
That's the long and short of it
now you see
just how hot hot jazz was
how it turned about, my bookcase
that's the long and short of it.
That's the long and short of it
now you know
that my arrest record's
not my best record
that's the long and short of it.
That's the long and short of it
now you see
how the Past's like a love
you can neither leave nor live
that's the long and short of it
That's the long and short of it
now you know
it was no gun in my pocket
it was a rocket
that's the long and short of it.
That's the long and short of it
and you're wond'ring dear
how I kept so pure
hull, it was easy
that's the long and short of it.
That's the long and short of it
now you see
so bounce your head
into bed
that's the long and short of it.
That's the long and short of it
read the blues
in these tattoos
make a song of it
that's the short and long of it.
How I wish
there was a bridge-
then I could burn it;
or the train
of a refrain
then I could board it
but there isn't
no there isn't, so...

The attitude is we live and let live. This is actually an amazing change in values in a rather short time and it's an example of freedom from religion.
Life is too short to spend your precious time trying to convince a person who wants to live in gloom and doom otherwise. Give lifting that person your best shot, but don't hang around long enough for his or her bad attitude to pull you down. Instead, surround yourself with optimistic people.

Life's Too Short
I let you escape, slip through my fingers
We made our mistakes, but memories linger
Each time I turn a corner I swear I see your face
But I'm standing here alone in the wonder
What I really needed, what made me run away?
Was it just somebody's spell I was under
(Chorus)
We all love on borrowed time, tomorrow's flying blind
And life's too short to be living without you
You laughed at my jokes, broke down my defenses
It's like my heart just awoke, and brought back my senses
I've got my motor running, it's all that I can do
Cause every road I'm taking, is leading back to you
Repeat Chorus
We all love on borrowed time, tomorrow's flying blind
And life's too short to be living without you
And life's too short
And life's too short
I give in I can't go it alone, yeah I'm done now I know that you're gone
I need someone to save me and life's too short, too short
I give in I can't go it alone
Life's too short to be living without you
Life's too short
I give in I can't go it alone
Life's too short can't be living without you
Life's too short
I give in I can't go it alone
I can live without you
Life's too short
I give in I can't go it alone
Life's too short to be living without you

Life
Living life
wondering if life exist
loving the volume of my sounds
today is the way it is
Today is the life to live
dont think of yesterday
Just live your life
and just forgive.... you can have it all
just think of all the things you did
I love my life and all the things I have
loving life
too bad its so short lived
everyday is a lifetime we dont have so much time
everyday you must live
Oh I love the life I live....
everyday is a chance to be
Loving you and all the challenges.....

Dream The Dream
Mama they say the snow this winter
Beat you to the ground
But Im a long time gone, long time gone
Wish I could see the blazin sunset
Falling right into the bay
But Im a long time gone, long time gone
* to dream the dream thats over
To live and love again
Oh my america
And to be where my footsteps lead me over
To be born again tonight
I want to be there on our back porch
Looking on down the road
But Im a long time gone, long time gone
The troubles here, they pass me by
I want to get home to you
But Im a long time gone, long time gone
* repeat
Lonely days, lonely nights
Caught up in someone elses fight
Im holdin on, and youre so strong
All I want to be is just holdin you tonight
[instrumental]
* repeat
[short instrumental] * repeat and fade out

I Want To Know You For A Long Time
F-ing short the loving lasts
I cant mix the future with the past
Can I stay close to you
I wanna stay close to you
Youve got yours and Ive got mine
And what we have in so hard to define
Just take a look at your life line
Youve got a lot to shine
Lets say baby,
I wanna know you for a long long time
Ooh baby
I wanna know you for a long long time
Oh darling, lady friend
Well see each other when its time to show
Just for a minute or for a year
But then again, dont you and I know
A time between our time together
It doesnt exist, it grows old forever
Just take a look at your life line
Ob baby, youve got a lot to shine
I know it baby,
I wanna know you for a long long time
Ob and baby,
I wanna know you for a long long time
I wanna know baby, I wanna know baby
Oh youve got a lot to live girl
So I wanna know you for a long long time
I wanna know, I wanna know,
I wanna know baby
So much to live for girl,
So much to live for girl
So I wanna know you baby
Wanna know you for a long long time.
I wanna know, wanna know ...
(etc. and fade)

