Once again, we come to the Holiday Season, a deeply religious time that each of us observes, in his own way, by going to the mall of his choice.

Holiday Debate
Happy holiday they say with a smile, even though they’re in denial,
All around man’s legitimate reason, why we even have this season,
When men and women all about earth, reflect on The Savior’s birth,
Through celebration and praise, as men lift up the Ancient of Days.
There are people on each side, who in Christ, do and do not abide,
Who do refuse to even celebrate, the season some may even hate,
Those, who truly love The Lord, say this season should be ignored,
While those with no religious belief, fill the season with undue grief.
Some peoples dispute the date, adding the calendar to the debate,
Using the harvest time as a reason, to discredit the holiday season;
There’re some who could care less, about a time many call blessed,
While they go on about their way; as for them, it is just another day.
No matter what the debate may be, another holiday all men will see,
Most men, again will participate, while others, continue their debate,
Friend, if you indeed participate, just how will your family celebrate?
Will your holiday be a secular kind, or a season with Christ in mind?
Whatever your view of this holiday, God’s Word has so little to say,
But, much to say about The Son, Who came that day, for everyone,
God’s Son, Who came with Salvation, for all men from every nation,
Is coming again, as King to receive, all those, who sincerely believe.

Bringing Us Merriment
A recess of a mindlessness progresses.
And a reset of a collected mindset begins.
Ending a rejection of a consciousness...
Coming as a gift,
Unwraped to lift us all...
During this holiday season,
Bringing us merriment...
No one will find to purchase,
At any shopping mall!

Just Another Holiday
It is a season, a day to remember, annually, each month of December,
Originated by men of the earth, for remembrance of The Savior’s birth.
For that is the solitary reason, the world even has this Holiday season,
A Holiday that many now claim, should be observed without His Name.
We now have the accepted Holiday, as God’s presence is swept away,
A new Holiday, suitable to everyone, while leaving out God’s Only Son,
Replacing Christ with a jolly old man, who fits right into the devil’s plan,
And that fat old man Saint Nick, is making many people spiritually sick.
Political correctness rules the world, with much more yet to be unfurled,
That politically correct push has been, encouraged by that father of sin,
And his goal is the Lord’s demise, as he spiritually darkens men’s eyes,
Seducing men to forsake the reason, righteous men began this season.
Santa uses toys and other things, to sway youth from the King of kings,
Just another puppet of God’s foe, to sow in their hearts the devil’s woe,
As children believe in that fake, The Truth in time, they just may forsake,
Which is, God’s Truth and the reason, that we have this Holiday Season.
That is what this change is about, keeping souls, not yet in Heaven, out,
Displacing Christ from the Holiday, sending men on a much darker way,
To deny God’s Son and His birth, they’ll never see Heaven or New Earth,
But only darkness forevermore, since at Christmas they closed the door.

I think every religious person should have a deep sense of respect for other people's religious documents and religious symbols just as we were deeply opposed to the Taliban destroying the two historic buddhas which they blew up. So I think we ought to all oppose burning the Koran.

Holiday
Well the super models in those magazines
They've been to places that I've never dreamed
Well they look so nice out on some sandy beach
But for me I've always found it out of reach
Ooooooooo take me on a holiday
Ooooooooo I need a holiday
The hotel and life for me would be alright
We could always catch an early mornin' flight
As you treat yourself like in a movie scene
But its just another place I've never been
Ooooooooo take me on a holiday
Ooooooooo I need a holiday
I call you up on your telephone
And leave a message there since your not home
I've got to go I've got to get away
Please come and take me on a holiday
Ooooooooo take me on a holiday
Last nite I dreamed I was in Sante Fe
And then went on a flight to San Jose
Well I know that you don't really like to fly
But to see the world maybe you'd like to try
Ooooooooo take me on a holiday
Ooooooooo I need a holiday
Ooooooooo take me on a holiday
Need a holiday

Christmas Cheer
This holiday season brings joy to hearts.
With the carolling of songs...
Delighting an open giveness that starts,
With a Christmas cheer that lures
Twinkling lights and tasteful sweet tarts
Endeared to endure.
This holiday season bestows reasons to live,
To forgive and forget with gifts we give.
Making Christmas what it should be...
Christmas remembered for what it is,
A time on Earth when a special child appeared!
Pine trees trimmed.
Topped with stars and angel wings.
Symbols enhanced to the dancing eyes,
Of children with hopes and dreams...
Of sleigh rides
Of reindeer
On rooftops with bells.
And a red suited Santa Claus,
Dropping toys made by elves.
This holiday season,
As we please each teasing whim,
Let us wish for a peace of mind...
We can deliver
From a source that has been stocked,
And ready to unlock from within!

