It's not always thankless. Let's face it - it's not always thankless. I've gotten a lot of really great recognition and I've worked with amazing people.

“it’s Amazing”
My eyes may close, yet I see your gentle face
It’s amazing
In silence, I hear the rhythm of your heart
It’s amazing
I touch your skin and feel your love
It’s amazing
Your scent releases all my memories of you
It’s amazing
I taste the sweetness of your ruby lips
It’s amazing
I cease all thought that my soul may speak to you
It’s amazing
Asleep I loose my spirit that I may find yours
It’s amazing
Yes…
It’s all so amazing

Teachers are sort of faced with a thankless task, because no matter how good they are, unless they find a way to personally rationalize the rewards of their effort, nobody else is really going to do it for them en masse.

You Will Turn Criminal
You will turn criminal
Disregard for man, woman and animals
No more fear of God,
May make other people blind by putting hot rod
We are such thankless creature
We want to make everything sure
No sympathy whatsoever for fellow brethren
Only occupied with own concern
Only cruel weapon God has
That worry is always seen on face
Death deters person from doing evil
He knows result is on anvil
He has to give complete account
When pressure mounts
Not here but in another world
Where it is entirely different fold
Initially you are wrongly drawn
So long it is not made known
When everything is before you crystal clear
You develop little worry and fear
We are hundred percent sure and know
Any time life can be in danger and go
No means to stop that disaster
As some one else is the master
You may feel great for time being
As you might have ascended as kind
The whole world may seem to be in your grip
But you won’t know when it may go out of your hand or slip

What Is a Mom?
A Mom loves unconditionally
No matter what you do.
A Mom will give her very best
and expect your best from you.
A Mom will stay up late at night
to make cupcakes for your class.
A Mom will defend you wrong or right
and your happiness is her task.
A thankless job most of the time,
but once a year we say
Thank you Mom for being there,
and Happy Mother's Day!

Thanked The Buffalo
Native Americans thanked the buffalo,
thankless beings we never think;
of the souls that lay down
to become our sustenance...
of the lives that fulfill our need.
all that 'is' has a soul.
animals, plants, water, trees, and stones.
each has their own crucifixion,
their dreams, their destiny, and their gifts.

Prolonged, indiscriminate reviewing of books is a quite exceptionally thankless, irritating and exhausting job. It not only involves praising trash but constantly inventing reactions towards books about which one has no spontaneous feeling whatever.

Life is amazing,
Life is amazing,
Life is so amazing,
I can Imagine the Unfathomable power of a Creator,
Life is so unique,
So great,
Made with an Understanding,
Life is a Movement,
Life is so amazing,
To see and to live make's life a Miracle,
Life is so amazing,
It is grateful to be able to see another morning,
Another Night,
Life is so amazing,
We came from life to Nothingness,
Life is so amazing,
To see is also to live,
To wake up and live make's life so amazing.

John was the smartest and most amazing comedian I've ever worked with. I think more than teaching me about acting or comedy, he taught me about life and the love of people and respect of people.

Life is a creative endeavor. It is active, not passive. We are the yeast that leavens our lives into rich, fully baked loaves. When we experience our lives as flat and lackluster, it is our consciousness that is at fault. We hold the inner key that turns our lives from thankless to fruitful. That key is "Blessing."

Old Santeclaus
But where I found the children naughty,
In manners rude, in temper haughty,
Thankless to parents, liars, swearers,
Boxers, or cheats, or base tale-bearers,
I left a long, black, birchen rod,
Such as the dread command of God
Directs a Parent's hand to use
When virtue's path his sons refuse.

What You Have Pretended To Save
Kiss me on either side of my face,
If you are from Seville
And it is your whim: Play your radio and
Back off,
As old men drive away back through the
Perfidy of their adolescence:
Think of the time you spent mocking me in
High school,
The cumulostratus or whatever you call
The flying holocaust it put me through:
Build up and pull over and make love at the
Anonymous road stop underneath the
Great stone bridges where the Indians died
Or at least gave way,
Because you are the greatly educated:
So proud of yourself and your football teams.
Your bedroom is full of red and blue ribbons,
Either coming or going away,
But it is just a very thin wall, thankless,
Persuaded,
When the wolf comes with cheeks gorgeous enough
For orchards,
Biceps strong enough for batting cages:
Then you will know who I am, like the culprit of
The deceitful fable, I will not be denied;
And your eyes are just wimples in the dark floating not
Even like candles inches apart,
Hoping against the window that I will have the bravado
To take what you have pretended to save.
