For a variety of reasons, I believe, the time is right to resolve many of the long standing and thorny land use, recreation, and wilderness designation issues in Central Idaho.

Simply put, I believe we should not seek the lowest common denominator when it comes to wilderness and saddle a wilderness designation with exceptions, exclusions, and exemptions.

Sonnet: There Are Reasons for All Things
There must be reasons for the shaking leaves;
There must be reasons for the swaying trees;
There must be reasons for the drying sheaves;
There must be reasons causing any breeze.
There must be reasons for the waves at sea;
There must be reasons for ripples in pond;
There must be reasons for the sea briny;
There must be reasons for a mutual bond.
There must be reasons for the changing climes;
There must be reasons for both drought and rain;
There must be reasons for good and bad times;
There must be reasons for a boon or bane.
There must be reasons for all things on earth;
But not much reasons why men sin since birth!

Africa United
Long time mi waiting ole long, waiting waiting ole long
AFRICA united, is part of my plan
Taking charge of the resource to get back the land
Time again, time is now, time is right, Time for God
Look how long I been waiting, look how long I’ve been waiting
AFRICA united, is part of my plan
Taking charge of the resource to getting back our land
Time again, time is now, time is right, use God as your might
I’m African; we are standing here holding on
No deals daag, it either everything or none
I’m African, and so is everyone who comes from Africa
You can not denied your super sub natural complexion
We are powerful, we are black we are black
Mother land, creation, thru the father God
Free the land and bring liberty in our hands
On to the day is can feel the disposition of the wrongs
Free the mother land, free Africa is the ultimate plan
Feel excitement, joy, in the hearts of the land
To see the children moving about and smiling
And to cater to ones that are sad and crying
Time to sacrifice our time our last dime
For the land, for the land, for the land, for the land
Don’t let anyone break the spiritual down
Never give up a fight, never them dem your frown
We go, stop on the top, top of this Game is right
Open up to God, He is the ultimate might

Heartache Central Time
Thought you were one who wouldnt run
Who wouldnt do me wrong
But the song that you were singing
Was the same old heartache song
You treat me fine and you wined and dined
And I believed you when you said
I love you babe, but your only aim
Was to get me in your bed
Now I dont even like you no more
But I cant get you off of my mind
Baby youve got me livin in
Heartache central time
Heartache central
Heartache central
Heartache central time
Anytime is a hurting time
With a hurting heart like mine
God knows Id get over you
If only I could find
A way to get my hurtin heart
Off heartache central time
Remember last september
When you looked into my eyes
I should have known that the love youd shown
Was nothing more than lies
I fell for you and I know its true
That I should have stopped myself
But my lonely heart was too alone
To hurt all by itself
Now I dont even like you no more
But I cant get you off of my mind
Baby youve got me livin in
Heartache central time
Heartache central
Heartache central
Heartache central time
Anytime is a hurting time
With a hurting heart like mine
God knows Id get over you
If only I could find
A way to get this hurtin heart
Off heartache central time

Issues
Issues are abound and around,
Issues break the hearts astound,
Issues encourage being excellent,
Issues envisage the predicament,
Issues are the oars to push the boat,
Issues are umbrellas, get wet, not protects,
Issues issue the ticket to the ground,
Imitate the quality of the dew on the grass,
To minimize the issues as small as possible,
When the dew reflects the tallest building,
on its smallest surface without illusion,
When the dew on the grass can reflect it,
Upside down in same proportion,
Why are we, human, afraid of issues?
Make it small and solve it.

So Much To Say
And my hell is the closet Im stuck inside
Cant see the light
And my heaven is a nice house in the sky
Got central heating and Im alright
Yeah yeah yeah cant see the light
Keep it locked up inside dont talk about it
Talk about the weather
Yeah yeah yeah cant see the light
Open up my head and let me out little baby
Here we have been standing for a long long time
Treading trodden trails for a long long time
I find sometimes its easy to be myself
Sometimes I find better to be somebody else
I see you young and soft little baby
Little feet little hands little feet little hands little baby
A year of crying and the words creep up inside
Creep into mind yeah
So much to say, so much to say, so much to say, so much to say
So much to say, so much to say, so much to say, so much to say
Here we have been standing for a long long time
Treading trodden trails for a long long time
I find sometimes its easy to be myself
Sometimes I find better to be somebody else
So much to say, so much to say, so much to say, so much to say
So much to say, so much to say, so much to say, so much to say
So much to say, so much to say, so much to say, so much to say
So much to say, so much to say, so much to say, so much to say
Open up my head and let me out little baby

Instinction
Cheap bed,in the red
Sleep the words out of your head
Cold floor,nice and raw
Eat the meat thats on the floor
High tide, some disguise
Loving makes the cream taste nice
New shore,final score
Fresh demand,Im wanting more
This might not last too long
So always take it
This might not last too long
So always take it
Reasons, reasons were here from the start
Its my instiction,its my instiction
Reasons, reasons are part of the art
Its my instiction,its my instiction
You cry,justify
But deep beneath the feelings lie
Photo,looking old
Memory makes the day feel cold
Theyve gone,sing your song
Walk the flow,ah,too slow
Post boom,second doom
Stealing cake to eat the moon
This might not last too long
So always take it
Reasons, reasons were here from the start
This might not last too long
So always take it
Reasons, reasons were here from the start
Its my instiction,its my instiction
Reasons, reasons are part of the art
Its my instiction,its my instiction
Stealing cake to eat the moon.

