A country grows in history not only because of the heroism of its troops on the field of battle, it grows also when it turns to justice and to right for the conservation of its interests.

Wild In The Country
(words & music by george wise - hugo peretti - luigi creatore)
A rose grows wild in the country
A tree grows tall as the sky
The wind blows wild in the country
And part of the wild, wild country, am i
Wild, wild, like the deer and the dove
Wild and free is this land that I love
A dream grows wild in the country
A love grows tall as the sky
A heart beats wild in the country
And here with a dream in my heart
Part of the wild, wild country, am i

Scarecrow
The black and green scarecrow as everyone knows
Stood with a bird on his hat and straw everywhere.
He didnt care.
He stood in a field where barley grows.
His head did no thinking
His arms didnt move except then the wind cut up
Rough and mice ran around on the ground
He stood in a field where barley grows.
The black and green scarecrow is sadder than me
But now hes resigned to his fate
cause lifes not unkind - he doesnt mind.
He stood in a field where barley grows.

Arctic World
I dont wanna grow anything in my heart
I dont want to write all these things in the sand
I dont want to listen and not understand
I dont want to tramp up the footpath of stars
Dont want to be an advocate
Dont want to be a monument
There is nothing that grows in your arctic world
I dont want to breathe that smithsonian air
I dont want to listen when they toll the bell
cos I cant take another industrial feast
On the ground, on my back, out there
I want to meet the president
Of a country without sense
There is nothing that grows in his arctic world
There is nothing that grows in your arctic world
There is nothing that grows in this arctic world

Field of Battle
Forced are the troops of battle,
Into the field of war, of war.
Feed on their movement, general,
As a leader of war, of this battle.
I, a troop, have forced my mind
Into the war of my dreams,
Into the fire of my wishes;
They are like dread and scare.
To belittle a young man, who is a soldier,
A fighter, born of the skill to fight and parry,
Is never agreeable in the eyes of the warlord,
The hard man or woman, the harsh chief.
Punishment awaits those who excel at war crime
And force is a force that fades from power
To weak pull, a reaction to the enemy,
A full explosion for them who oppose.
Swords and crossbows are the implements
That win the war more than anything else.
Your horse is put to death, the standard-bearers
Are put down for their bravery, gallantry.
Forced are the troops of battle,
Into the field of war, of war.
Feed on their movement, general,
As a leader of war, of this battle.

The eater is not the grower.
Corn grows, but man says he grows it.
It is corn's drive that makes it grow.
Yet man says he grows it and harvests it.
The one, who eats what one grows, does not grow it.

Fate of Love
you can save love as secret
though you avoid and hide
love only has two fate
it grows or it dies
you will fail loving someone
to be same day by day
it grows or it dies
you say broken heart
shattered love into thousand pieces
but it still grows or it dies
old memories bring love from the past
but only the illusion
somewhere in time
it grows or it dies
you can keep love in beautiful box
protect it from storm and darkness
but love only has two fate
it grows or it dies

The Conquerors
THE BLACK TROOPS IN CUBA
Round the wide earth, from the red field your valour has won,
Blown with the breath of the far-speaking gun,
Goes the word.
Bravely you spoke through the battle cloud heavy and dun.
Tossed though the speech toward the mist-hidden sun,
The world heard.
Hell would have shrunk from you seeking it fresh from the fray,
Grim with the dust of the battle, and gray
From the fight.
Heaven would have crowned you, with crowns not of gold but of bay,
Owning you fit for the light of her day,
Men of night.
Far through the cycle of years and of lives that shall come,
There shall speak voices long muffled and dumb,
Out of fear.
And through the noises of trade and the turbulent hum,
Truth shall rise over the militant drum,
Loud and clear.
Then on the cheek of the honester nation that grows,
All for their love of you, not for your woes,
There shall lie
Tears that shall be to your souls as the dew to the rose;
Afterward thanks, that the present yet knows
Not to ply!

Daily Our Love Grows Stronger (English Sonnet)
Daily our love grows stronger in me and you
as if to it there is no end,
as if constantly it becomes more true
and to each other we do not pretend
as the depth of it
grows more and more deeper still
and perfectly together we do fit
as we live by our own free will
and in your company time does fly
while in each other we are caught,
as each passing day rushes by
and our love is as it ought
as something known and true and a mystery,
as if previously we had a kind of history.

The Red Tulip (your one perfect love)
There`s a flower that grows
Out of a story in a distant country
Becoming from a suicide done in love
A prince and his maiden`s murder
He took his horse with him
And jumped of the cliff
Scarlet drops flew onto the earth
Hitting one by one
Sprouting from its place
Came this one unique flower
As red as human`s wine
A Tulip gifted meaning much
Given to the soul mates
Your one perfect love
This is the flower that grows
Out of a story in a distant country

Way Of Life
Birth is to Death
Like East is to West
Pain is to Love
Like Greed is to Wealth
A family mourn
A child is born
The child is taught
This child cannot be Bought
The child grows
His words flow
His eyes wander
As his mind ponders
The teen grows
His legacy grows
His career escalates
His family evacuates
The Man grows
The family, frighten
The noose tightens
A family mourn

Think It Over
(holly / petty / allison)
Think it over what you just said.
Think it over in your pretty little head.
Are you sure that Im not the one?
Is your love real or only fun?
Think it over, just think it over.
My lonely heart grows cold and old.
Think it over and let me know.
Think it over and dont be slow.
Just remember all birds and bees
Go by twos through lifes mysteries.
Think it over, yes just think it over.
My lonely heart grows cold and old.
Think it over (over and over).
Think it over (over and over).
Think it over (over and over).
Think it over (over and over).
Think it over, just think it over.
My lonely heart grows cold and old.
All right, all right.
Think it over and think of me.
Think it over and you will see
The happy day when you and i
Think as one and kiss the bkues goodbye.
Think it over, just think it over.
My lonely heart grows cold and old.