Holiday Song
Men sing have a holly jolly Christmas, but, what is meant by this?
Plus singing oh ho the mistletoe; part of an empty holiday show?
Where at in the holiday song, does the Lord Jesus Christ belong?
Or by purpose was Christ left out, though He is what it’s all about.
We hear song with little praise, about Christ, The Ancient of Days;
Before Him, there wasn’t reason, for today’s said holiday season,
When God came to earth as a man, to reveal His redemptive plan;
Some dismiss why Christ came, and so the season isn’t the same.
Many of the songs that men sing, lift not Christ as Lord and King,
Or speak of the baby in the hay, and why He came to all that day,
They speak not of a need to trust, but, only speak of worldly lust,
Noting not man’s spiritual need, while lifting up a shopping creed.
And this doesn’t start in the song, where this holiday goes wrong,
It all starts with man’s rejection of, the Lord on High and His love,
Turning from His Incalculable Gift, to a season of shop and thrift,
Handling shopping as a whole; while ignoring needs of their soul.
Turning aside from The Lord, Christmas Truth many have ignored,
Turning Christ into Santa Claus, should have us reflect and pause,
As secularizing Divine Truth, could bring on God’s strong reproof;
All has made a Christmas Holiday, for many into one Hollow Way.

Poets and tellers
Dear Poet! You know or know not,
It is your right brain that
Is more active and alert.
It sees things as a whole, in long shot.
It sees wide and tell in terse.
It observes deeply and expresses its core.
Dear Story Teller! You se or see not, ,
It is your left brain that
Is more active and alert.
It sees things minutely in close up.
It scans at length and tells vast.
It observes closely and expands it.
Shakespeare is more a poet.
John Milton is more a storyteller.

Pleasant Thoughts
A holiday, a holiday,
a real chance to get away.
To catch a plane, a boat, a train,
or cruise on down the inside lane.
With different views and how-do-you-dos,
and many interesting venues.
A holiday, a holiday.
Having found a place to stay,
enjoy the sights that greet the eyes,
sea, sun and sand with clear blue skies.
All of these things can so make your break,
a time to rest and ruminate.
A holiday, a holiday,
well inland, or out in a bay.
Sail a yacht maybe. Play a spot
of golf. Then if it gets too hot,
rest beside a pool. And to cool down,
take a dip, or turn a glowing brown.
A holiday, a holiday.
Book it right now with no delay.
Choose somewhere you would like to be,
locations for serenity,
siestas out under the stars,
or ones for fun and noise in bars.
A holiday, a holiday.
There’s something that I want to say.
Have a really long super spell,
of relaxation. One can dwell
on pleasant thoughts. Troubles to quell.
Revival of body and mind,
rejuvenating humankind.

Ex Miss
Everything that could have went wrong,
Went wrong this year.
Nothing recently has made me want to stand up and cheer.
Everything you haven't said,
Has finally come back to you.
Now is not the time.
Now is not the time.
I know you never liked any of this
I gave to you.
This holiday is over and
It turned out the way I expected.
This holiday,
This wonderful day,
Another year
This time I'll regret that I spent too much time and money on you.
Why do I only remember
the past times we had?
I guess everything we do (everything we do)
does reflect,
Everything you wish you said
Has finally come back to you.
Now is not the time,
No, now is not the time.
I know you never liked any of this
I gave to you
This holiday is over and
It turned out the way i expected
This holiday
This wonderful day
Another year
This time i regret that I spent too much time and money on you
This Holiday is over and
It turned out the way i expected
This holiday
This wonderful day
Another year
Not another year
This holiday
is over and
it turned out the way i expected
this holiday
this wonderful
aother year
No not another year
I hope you spend it alone

