We're all crazy and the only difference between patients and their therapists is the therapists haven't been caught yet.

Inside out
Each plays their part,
the unknowing heroes,
the vital cogs,
grinding, dogmatically along.
From unwilling filing clerks
to driven consultants,
from smiling receptionists
to fun loving nurses,
down in the mouth dentists
to worn out dental nurses,
from expert anesthetists
to concerned doctors.
They make a difference
every day, wittingly, unwittingly,
caring or uncaring,
it makes no odds
From ambulance staff to orderlies,
therapists to surgeons,
to care and look after you
and yours and then some.
There's no 15 minutes of fame
in the operating theatres,
no glorious applause
or curtain calls.
Encores only mean failure there,
you have to get it right first time
or lives are lost
hearts are broken.
Outside its doors
they are taken for granted
people trust, people rely on the NHS
inside and out of its wards.

That's Why I Value Number One
For clarity purposes.
You are in no position to place demands on me.
Let's make that acknowledgement number one!
I've been in relationships and split from them,
Because it had been believed my needs would be neglected.
That's number two!
Never do that.
Not even if you wanted that done to you.
And I am not one who wallows in doubt.
If I know there is not an exchange of desires met,
I do not seek explanations from therapists or counselors.
Number three will never happen to me.
No third party will be giving me advice.
Period!
If it is not working out for me...
There is no research that could be done,
To awaken my heart feeling overjoyed with discovery.
That's why I value number one.

Staff Welfare? ?
I must insist that you desist.
Your pointless questions I resist.
But you continue to persist.
A typical psychiatrist.
The questions that you ply me with
all appertain to Mr Smith
and to the town of Aberystwith.
This has to cease: right now, forthwith.
I fear you are in error sir
Although you do not want to hear.
I am in fact your manager
and your mistake may cost you dear.
It seems you have your wires crossed
and will not listen, you have lost
the plot. What worries me the most.
You seem to be deaf as a post.
Have you trouble with your hearing
Or have you merely lost your bearings.
A psychiatrist should be caring
I find your attitude is wearing
away at my patience.
I’m fast losing confidence
in your ability to sense
what is bothering your patients.
I think perhaps it would be best
if you were forced to take a rest.
This is an order, no request
It seems that you are deeply stressed.
I will arrange cover for you.
That is the least that I can do.
This is the course I must pursue
You understand of course you do.
Although you are a little mad
at present you are not too bad.
There is no reason to be sad
you’ll get the rest you haven’t had
You must take all the time you need
I am so glad that you’ve agreed
Just rest relax and perhaps read
and soon you will be up to speed
Your job will still be here for you.
When we are sure you’re able to
do your work as you used to.
Good therapists are far too few.
We can’t afford to let you go.
You are one of the best, I know
your suspension comes as a blow
But you must learn to take it slow.
I can state clearly you’ll be missed
a senior staff psychiatrist.
Not just a number on some list
So be a good chap don’t resist.
You know I have the power to
recommend that we sack you.
Something I do not want to do
You must believe that it is true.
So ends an awkward interview
I have done all that I could do.
Of course it’s subject to review
By the bosses I report to.
They may think I was incorrect.
An outcome that I don’t expect
I think I have earned their respect
I’m sure they’ll ask me to select.
A locum who will work for less
but who can stand up to the stress.
I have no choice but to confess
the systems in a dreadful mess.
It’s pointless voicing a complaint
We are under such constraint.
You need the patience of a saint.
And that is something which I aint

Living & Living Well
Had a nice little life
A little boat a little beach
A little routine I liked
A blue ocean view
Free to go with the flow
Anywhere that I wanted to
But the moment you set foot on my shore
Thats when I knew
Theres a difference in
Living and living well
You cant have it all
All by yourself
Somethings always missing
til you share it with someone else
Theres a difference in living and living well
til you smiled with me
Thought that I had it good
As good as it could be
From the back of my deck
Caught a fish caught a breeze
And a thousand red sunsets
But sitting here with you girl I just saw
The best one yet
Theres a difference in
Living and living well
You cant have it all
All by yourself
Somethings always missing
til you share it with someone else
Theres a difference in living and living well
My days are brighter
My sky a deeper blue
My nights are sweeter
When Im with you
Theres a difference in
Living and living well
You cant have it all
All by yourself
Somethings always missing
til you share it with someone else
Theres a difference in living and living well

Crazy In Love
Love like crazy
That’s our song.
Love makes me lazy
That’s so wrong.
When I’m in love with you crazy
Baby you save me.
Your crazy love amazes me
We might just be crazy, maybe.
Your as crazy as a wildflower
Baby you’re my daisy.
I haven’t been able to say this lately
But baby I’m your special lady.
The distance between us is crazy
But it doesn’t faze me.
We’re still together baby
We still love like crazy.