Walnut Tree
Once there was a great storm
Pushed my head beneath the waves, I was gone
Underneath the walnut tree
Where you said you'd wait for me
And I waited a long, long time
I waited a long, long time
I waited a long, long time
I waited a long, long time
I waited a long, long time
Why, why do I come here?
Seeking out the memories I handed
Cause you put your spell on me
Made me live a memory
And I'm frozen in just the wrong time
I waited a long, long time
I waited a long, long time
I waited a long, long time
I waited a long, long time

Love The Time
Love the time
Love the time
Love the time
You have for you
Love the time you spend outside
Because this nice weather won't last very long
Fall is on its way soon
Love the time
To listen for the song of the birds
This might be the last time
Love the time
You have to reflect on your life
Love the time
You are worshiping God
Love the time that you are discovering your feelings
Love the time that you are learning about yourself
Love the time
Your soul waits in silence for God only
He is your rock and your salvation
Love the time
To dream
Love the time to paint a picture in your mind
Love the time
When you have a positive attitude
Love the time
When you are in the valley of the shadow
You will fear no evil
Because you are with God now
Love the time
Because you belong together with God
Love the time
That you are being yourself
Love the time
That you are moving on
And doing better things to improve your spirit
Love the time that you are gaining your trust back
Love the time that you are gaining self respect
Love the time that you are building your self esteem up
Love the time that you are watching the gold star at night
Love the time that God carried you to solidarity
Love the time that God will bear you up
So that you will not strike your foot against a stone
Love the time that you saw the great light
Because there were people that were sitting in the dark
And you were the lucky one
Love the time that God has opened up the door for you
Love the time that God has given you a chance
Love the time to know that the past is a part of you
Love the time that God is comforting you when you are sad
Love the time when you see writings on the wall
That you can read
Love the time to enjoy your freedom
Love the time when you are flying on the airplane
And looking out through the Airplane window
The sunset in the sky
Love the time when you sing out the blues
Love the time
Love the time
Love the time
Love the time
Love the time
Love the time
Love the time that God will set you free
Love the time when the sun will rise early in the morning in the summer
Love the time
Love the time
Love the time
Love the time to know that age is no barrier to beauty

Life Is Too Short
life is too short
Music: rudolf schenker
Lyrics: klaus meine
Have you ever seen the morning?
When the sun comes up the shore
And the silence teach the beauty for the sound
Have you ever set there waiting?
For the time to stand still
For all the worlds and stars
From turning around
And you run
'cause life is too short
And you run
'cause life is too short
Have you ever seen the glory?
When the moon is on the rise
And the dreams are close
To the ones that we love
Have you ever set there waiting?
For heaven to give a sign
So we could find the place
Where angels come from
And you run (and you run)
'cause life is too short
And you run (and you run)
'cause life is too short
There's a time that turns
Turn back time
But i don't see i can
It only works
If you believe in the truth
But there's a time to live
And a time to cry
But if you're by my side
I will try to catch a star
I'll try to catch a star
Just for you
And i run
'cause life is too short
And i run (and i run)
'cause life is too short
And i run and i run and i run and i run and i run

Sonnet-Time
Time starts ticking, the moment one is born,
Appearing too short for things to be done;
And Time ceases when over is sojourn;
To some ’tis long and ’tis always great fun.
Time is so precious that some waste it not;
So they race ’gainst it, to pull off great feats;
Time is a web in which some men get caught;
However short, one still can be a Keats!
A Scientist’s life-time’s not enough for him;
A lazy-bone finds Time not fleeting still;
Time’s an empty vessel, tho’ filled to brim!
Time’s a feeling of descending the hill.
When prudently used then, Time appears long;
A mile to a fool is just a furlong.

