Today, certain people file for bankruptcy, businesses and individuals, and it no longer has the stigma it once had. Now it's almost considered wise, a way to regroup and come back again.

What Shall I Do Today?
Today,
all the events shall be taken as God's wish.
Today,
I shall love everyone.
Today,
I shall speak only truth.
Today,
I shall have pure and clean thoughts.
Today,
I shall spend the whole day in pursuit of Happiness.
Today,
i shall be polite and nice to people.
Today,
I shall not curse to anyone.
Today,
Whatever work is assigned to me shall be completed.
Today,
I shall be courteous to people.
Today,
Who ever approaches me with a problem or request shall go back satisfied.
Today,
I shall try to reform myself as much as possible.
Today,
I shall repent for all my ill deeds.

Too Patient
When I began to weed through,
My priority list...
I saw some things on it,
That no longer exist.
I had placed people,
Who I considered friends on this list.
And for years they had been on it...
Doing and saying things to me as they wished.
Some don't speak to me.
But my name is on their lips.
When I began to weed through,
My priority list...
I saw some things on it,
That should not on my list exist!
Very few on my priority list,
Have me on their agenda.
And if they do,
I'm sure it's for fun, sport and gossip.
When I began to weed through,
My priority list...
I saw some things on it,
I couldn't not explain...
Why some names had hearts near them.
Did I do that?
Did I draw them in?
I use to dropp every and anything,
To be at someone's aide.
Some people I would call everyday...
Just to see if they were okay.
I've even allowed my own work to be submitted...
So folks could get their college degrees.
Joking about this,
I am not!
I have been the subject of innuendos and lies,
As if my life meant nothing at all.
To leave me to walk around with 'my' pain disguised.
Then I awakened and realized.
I am considered a fool!
Today...
When I began to weed through,
My priority list...
I saw some things on it,
That no longer exist.
And wondered to myself 'WHY'...
Is this stuff still 'there'.
Get rid of it!
This makes no sense.
Why do you have these people's lives,
Prioritized?
'That is being too patient!
Fix this and get this done quick! '
I have moments when I am completely rational.

Happy birthday friend
Today a close friend will celebrate his best day
Today is not like any other day
Today is the twenty-third of may
Today he will we have plenty to play
Today is special for you and I
Today lions roar while horses neigh
People will respect as if you're their bey
Today a sculpture will be built for you from clay
This day you'll recognize that you are no longer the prey
You're the predator and everyone should pay
As for me i know you'll have mercy on your special day
Today the truth of people will be apparent never forget the lie
Today you'll be the king and every one else servants to his majesty
Some holds jugs others plates while most of them the special tray
Today what can i tell you it's a very special day
Today is simply a day never to forget
Today is your birthday
Happy birthday

Is The Battle Worth Fighting?
some individuals fight battles
with other individuals needlessly
some individuals are never long
content with getting their own way
some individuals fight ferociously
to dominate all those around about
some individuals who cannot safe vent dominate
their own desires seek to next dominate all others
some individuals who cannot control own emotions
seek to control all within range sphere of influence

If You Dont Come Back
(words & music by mark james)
(woke up early in the morning)
(what did the poor boy find)
Well the car was gone and you were gone
And I almost lost my mind.
If you dont come back (if you dont come back)
Yeah! if you dont come back today (if you dont come back today)
You can call up the people at the crazy house
And take this crazy man away
(he threw himself off a gas stone wall)
(he tore his clothes out the door)
I ran out on the street in my stockinged feet
Tell the police Ive been robbed
If you dont come back (if you dont come back)
Mmm if you dont come back today (if you dont come back today)
Well you can call up the people at the crazy house
And take this crazy man away
Mrs. browns been talking about me
To the people across the street
She said (said (I cooked that boy a pot full of stew,
But the poor thing just wont eat).)
If you dont come back (if you dont come back)
Yeah! if you dont come back today (if you dont come back today)
You can call up the people at the crazy house
And take this crazy man away

I'm fighting for small businesses. I'm not fighting for big oil. Don't be confused. And there are thousands of businesses in this state that are at great risk. Meanwhile, the country keeps guzzling the oil, but we're out of work down here. We need to get back to work to build this region, and we intend to do so.