I Saw An Old Image In My Mind - Noah's Ark
I saw an old image of my mind Noah's Ark
Fading in the wilderness of the sky
I touched the land with my dreams
And nothing I knew said it was real-
I heard the sounds of songs of delight
And remembered the Creator in the days of my youth-
I listened to the poems long in the hearing time of my mind
And I waited as I wondered why and we are all destinies not struggling to be free-
I thought I lived
They were branches of other trees
An old man’s folly can never capture -
The first wonder of an infant eyeing through branches the lips of the sky -
We are wonders and dreamings and seemings and always being beyond what we are not-
And when our lives are done in this last world
God who made branches and trees and Noah’s ark and the leaves of the first land
Will remember to make us see again,
As if we were always Light and more Light and Still more Light
Heading out again through another lost wilderness.

A Rock In A Weary Land
My love is my rock
In the long, low, weary land
Yes my love is my rock
In the long, low, weary land
None of this moves me,
I should be weeping but it only hurts when I yawn
I let it blow through me, and its gone!
Im dressed like a scarecrow
Stripped of all my power, as if some judge in judgement said
Off with his great coat, and his head!
My love is my rock
In the long, low, weary land
My love is my rock
In the long, low, weary land
My love is my rock
In the long, low, weary land
My love is my rock
In the long, low, weary land
Meaningless movies
On the screen behind the band thats blowing flowing shapes
Half of their music is on tape
My mentor and champion is busy tilting at the windows of his stately home
The daemon hes grappling
Is his own!
My love is my rock
In the long, low, weary land
My love is my rock
In the long, low, weary land
My love is my rock
In the long, low, weary land
Yes my love is my rock
In the long, low, weary land
His letter lies open
His accusations flow like poison from his every word
My heart would be broken, but for her
The fag-end of winter
Im in shock! Im on the ropes! I dont know whats become!
She plucks the splinter from my thumb
My love is my rock
In the long, low, weary land
Yes my love is my rock
In the long, low, weary land
My love is my rock
In the long, low, weary land
My love is my rock
In the long, low, weary land
In the weary land!
My rock in a weary land
My rock in a weary land
My love is my rock in a weary land
My love is my rock in a weary land
In a weary land

Last Man Standing
If they gave Olympic medals for running all-night long
I would have won them all until I turned pro
I've got miles of dedication
And a natural inclination
For a childhood game i just could not outgrow
I want to be the last man standing
People crashin' on the sofas and passed out on the floor
But the Last man standing
was sayin' bring on a little bit more
When you stop and think about
Life is still just high school
You make the same mistakes you did when you were young
Contending for the ladies' favors
Testing every single flavor
While hopelessly trying not scald your tongue
I wanna be the last man standing
Bring me the hot sauce
Bring me a beer
Gonna be the last man standing
But where do we go from here?
Gonna be the last man standing
People crashin' on the sofas and passed out on the floor
But the Last man standing
was sayin' bring on a little bit more
I might as well admit it
There's been a time or two
When I contemplate retirement for a while
But a hundred years from now
They'll still be asking how
As they gaze upon on my taxidermic smile
Want to be the last man standing
Got the devil at the crossroads, wolf at the door
But the last man standing
Is singin' bring on a little bit more
They're gonna see the last man standing
Still got a fun ticket in my hand
Gonna be the last man standing
Takin off before I land

There's Not Too Many Reasons
There's not too many reasons,
I would...
Set aside my pride.
And there's...
Not too many reasons,
I would...
Not have a peaceful sleep at night.
No!
There's not too many reasons,
Why I...
Wouldn't eat or wish to feel that need.
Or...
Feel a hopelessness inside me,
Without you.
No!
There's not too many reasons,
Why I could not cope.
And...
There's not too many reasons,
Why I'd give up hope.
And...
There's not too many reasons,
Why I'd be on knees.
No...
There's not too many reasons,
Why I could not eat.
And...
There's not too many reasons,
Why I could not sleep.
Or believe there's a me to live and breathe,
Without you.

Where we sometimes are
is not even a standpoint at all
measured by corners or central spots
is not even under-standing
hypostasically gauging the unmeasurable
where we sometimes stand can be
a simple within-standing
a place of awe
caught at the rims of a moment

Silent March
Love has always ruled human mind
Acted over long horizon very kind
It has provided very hard core
Only strong resolve needed to explore
We have inherited it from seasons
No one troubles anybody without reasons
If you go against nature then you are inviting the wrath
Devastation all over that is including death
To change it is to welcome and dominates the scene
Such attitude has fascinated us and always seen
After all love has been at the central core
Even poorest of poor go for it and adore
It is been seen at every level but with difference
We draw the lesson with different inference
Even animals provide clue as how to tackle life
In crisis we should remain calm and avoid use of knife
Love wins love and hate inflames hate
In no case, hate can reign supreme or relate
It has no edge over love in showing passion
Eyes speak when question of showing compassion arises
No religion has advocated preaching of violence
We should avoid any such occasion hence
Not that world can be won over with complete annihilation
Still void may not be filled and remain burning question
Why world peace has remained still a distant dream?
Why is it that we don’t even reach or it seems?
There remains some distrust and enough of confidence
We need to explore and give love with peace a chance
We have shed enough of blood on name of land and religion
Still it has remained illusion to build stable region
We are unable to worship almighty without fear
Lot more agony, misery, pain and hardship to face and bear
Let us not carry any sign of religion but bear a love torch light
Strong resolve at heart with olive branch and silent march to fight