New World Order
Broken down, feeling naked
Leaving me unfulfilled
Promising compromise
Championing mediocrity
Time and time again
What you said ain't what you mean
Even if all my bones are broken
I will drag myself back from the edge to
Kill the King, The King is dead, Long live the King
Kill the King, The King is dead, Long live the
King,
I am the King, God save the King
Kill the King, The King is dead
I am the King, Long live the King
Kill the King, The King is dead
I am the King, Long live the King
I reveal a deceiver
In the highest seat in the land
His idle hands the Devil's workshop
Generate more smoke than heat
Time and time again
What you said ain't what you mean
Even if all my bones are broken
I will drag myself back from the edge to
Kill the King, The King is dead, Long live the King
Kill the King, The King is dead, Long live the
King,
I am the King, God save the King
Kill the King, The King is dead
I am the King, Long live the King
Kill the King, The King is dead
I am the King, Long live the King
A new precedent in pain, a new precedent in pain
Mankind is blown to dust, mankind is blown to dust
An explosion of the Brain, an explosion of the
Brain
Spontaneously combust, spontaneously combust
Kill the King, The King is dead, Long live the
King,
I am the King
Kill the King, I, The King is dead, I am, Long live
the King,
I am the King
Kill the King, I, The King is dead, I am, Long live
the King,
I am the King
Kill the King, I, The King is dead, I am, Long live
the King,
I am the King

Time
I know that i, I cant believe
Just what the past has brought me
To the man I wanna be
I know that we have had some times
That we cant forget the struggle
Cause we have so far to go
I know weve changed but
Change can be so good
So lets not forget why
Its understood that
Chorus:
Time, look where we are and what weve been through
Time, sharing our dreams
Time, goes on and on everyday, baby
Time is what it is
Come what mayc(come what may)
I remember when, mom used to say
That things are getting better
And youll soon be on your way
Remember those days
When we would sing at the drop of a dime (oooh)
Way back when nothing mattered (mmm, mm, mm)
I know weve changed, but
Change can be so good
Oh so lets not forget why its understood that
Chorus:
Time, look where we are and what weve been through
(look where we are)
Time, sharing our dreams (dreams, dreams, dreams, oh yeah)
Time, (goes on and on) goes on and on everyday (everyday)
Time is what it is (oh)
Come what may (come what may)
Bridge:
So here we are (here we are)
And well always stay together
And through it all you know we owe it all to you, you, you , you
Time goes on and on
Chorus:
Time (time), look where we are and what weve been through
Time, sharing our dreams
Time, (goes on and on) goes on and on everyday (everyday)
Time is what it is (time is what is it)
Time (time), look where we are and what weve been through
Time (time), sharing our dreams (sharing our dreams)
Time, (goes on and on) goes on and on everyday
Time is what it is, come what may
Time, goes on and on everyday, time is what it is
Come what may
Come what may

A Long Time Ago
Sitting here , all alone
Wondering what to do
Life went faster than the time
I had to achieve the things I had in mind
Their disguise , I see with my eyes
Many things I should have realized
A long time ago , long long time ago
Never changing , ever aging
It drags from day to day
I wish that I had found myself
Before it robbed me of the time
Oh no , oh no
I should have realized
A long long time ago
A long time ago
A long time ago
(break)
Seeing things , open doors
People invited me into
Oh they were so good to me
And always helped me on my way
Then I woke from this dream
Known that I should have realized
A long time ago
Long long time ago
Another day , another way
I dont care what people say
No , I realize that theres no other way for me
Suppose Ill just have to live from day to day
Oh no , oh no
I should have realized
A long long time ago
A long time ago
A long time ago

Be a positive leader,
For positive leaders lead by example;
And my love to you is greater than you can imagine,
Because my positive attitude ia always seen beside you!

But without followers there are no leaders.

Live To Love Another Day
Lord I fell for her smile
And she loved me for a while
Then she said good-bye gotta go
Left me standing on the side of the road
Now she's gone and I'm a memory in her past
And the long and short of it some things never last
Chorus:
Oh because summers come, summers go
I'll keep walking down this road
It's alright and it's okay
I'll live to love another day
I'll live to love another day
Lord I'm out here again
With my back to the wind
The warm sun that's sinking low
Is gonna leave me out in the cold
But the long and short of it some things never last
And if that goes for the good
It must go for the bad
(REPEAT CHORUS)
If I fall down
I'm not ashamed
I always get back up again
But I'll be fine 'till the right one comes to save me, save me, save me
Lord I fell for her smile
And she loved me for a while
And someday she's gonna wish
She hadn't left me here like this
(REPEAT CHOURUS)
I'll live to love another day
I'll live to love another day
I'll live to love another day