Crazy Enough
I am crazy enough to jump off a bridge for you
Even when i have seen you only once.
I am crazy enough to still be thinking about you
Even when i know nothing of you at all
crazy enough to build castles in the sky
crazy enough to imagine you and me
crazy enough to never see
the lie of you
I am crazy enough to stand in the rain
so i might see you once more
crazy enough to follow you home
so i can see you for a while
and i am crazy enough to want to be your
sickness so that you might go unhindered
crazy enough that no pain hurts me deeply
crazy enough that i cant let go
i am crazy enough to want to die for you
and there is nothing known about you
i am crazy enough to want to kidnap you
and watch you grow old in the cupboard of my mind
crazy enough to kill you so i might have you forever
crazy enough to only think
' if not mine no one else's
crazy enough that i might want to haunt you
I am crazy enough to hear what i want
crazy enough to hurt you so i might love you more
crazy enough to offer my soul
for you
crazy enough to want to
be you
i am crazy enough to say that
i don't know you except by sight
but i love you all the same

Alternative Medicines Classical Regimen Wisdoms
alternative medicines
succinctly promotes
restorative modalities
two fundamental principles
nourish deleted systems
with fresh pure water foods
through movement of God’s
regenerating peace in minds
cleanse toxin ridden bodies
fast internal house cleansings
toxins pollutions preservatives
environmental build up in bodies
due to processed devitalized foods
chemical preservatives food flavourings
poor digestion stress nervous exhaustions
inabilities to rest relax compound problems
unlike our nature absorbent ancestors
diet nutrition's are not seasoned disciplines
like regimen prescribed by classical Greeks
systematic management of foods drinks
exercise work inclusive for preservation's
of soul spirit mind body humours concepts
restoration of health is contemporary fads
modern society seldom wisely applied arts
often ninety percent of modern patients
attending natural therapists require vitamins
mineral therapy natural organic vitamins
contain revered more easily accessible energies
than synthetically derived equivalents
combinations are often useful remedies
in assisting iron vitamin c absorptions
naturopaths seek to restore vitality energies

What is the difference between....?
What is the difference between black and white?
What is the difference between day and night?
What is the difference between love and hate?
What is the difference between a woman and a mate?
The answers seem to be so easy
as the difference between to be free and to be busy.
But! Can you tell me the difference between a lie and a truth?
Can you tell me the difference between old age and youth?
Will you tell me the difference between a grant and a sob?
If you don’t know this difference you can flop.
I would like to know the difference between wrong and right,
I would like to know the difference between a war and a fight.
If you know the answers please, write.
It will be interesting to know your opinion,
And may be I will find it to be brilliant.

No Elegy For Plaster Teeth (Part 1)
Bony greying woman in a plaster-spattered coat
Mixes stuff of which they're formed with mind afar-remote
Pours the moulds, prepares their beds in fluffy little piles
Therapists in pastel scrubs fly in and out with smiles.
Schooled to their desired shape in template alginate
Mallow soft to nougat hard, delivered, lives oblate
White or pink, uniquely formed with pegs arrayed askew
Four-percent neanderthal effects are coming through.
'Dog ate the retainer' states a form and gives her pause
One way or another pesky canines are her cause
Trims and shapes didactically, prepares them for the fray
Pristine 'fore the onslaught, knows they'll barely last a day.