Where the passion flower grows
Lay down on your pillow
and turn the lights down low
let me take you to the garden
where the passion flower grows
Close your eyes and enter dreams
as love's emotion sets the scene
and flitters through the garden
where the passion flower grows
Touch the tender petals
of the flower as she grows
a tentative endeavour
as your feelings overflow
Let me draw you to the place
where ecstasy can be embraced
the beauty of the garden
where the passion flower grows
Feel your mind exploding
in the heavy scented air
experience the shiver
as your captured unaware
A little touch of heaven
where imagination flows
the valley in the garden
where the passion flower grows.

Where The Rain Grows
(m - weikath, l - deris)
I never look higher
Than I could see
Never gave less
Than you have given me
The more you have taken
You turned into fakes
I finaly know now why for heavens sake?
Dont tell me you did not see that I cryed
Dont act so deaf and blind
Dont think that if someones made dumb to the core
He would stay like before
So I take my life
Back from where the rain grows
Die to survive
Back from where the rain grows
Now you call me liar
cause you are just the
Always have right fools mojority
I think that its someones
Start at your side
Youd all turn your back
Wont give any dime
Dont tell me you did not see that I cryed
Dont act so deaf and blind
Dont think that if someones made sad to the core
He would stay like before
So I take my life
Back from where the rain grows
Die to survive
Back from where the rain grows
From where the rain grows
I know where thr rain grows
Im back from where the rain grows

The River Flows
The river flows quiet and swift
It twists and turns as the waters drift
It branches and breaks—its fingers entwine
It grows and grows—snakes like a vine.
The river with the soft scent of a calm day
With the smell of clean—hanging—still—in the grey
And sweetness carried on the breath of morning
It caresses the river—the waters flowing.
The river—crystalline from winter melt
And sweet with the summer soon felt
It tastes of springtime—the season between
And flows the river—so blue and clean.
The river—its lazy trickle of water
The musical rhythm—the ocean’s daughter
It whispers and murmurs—a song of its own
Playing over and over—in continuous drone.
The river—so clear and cool
The water flows—the color like a jewel
Its soft arms embrace the shore
The river surging from the days before.
The river flows quiet and swift
It twists and turns as the waters drift
It branches and breaks—its fingers in twine
It grows and grows—snakes like a vine.

History- a myth
The older a history grows
The poorer the facts remain,
Falser it waxes.
Yet, we believe the history.

Many Voices
romantics sing of justice
cynic cry it's only a tool
for rulers and designers
the tree of justice has many branches
grows and bloooms if watered by tolerance
in days of social drought is stunted
withers falling into decay
the lady in marble dressed in a toga
holding the scales of justice
is a harlot in disquise
prostrating herself
before each new ruler

Real Justice(song)
You should be tantric
There is no war in peace
Just buy it there is no lease
It's a gold fleece
With more value than any material
Wake up kid and have some cereal
We are divided like years
Living to promote our fears
Look into our mirrors
Get a good look
Cause it might be the last one you took
We've got problems
that no one wants to solve
get involved
Take out your claws
Let's fight
A battle that cannot be lost
A battle with no human cost
Let's fight the world
and ourselves for peace
We wouldn't need any police
We'd have real justice
Real Justice
Pick up your phone and make the right calls
How can we enjoy a trip to Niagara Falls
When there is no place to relax
Can't go anywhere without paying a tax
There is misrepresentation
All over this nation
No taxation without representation
History repeats itself
Take a look at the history book
On your bookshelf
For thyself
Recognize that we have accountability
For this loss of humility
which wasn't lost it just was never there
Look at this pair
Cheney and Bush
We need to give them a push
Off of the podium
Your media acts as a peridium
But it is really releasing poisonous spores
All over overseas shores
We put our hand in the cookie jar everyday
Sometimes its from someone else's
but somehow that is okay
We've got problems
that no one wants to solve
get involved
Take out your claws
Let's fight
A battle that cannot be lost
A battle with no human cost
Let's fight the world
and ourselves for peace
We wouldn't need any police
We'd have real justice
Real Justice

Be You Too Full
Goodbye to our lives lived in disguise.
And goodbye to all deceit.
We might have known those masquerades,
But above that now we reach!
It's a new tomorrow that we've got.
It's so new in many ways.
Yesterdays are gone...
And none of them with us stay.
It's a new beginning that we'll start.
All mistakes we've made erased.
True wishes for our happiness,
Are raised,
To praise...
Like a flower grows,
ooo-ooo-ooo
Beautiful-beautiful...
Be-y ou-too-full,
Like a flower grows.
Goodbye to our lives lived in disguise.
And goodbye to all deceit.
We might have known those masquerades,
But above that now we reach!
Like,
A flower grows,
ooo-ooo-ooo
Beautiful-beautiful...
Be-y ou-too-full,
Like a flower grows.
Ooo-ooo-ooo
Beautiful-beautiful. ..
Be-you-too-full,
Like a flower grows.
Ooo-ooo-ooo
Beautiful-beautiful. ..
Be-You-Too-Full,
Like a flower grows.
