I actually got really petrified by the thought of people seeing me.

Psychic erosion
Myopic hibernation
Heart’s deflation
Soul’s corrosion
Poet’s induration!
Editors in contemplation
Printers in obfuscation
Poetry in delirious delusion
Readers in confusion!

I was very, very shy as a younger girl, just petrified of people. Tennis helped give me an identity and made me feel like somebody.

Watching Jaws just scared the living daylights out of me when I was young. I know a lot of people my age who are still petrified of sharks because of that film.

Lost Love
She was in and out of jail,
She had no friends,
She had no job.Her parents didn't car,
So she did what she thought was best,
She took her life,
On August 10th she was dead.
That was her birthday,
When her cousin Amy came over AT 7: 54 pm,
She was dead,
She died 15 minutes before Amy got there,
When Amy came in she was petrified at what she saw,
She saw her cousin lying in a pool of blood,
Amy immediately called the cops,
Any told the press she never fitted in,
She told them she want welcome,
Who is she you ask,
She is the lonely girl who everyone thought was okay.

People have always doubted whether I was good enough to play this game at this level. I thought I was, and I thought I could be. What other people thought was really always irrelevant to me.

Spy
The spy in the house thought he'd seen
A boy playing football in the house with me
The spy in the house thought he'd seen
A ghost scaring people out of the window with me
The spy in the garden thought he'd seen
A trampoline eating people including me
The spy in the garden thought he'd seen
Apples falling into mouths to be eaten

Fundamental of Liar Chapter IV: People Part 2
It’s not wrong, but it’s not people’s choice
It’s not lie, but it’s not people’s say
It’s not bad, but it’s not people’s favorite
It’s not impossible, but it’s not people’s expectation
It’s not secret, but it’s not people’s thought
It’s not unimportant, but it’s not people’s need
It’s not illusion, but it’s not people’s believe

God's Children
[Jed]
I remember when I was a little girl
Thrown head first into this crazy world
Safe was all I'd wanna feel
Only our pain makes this life seem real?
Teachers trying to explain war
I'm sat trying to figure out what it's for
Cos they don't even know or care
Why so many people fight & die out there
I was petrified when I learned of death
Wondering how long I might have left
Does anybody know what life means?
Are the answers to these questions in my dreams of..
(Chorus:)
All of God's children
Loving Each Other
Living Together
Spirits running free forever
Thought when I grew up I might have a choice
Start speaking out, have my own voice
It's funny how it really goes
Contained by a system which nobody knows
No-one ever wants to be the same
Everybody wants to make a change
They never really think it through
They're all just doing what the others do
So I guess it comes down to this
There's only so long one life can exist
What can I leave for you when I'm gone
Only my ideas of what went wrong
(Bridge:)
Belief systems shattered
Our minds are scattered
When we come together
There'll be better weather
(Chorus) x2
(Guitar solo outro)

Petrified
I grew up petrified in a series of family fights
and survived by turning my eyes inside, no-
one to love, nowhere to seek refuge where
three adults lacked self-esteem in a pitch-
black mist of loathing and defiance
I learnt to abhor this life, reject the world and
values these Pharisees tried to instil - found
my own set of principles in books & dreams,
could not stand organised religion or
being part of any system
Then you came, we created our own space
within a different universe - you were king
given your iron constitution and willingness
to steer, not allowing phantoms of the past
to strangle our joie de vivre
Now petrified again as you fight the neglect that
blighted your youth by offering too much to the
kids, too soon - expecting thanks where there
is only childish fear for this big life you plan
for them - beware extremes -
Calm down, the time will come when they will
understand and appreciate everything you
dreamt for them…

Beautiful Bird...
i see you with plumes
glossing upon its natural colors
upon a storm
you continue on this journey
firm upon the thought
that the island of your
coming comfort
is just a mile away
in your silence i shall not hear
you
you dream
i dream too
now rest for a while
perch upon those
petrified trees
the rocks below
have earned their moss
the winds are not
carrying anything
we hope
upon a meeting
there is no fear
even when
we are finally
gone.
beautiful bird
retain the silence
do not sing yet
hold on
to broken wings....

Look What The Good People Done
They were drinkin his wine
They were usin his name
They were takin the time to take
His name in vain
Look what the good people done to him
Look what the good people done to him
They were havin their fun
Look what the good people done
Well, the good people say things that they
Dont really mean
They look so convincing cause theyre
So squeaky clean
Look what the good people done to him
Look what the good people done to him
Its a million to one
Look what the good people done
They (? put him on walkin down ? ), they said,
Lets go on with the show
And they pad him on whiskey and say, boy,
Youve got to go
Look what the good people done to him
Look what the good people done to him
Hes (? on the highway ? ) to none
Look what the good people done
All the newspaper men
They were lookin for names
Pulled him out of a hat
They needed someone to blame
Look what the good people done to him
Look what the good people done to him
He thought he was the one
Look what the good people done
Well, the good people say,
Keep your nose to the ground
Then theyll build you right up
Just to knock you right down
Look what the good people done to you
Look what the good people done to you
They were gettin their kicks
Look what the good people nixed
[spoken - here we go]
Look what the good people done to me
Look what the good people done to me
Look what the good people done to me
Look what the good people done to me
They were havin no fun
Look what the good people done

What for is money?
I thought on how could be the life
Without having to work for money.
After all this is the money which we work for.
Had we only have enough money to spend
We won’t have to toil our body or brain.
Solution also seemed very easy to me.
Just have a lot of mints to mint money.
Make as much money as may people need
Give them as much as may people want.
All problems are seemingly soon gone.
The root of all evils I thought could be
the root of happiness of all kind instead.
“How could this easy way out be overlooked? ”
Thinking furthermore I thought.
We need mints and we need paper and ink.
We need banks and a lot of ATMs.
People will get money and go for shopping
So we need ample shops. In shops we need products.
We need make shops and we need make products.
but we also need people to run them.
So some people will make paper and some ink.
Some other will work in mints and banks.
Some will work in shops and making products.
Rest all the people will only happily buy things.
Thinking up to here my thought jumbled.
People needed money so they worked.
If money was available for doing no work
Then why should there be anyone to work?
If no one works then where from comes paper and ink?
Where from comes money, banksand ATMs?
Where from then comes products?
Without products how could then we live and enjoy?
So we need products and for products we need to work,
to get people into the works we need money.
So it was that money could not be made free.
I thought 'People have already thought it before me.'

We Will Still Be Great
I thought you said to take as long as I needed.
Why do I have to pay you back 'now'?
'Because the people I owe,
Are getting less patient.'
Well...
What has that got to do with me?
'That money I loaned you,
Was given to me by them.'
Are these those same people you call names?
Those same 'third world' people you claim are ignorant.
Are they the same people who have supplied every need we have?
'So big deal!
You got the money or not? '
I thought this was 'your' money you were loaning me?
'Indirectly it is!
But what difference should that make to you?
As long as your needs are being met...
Who cares how that is done and who is used to do it!
Right?
We will still be great!
Say it!
That's all it takes.'

Thanks To You
I have never thought i could make it through
I have never thought i could take the deception
I have never thought this strength to fight against enemies
Thanks To You
you make me stay strong
strong as a men
you make me stand on my feet
i understand the way life goes
I have ever thought i could take the burn
I have never thought I feel this free
Thanks To You
I never afraid of darkness
I never let people bring me down
Thanks To You..