How Can an Encouragement Be Nourished
It is my belief,
One would have to have capabilities
To learn 'something'...
To be declared ignorant.
Professing someone to be ignorant,
Expresses there are possibilities uncovered...
Recognized and could be retrieved!
To comprehend any process that digests,
One has to be associated with a consciousness.
One that links a thinking done.
And connected to something to address.
But some have heads densed!
Dreading the agony of a thinking to commence.
An identity is missing.
And nothing can happen...
If that has not been established!
Without a foundation on which to stand,
On a land that supports a quick access...
To what one knows,
For them is best.
No one can be accused of lacking an accountability!
That is not going to happen.
None perceived to conceive that achieves.
Even with the aid of qualified mental therapists.
Coloring books...
Exchanged dirty looks.
Or fresh meat cooked,
After being sautéed in onions.
That may be a preparation,
To welcome those to nibble...
Taste and eat!
However,
Some will be motivated to ask what it is.
And others will not notice a thing at all.
How can an encouragement be nourished...
When motivation has to be explained?

Texted and/or emailed!

I Haven't Forgotten
I haven't forgotten when I meet you first!
I haven't forgotten when I greet you last!
I haven't forgotten your pretty face!
I haven't forgotten your smile and grace!
I haven't forgotten how we started chatting!
I haven't forgotten when we started dating!
I haven't forgotten our last walk together!
I haven't forgotten how I became a loser!
I haven't forgotten how it became too late!
I haven't forgotten when I understood fate!
I haven't forgotten that summer's northwester!
I haven't forgotten and won't forget ever!

The crazy love was made me always dreams*
The crazy love was made me cried*
The crazy love was made me so sad*
The crazy love made me crushed heart and miserable*
The crazy love made me waiting for hollow hoped*
How know? all of these feelings like oil and water*
Hoped the water and oil two difference become one*
I'WANTED BECOUSE WAS NEVER KNEW.
THE CRAZY LOVE WAS IMPOSSIBLE LOVE*
Sophomore Slump Or Comeback Of The Year
Are we growing up or just going down
It's just a matter of time until we're all found out
Take our tears and put them on ice
I swear I'd burn this city down to show you the light
We're the therapists pumping through your speakers
Delivering just what you need
We're well read and poised
We're the best boys
We're the chemists who've found the formula
To make your heart swell and burst
No matter what they say, don't believe a word
Cause I'll keep singing this lie if you'll keep believing it
We're traveled like gypsies
Only with worse luck and far less gold
We're the kids you used to love
But then we grew old
We're the lifers here til the bitter end
Condemned from the start
Ashamed of the way
The songs and the words own the beating of our hearts
Are we growing up or just going down
It's just a matter of time until we're all found out
take our tears and put them on ice
I'd burn this city down to show you the light
There's a drug in the thermostat to warm the room up
And another around to help us bend your trust
I've got a sunset in my veins
And I need to take a pill to make this town feel okay
The best part of "Believe" is the "Lie,"
I hope you sing along and you steal a line
I need to keep you like this in my mind
So give in or just give up

This Is Crazy
A shadow with me all day
No body
This is crazy, this is crazy
Notes of a scintillating flute
No flutist
This is crazy, this is crazy
Breathtaking verse on paper
I was sleeping
This is crazy, this is crazy
Vermilion laden sky
Sunrise or sunset?
This is crazy, this is crazy
Dishevelled clothes, swollen lips
You came in my dream
I am crazy, I am crazy
Or is this the only sanity? ?

I Really Haven't Got The Time
(Mike Pinder)
You want me to ride
In your car outside
Spend some time with you
Just an hour or two
But I really,
I really haven't
I really haven't got the time
I really
I really haven't
I really haven't got the time
I really haven't got the time
I'm a busy man
Workin' when I can
I got no time to lend
I got no time, time to spend
Oh no, I really
I really haven't
I really haven't got the time
Oh no, I really
I really haven't
I really haven't got the time
I really haven't got the time
(Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey!)
Instrumental
I really
I really haven't
I really haven't got the time
Oh no, I really
I really haven't
I really haven't got the time
I really haven't got the time
Workin' nine 'til five
Got to stay alive (I've got to stay alive)
Find somebody who (Go find somebody who)
Got some time for you (Who's got the time for you)
But I really
No, no, no, no
I really haven't
I really haven't got the time
Oh no, I really
No, no, no, no
I really haven't
I really haven't got the time
I really haven't got the time
Really haven't got the time
(Really haven't got time)
