I sat down with my trainers to check my past seasons and to see what could be done to keep me motivated and in good shape. I had to find a new motivation, a new momentum.

So Good So Right
This one is special for all the ladies
You never know I was that type of man
So good so right so good so, so good so
right so good so
So good so right so good so, so good so

Feel so good about something so right
Could it last another night
Feel so good about something so right
Could it last another night

Could it last another night
Feel so good about something so right
Could it last another night
But you keep on watching the time,
Wondering what's on my mind
So you say you can't stay too long, cause
You know what I'm all a...
What I'm all about, what I'm all about
I don't have to sing and shout, what I'm
All about
You know what I'm all about
Feel so good about something so right
Could it last another night
Feel so good about something so right
Could it last another night
Feel so good about something so right
Could it last another night
Feel so good about something so right
Could it last another night
Yes it's the truth it's the fact, I'm coming
To you straight from
The back in a mastering room style
Don't be shy, don't you lie, look into my
Eye
I'll tell you why, I'll teach you about
Feeling high

Never before have you seen this, so I say
This feeling sink within my head, oh yea,
Oh yea
Never before have you believe it, so I mean
What I say
You just got to be yourself
Feel so good about something so right
Could it last another night
Yea, feel so good about something so
Right could it last another night
A feel so good about something so right
A feel so good about something so right
Could it last another night
So good so right so good so, so good so
Right so good so
So good so right so good s, so good so
Right so good so
Yes it is the strife of my life, to explain
What's in my brain
If you believe what I say, baby, baby
A check in, check in, check check, check in
Check in
Check in, check in, check in, a check in,
Check in, check into my hotel
A feel so good about something so right
Could it last another night
A feel so good about something so right
Could it last another night
So good, so right, so good, so right, so
Good, so right
So right, I feel so good could it last
Another night
A feel so right could it last another
Night
A feel so good something so right, so
Good
Lord, I said I feel so right
A feel so good, oh could it last another
Night
A feel so right, oh could it last another
Night
A feel so good oh could it last another
Night
A feel so right oh could it last another

Motivation is simple. You eliminate those who are not motivated.
Shape In A Drape
There's a guy going round the town
You got to check what he is puttin' down
Just one look you know the story is great
He's the guy the chicks love
And the cats can't hate
He's a shape in a drape
A shape in a drape
He's a shape in a drape
And you can dig that he is stookin'
Now some say he's a clipster and a tailor's toad
And he could hype a miserman for all his gold
Some say he's a hipster and some say nix
But everyone's solid when he gets his kicks
He's a shape in a drape
A shape in a drape
He's a shape in a drape
And he is sure alive and kickin'

Back In Ireland (Long Version)
This is a journey into the past, the present, and the future
Now close your eyes and join the trip
It's 6am in the morning, and we find ourselves somewhere in Ireland
Welcome Posse!
We're kickin' up!
Once again we have the plan
Driving you wild as good as we can
Won't stop us now, we're gonna make you move
Raving outside to the passionate groove
So I wanna check the microphone, I wanna check the microphone
I wanna check, I wanna check
The Rick, the Ferris, and MC H.P. Scooter!
Back in Ireland
Yes!
C'mon!
Somewhere is Ireland, banging the bass
Join our trip to this weird place
Back to nature, where we can be
Faster and harder, loud and free
I wanna check the microphone, I wanna check the microphone
I wanna check, I wanna check
The Rick, the Ferris, and MC H.P. Scooter!
Back in the Ireland
Bass!
We Started in 1994! In 1996, we're still on the case
Hold tight crew! Together, no-one can stop us now!
So I wanna check the microphone, I wanna check the microphone
I wanna check, I wanna check
The bird, the tree, the cow, the seas,
The Rick, the Ferris and MC H.P. !

Y'know, the real reason why I was such a failure in the sense of being unable to make any sort of a living was because I was really not motivated. I had no motivation.

Motivation
Love isn’t any motivation
Wealth isn’t any motivation
Health isn’t any motivation
Create not more confusion
Inspiration and motivation is a pair
Imagination follows and is near
Near enough to make you desire
Near enough to make you crave instead of tire
Like the nutrients that enhance the growth of a plant
Motivation is the force from your self within
The invisible voice urging you to win
Motivation is when you make it routine
To implement actions to show you are keen

Emptiness
some are motivated
supposedly by his words
and wish to be nearer
some are motivated by
the world's events
and wish to know the
reasons behind
some are motivated
by the emptiness
in themselves
wondering whether
indeed it is emptiness there
or something more
something more

If It Was Not Terrorized
For all of the wealth one man has,
Another lives in poverty.
For all of the poverty that man has...
Another finds hope.
For all of the hope that man finds...
Another is motivated.
For all of the motivation that man has,
Another finds success.
And from all of the success stories told...
The quest for peace seems neverending!
Much like the cost of it that feeds fear,
And yet the price to find it...
Is more visible than it is to locate!
Perhaps if it was not terrorized,
It would appear!

