I don't want to be thought of as a survivor because you have to continue getting involved in difficult situations to show off that particular gift, and I'm not interested in doing that anymore.

Holocaust Poem
I am a survivor of a holocaust
The horror of which
most people could not imagine.
I was brutally beaten and raped by an S.S officer
Then packed in a train
going to the gas chambers of Auschwitz
As if I was a sardine
Not a human being.
If my rapist was still alive
I would tell him
You violated my body
But you did not rape my soul.

My Lasting Love
God, please do not command me to live without her. Do not make things such that she forgets me. The more I try to be close to her the more difficult situations become. Things become so difficult for her and I do not know why? So much pain she has to go through, but why? All that I have tried is to love. Never anything more and never anything less. Just wanted to gift some love to you and that too openly so that you never find it to be less. I am glad, just glad that we actually loved endlessly.

I thought it was a gift.
They told me it was a gift;
they told me and I was so glad.
I put my heart and soul into it all,
cried tears and sweat so many beads of my own metallic crimson blood.
I gave it all; I thought it was a gift.
I worked longer than anyone I knew.
I worked harder.
I gave up so much more, I did so many things, all at the same time;
just so I could please them. I put their needs and wants over mine.
I gave it all; I thought it was a gift.
I thought that this was what they called fate,
I thought that this was what they called destiny.
I thought that I'd been given a gift for good.
I thought that gifts were supposed to bring joy, and happiness, and peace.

My mother and father were fantastic, very active. I find it difficult to say this, but I'm quite a loving person and I've always been loving to my friends. In the long run, that pays off. I'm very interested in other people, and if you are, they're interested in you.

When an admission of caring for another,
Begins for the other...
A reason to establish a game of playing,
'Let Me See You Chase'.
Such a mistake this becomes,
For the one believing...
To be chased makes one's heart race.
With a pacing done in an excitement.
An admission of caring for another,
The other may not realize can be stopped.
To be replaced.
Especially if something felt is genuine.
With an awakening that creates,
An acknowledgement that comes much too late...
That the one who runs away from someone's caring done,
May find themselves with a gift the other does not get!
With far less exhaustion to give in the giving that ends.

Falling back *song
* i got bored and decided to write a song and then i thought a song is basically a poem. so i chucked it up here for you all to read. sorry if its crap :) *
Its a few months later now
im still thinking how
could anything be so unreal
im fighting stronger still
trying to cross that hill
but i know i still cant do it
cause running back could be so difficult
but running forward is where i seem to hault
and i know that i just wanna get on with life
but how can i do that that with you left behind
it seems that the harder i am and the more i try
i cant do any better cause im not right
anymore
secret feelings keep on tumbling down
im lying it all away with this upside frown
and im trying to throw it out
trying to get it all back
but i still find myself crossing out all i've done
falling back onto my sore face to where i begun
cause running back could be so difficult

Nothing Did Remain
Life is so disturbing at times but I will have to see through the rough patches, if I want to have a life. Not able to live is not the reply. Everyone, is going to hate me for the way I am. See, I have been through very difficult phases and in most somehow I have been able to deal. However, through most of the difficult situations she was always with me. Love in life is so scarce and now she is no more with me. After she went, nothing did remain the same. World ended, that is how it felt.