How Merry Is Christmas?
Many who say Merry Christmas, regarding Truth, are totally oblivious,
To the meaning behind this phrase, that we hear in these darker days.
Darker because The Light which came, many men today do not claim,
All Truth and Light being God’s Son, who came to earth for everyone.
From this season, one cannot hide, but, many are empty deep inside,
All streets may be filled with light, while many hearts are dark as night,
Not truly knowing why once a year, others celebrate this holiday cheer,
And they too, may not know the reason, why we celebrate this season.
Many men filled with festive song, view this holiday completely wrong,
While singing in their holiday spirit, Truth is not realized as they hear it,
And though giving is a noble thing, they dismiss the only Eternal King,
When from a child we mentally pause, and wind up with a Santa Claus.
A face that’s put on the many lies, ones deeper than a sleigh that flies,
As we’re told that he’s everywhere, knowing every child’s heartfelt care,
Saying that we’re all God’s children, even those who are still lost in sin,
Suggesting all men upon the earth, are God’s without the second birth.
Sad, Christmas will come and go, and The Truth many still won’t know,
With even one more said and done; many still do not know God’s Son,
Who came well before Christmas did, in this season is ignored and hid,
As many continue playing their part, in this season with an empty heart.

The Growing Season
The seasons work together
To make the world possible
Summer, the sun season
Fall, the leaf season
Winter, the snow season
And spring, the time of beauty
Summer, the yellow season
Fall, the orange season
Winter, the white season
And spring, the time of the rainbow
Summer, the blank season
Fall, the shadow season
Winter, the dying season
And spring, the growing season
The growing season
Ten Thousand Women
I was going out with the boys
The boat was loaded with our fishing toys
My baby steps out, slips her high heels on
She is going to town says I'm coming along
I say, Now honey, honey now please
I've been planning this trip at least for a week
She says, I don't care, now get in the car
With a few choice words she chews on my heart
I say, Now honey, you don't have to be cruel
You the light of my life, you know I love you
So I get in the car and we are on our way
She turns and smiles and says, New Mall opens today!
I thought to myself, Man, I got to get out!
If we get to that Mall there will be no fishing now!
I guess I hesitated, I waited to late
Next thing you know we were at the front gate
All across the parking lot the place was full
Every woman in town had showed up too
I said, Now honey, but she smiles and grins
Grabs me by the hand starts dragging me in
You ever hear ten thousand women in one Mall
You can talk all you want it won't matter at all
No I didn't go fishing still despite it all
I'm still stuck here and lost in this stupid Mall!

It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year
IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME
OF THE YEAR
It's the most wonderful time of the year
With the kids jingle belling
And everyone telling you ?Be of good cheer!?
It's the most wonderful time of the year
It's the happiest season of all
With those holiday meetings
And gay, happy greetings
When friends come to call
It's the happiest season of all
There'll be parties for hosting
Marshmallows for toasting
And caroling out in the snow
There'll be scary ghost stories
And tales of the glories
Of Christmases long, long ago
It's the most wonderful time of the year
There'll be much mistletoeing
And hearts will be glowing
When loved ones are near
It's the most wonderful time of the year

Holiday
Holiday,
Oh what a lovely day today,
Im so glad they sent me away,
To have a little holiday today, holiday,
Holiday,
And Im just standing on the end of a pier,
Hoping and dreaming you were here,
To share my little holiday,
Lookin in the sky, for a gap in the clouds,
Sometimes I think that sun aint never coming out,
But Id rather be here than in that dirty old town,
I had to leave the city cos it broke me down,
Oh holiday, oh what a lovely day today,
I think Ill get down on my little knees and pray, thank you lord,
Thank heaven for this holiday, holiday,
Im leaving insecurity behind me,
The environmental pressures got me down,
I dont need no sedatives to pull me round,
I dont need no sleeping pills to help me sleep sound,
Oh holiday,
Oh what a lovely day today,
I think Ill get down on my knees and pray,
Thats what Ill do,
Thank heaven for this holiday,
Lying on the beach with my back burned rare,
And the salt gets in my blisters and the sand gets in my hair,
And the seas an open sewer,
But I really couldnt care,
Im breathing through my mouth so I dont have to sniff the air,
Oh holiday,
Oh what a lovely day today,
Im so glad they sent me away,
To have a little holiday.

Cool Breeze of fall
October is the season, you can see it every where!
Orange is the color, there's a chill in the air.
It's a rejuvenating feeling that can chase away a frown.
Pumpkins by the dozen and the leaves are turning brown.
Holiday season has begun, shopping time is here!
Buying something special for someone you hold so dear.
Thinking of a delightful dinner fit for a king.
Even the best time to buy a diamond ring!
A desire for friends and family grows within your mind.
And people walking faster, and wanting to be kind.
Lights in the windows and decorations every where.
Telling everyone how much you really care!
Its right around the corner, Christmas time is near.
Saying goodbye, and hello to another year.