Old Eyes
a ghost in my vision
shadowed by the day
strange how strong my
thoughts this morning
to manifest later
and by what means of sway?
hold tight
to a tree in a storm
whose roots go well deep
battered, torn and bleeding
hold tight
even when on your knees
only God knows how long He will supply
at what point
will I walk no more
celebrated in the seasons of strength
now strengthen me to celebrate
when those seasons are gone
always mistake my purpose
good for nothing
when nothing's good for long
as a reason equals another
divisible until it comes down to
one
always my motivation
my first care and concern
the only reason my heart exists
the reason that I still learn
they learn best by example
my number one, my three
always have been my purpose
my reason for everything

Two Sides Of Liking A Man
some you find their every move
motivated by economic reasons
some you find them leaving behind
things for people to love them
for what they are, for no other reason
some you find their every move
motivated by reasons of racism
some you find them leaving behind
things for people to love them
without throwing the weight of
who they are,

Seasons Of Man
The time between the notes relates the color to the scenes.
A constant vogue of triumphs dislocate man, it seems.
And space between the focus shape ascend knowledge of love.
As song and chance develop time, lost social temprance rules above.
Ah, ah.
Then according to the man who showed his outstretched arm to space,
He turned around and pointed, revealing all the human race.
I shook my head and smiled a whisper, knowing all about the place.
On the hill we viewed the silence of the valley,
Called to witness cycles only of the past.
And we reach all this with movements in between the said remark.
Close to the edge, down by the river.
Down at the end, round by the corner.
Seasons will pass you by,
Now that its all over and done,
Called to the seed, right to the sun.
Now that you find, now that youre whole.
Seasons will pass you by,
I get up, I get down.
I get up, I get down.
I get up, I get down.
I get up.

Feel Good
And just like that, we comes with the phat
And just like that, we comes with the phat
Crazy molecular structure that acts on that ass
Like U know it's supposed 2
Movin' more booties than a bull run past U
Leavin' U with a brand new state of mind
And by the time U figure it out, U wanna shout
All your inhibitions U go'n do without
(Don't U wanna feel good?) - And just like that, we come phat
(Don't U wanna feel good?) - And just like flow, now U know
(Don't U wanna feel good?) - And just like this, U get a kiss
(Don't U wanna feel good?) - I gotsta feel good, feel good
And just like flow, now U know
Talkin' another 10 million every time they want this flow
And it's good 2 go
Cuz I don't check 4 critics if they checkin' 4 my ego
So come 2 the show
And bring your tape recorder cuz U oughta have a copy of the
Yo, wait a minute no!
In 1999 I'll be free, so
(Don't U wanna feel good?) - Just like that, we comes phat
(Don't U wanna feel good?) - And just like flow, now U know
(Don't U wanna feel good?) - Just like this, U get a kiss
(Don't U wanna feel good?) - I gotsta feel good, huh, feel good
Feel good {x2}
Don't U wanna feel good?
And just like this, U get a kiss
And I got plenty others if U're on my list
Santa get U all wet 'cept he's using snow
I can make U slippery with the icicle, oh
Check it out, check it out, check it out, we should go
Down the main street of personality, baby
I'll give U an ultimatum 4 a definite maybe
But what I much rather know
(Don't U wanna feel good?) - And just like that, we comes phat
(Don't U wanna feel good?) - And just like flow, now U know
(Don't U wanna feel good?) - Just like this, U get a kiss
(Don't U wanna feel good?) - I gotsta feel good, huh, feel good
(Don't U wanna feel good?) {repeat in BG}
Feel good
Don't U hear me, baby, talkin' about the feel good?
Yeah, yeah, mm
Now wait a minute
(Don't U, don't U, don't, don't U wanna feel good?)
U won't get cussed out, U won't get beat (Feel good)
U can save your money and the sheet
I'm just here 2 let U know, baby
Anytime U wanna go
We can come phat (Don't U wanna?)

Sticking With It
Sticking with it.
And trying not to be out of it.
Everyday there is a reason I find...
Not to toss in the towel to give up and quit.
And although it is tough staying motivated,
I awaken feeling appreciative.
I can not say I relate to being elated...
But there is so much of life that can be abundantly lived.
Sticking with it.
And trying not to be out of it.
Everyday there is a reason I find...
Not to toss in the towel to give up and quit.
No.
I know what I should and should not resist.
Even forcefully establishing my own initiative,
I seek to give to myself as a gift.
Sticking with it can be sticky sometimes.
But the finding of motivation within one's mind,
To look at each step made as a forward climb...
Will not need anyone to define these times.
Not if one is kept busy living.

Certainly it's very difficult to keep momentum going through a film which has as many characters as this does, and the piece took on a life of its own to try and shape it. That took all the time we had in editing.

Self Motivation
Life is not boring
Work is not meaningless
Relationships are not worthless
But self motivation is something
You should do on a regular basis and on a daily basis
with or without the assistance of others.
Because motivation is not permanent
Only Self Motivation is
Here to stay

Four Beautiful Seasons
Why there are seasons…
And this may sound strange…
Is to provide good reasons
To justify change!
With no seasons when would birds nest?
When would some fly away
Because winter's a pest?
And Fall colors would be held at bay.
Christmas might well end up in June.
With no seasons no one would care.
Then the cow would jump over the moon.
Now that might roust up a stare!
Luckily for many good reasons
There'll always be change
In four beautiful seasons…
And that's not at all strange!

Still Waiting
So am I still waiting
For this world to stop hating
Can't find a good reason
Can't find hope to believe in
Drop dead a bullet to my head
Your words are like a gun in hand
You can't change the state of the nation
We just need some motivation
Three times casino eviction
Just lies and more contradiction
So tell me what would you say
I'd say its up: to me
So am I still waiting
For this world to stop hating
Can't find a good reason
Can't find hope to believe in
Ignorance and Understanding
We're the first ones to jump in line
Out of step for what we believe in
But whos left? To start the pleading
How far will we take this
It's not hard to see through the sickness
So tell me what would you say
I'd say its up: to me
So am I still waiting
For this world to stop hating
Can't find a good reason
Can't find hope to believe in
This can't last forever
Time won't make things better
I feel so alone
Can't help myself
And no one knows
If this is worthless
Tell me: so
What have we done
We're in a war that can't be won
This can't be real
I don't know what to feel
So am I still waiting
For this world to stop hating
Can't find a good reason
Can't find hope to believe in
So am I still waiting
For this world to stop hating
Can't find a good reason
Can't find hope to believe in
