Becoming Love
Looking for love.
Love from another.
One to fill my void.
A void that could not be filled.
The void was within myself.
Love has no criteria,
It has no agenda,
It has no motive,
Except to love.
It is void of expectation.
If I were to become it,
Then I could find it anytime.
For it would always be within me.
Our will, seeks to be loved.
God's will, asks us to become love.
Love, attracts love,
Like motive, attracts motive.
Love is for another,
Motive is for self.
You find what you are willing to share,
Or what you are willing to become.
At the end of our time,
The only thing that will remain,
Is the legacy of the love.
That we left behind.
What was given to us,
Goes back to heaven,
To be given back.
To those that remain.

Is Democracy Doomed?
These days, journalists are all writing about democracy,
A mixture of bureaucracy theocracy audacity,
Where the aristocracy may still hold most of the power,
If the old dictator can hold on and the others cower.
Because democracy can be bent in many many ways,
And those in power want to stay there forever always,
Therefore democracy should have several stipulations,
Regardless of how many in the mob have impatience.
Binding referendums and recall should be part of the scheme,
And set-date elections nailed down for each and every regime,
Proportional representation built into every election,
So special interest party groups can’t control the selection.
And all citizens over eighteen should be compelled to vote,
So several party members don’t have us all by the throat,
So democracy is spread everywhere evenly all around,
And not just a name inside another UN compound.

Democracy v Liberty
The fathers of democracy.
The ancient Greek philosophers
were dependent on slavery.
Which leaves me in a quandary.
How can it be democracy
to have such inequality?
I think democracy should be
a universal human right.
Though it is not quite obviously.
An ideal to aspire to.
Which one day might be possible.
The time has come now to review.
What we mean by democracy.
If everybody has their say.
It might well lead to anarchy.
When we elect a government.
The will of the majority
is what they’re meant to represent..
But it seems they rarely do.
This cannot be democracy.
the many are ruled by the few.
Who gain control quite legally
because their wealth allows them to
encouraged by our apathy.
The systems open to abuse
The people have the power to
insist on change; which we don’t use.
We vote or not just as we choose.
A facet of democracy.
I would be hesitant to lose.
It seems to me democracy
is something which we can’t achieve
and still retain our liberty.
There is no way that I can see
which will be fair to everyone.
I must admit despondently.
A partial democracy
is what we have and will retain
a curb upon our liberty.
You have no reason to complain
if you choose not to use your vote.
You have the freedom to abstain.

Democracy doesn't recognize east or west; democracy is simply people's will. Therefore, I do not acknowledge that there are various models of democracy; there is just democracy itself.

Comehere With the Quick Fix
They will get it when it comes,
And arrives on the block.
Loaded by a motive that it can't be stopped.
They will get it when it comes,
And arrives on the block.
Loaded by a motive that it can't be stopped.
People,
Hurting from a pride deep inside...
And found to bitter bite!
And people wanting,
Love.
And more love...
To share and keep around at night.
They will get it when it comes,
And arrives on the block.
Loaded by a motive that it can't be stopped.
They will get it when it comes,
And arrives on the block.
Loaded by a motive that it can't be stopped.
Gotta-git-a-quick-fix-of it...
Your love.
I can't resist it when its sittin' there!
Are you gonna come and get it?
Or do you want this good stuff delivered to you...
Wet and bare!
Telling one another,
This is not a love affair.
But a fairytale that has come true.
I hope I'm getting this exclusively.
This is what I want with you,
And what I wish to do.
Comehere!
Gotta-git-a-quick-fix-of it...
Your love.
Gotta-git-a-quick-fix,
It just hit me!
On my head like a ton of bricks!
Gotta-git-a-quick-fix-of it...
Your love.
Comehere with the quick fix of your love!
Comehere with the quick fix of your love!
Comehere with the quick fix of your love!
Comehere.
Comehere.
Comehere.
Comehe re.
Comehere with the quick fix of your love!
Comehere with the quick fix of your love!
Comehere with the quick fix of your love!
Comehere.
Comehere.
Comehere.
Comehe re.
Comehere with the quick fix of your love!
Come and get a quick fix,
Of this love!
Come and get a quick fix,
Of this love!
Come and get a quick fix,
Of this love!

Would You?
If you were in the same situation... would you?
If you had the power to control the world
The chance to mold
It, to make it bend to your will
If you all you had to do was kill
Would you?
If you had the power to take all of Germany
To make the world see
That your race is best
To show them that you're greater than all the rest
If you had motive and opportunity
Would you?
If you had the power to plunge a nation into war
For your own gain, even if such selfishness is what this world does abhor
Would you?
If we're all sinners
And no one is a saint
Wouldn't we? Doesn't evil taint
Each and everyone one of us? Aren't we all losers and not winners?
Doesn't the evil inside of us control us when we let it
Doesn't our base nature lead us to the pit
Would you give in?
Would you sin?
Does that power corrupt us all
Or do we only hear about those who fall?
But then there's both sides
Because God's love abides
We all have the power to do good
To choose God
We have the power to love and to save
Power to wave
Goodbye to malice
And fill the righteous chalice
Until it overflows and we can share righteousness and love
Share the worthy dove
We all have this chance and the other
We all have the chance to kill or love our brother
So the question is
Would you?

Scot-free
No body should go scot-free
This is democracy.
Law will take its own course
This is democracy.
Freedom of speech and expression
Is for all in this democracy.
Freedom of movement for all
In this democracy.
All these are in theory
In practice
Please do not ask anybody.

Election Time!
A series of elections from states to nation
Surely makes all diverted to election only!
People's power is exercised in democracy;
But now money power rules in democracy!
Now the fight is between people and money
The winner decides the fate of the nation!
Corruption is top most dominant force now;
To consolidate its power election has come!
Can corruption be eliminated by laws or will?
Civil society has to come forward to do that!
Will civil society take the lead to do its duty?
Or simply succumb to gimmicks of bureaucracy?
Elections come and people elect someone to power;
But bureaucracy dispenses duties by corruption...!

Democracy's a very fragile thing. You have to take care of democracy. As soon as you stop being responsible to it and allow it to turn into scare tactics, it's no longer democracy, is it? It's something else. It may be an inch away from totalitarianism.

The So Called Honorable
For to cling to power or for need of power on most policies they disagree
Between the Government and their Opposition there's does not seem much difference to me
Those out of power verbally attack those in power that is how it's been for years
Who wins or loses the Election should not be cause for joy or tears.
Who is in or out of power I for one do not care
That they do not bring change to my life for the good I am all too aware
Democracy is the best form of Government by many we are told
But the workings of Parliament has not changed from the long gone days of old.
Of the praises of Democratically Elected Governments many feel happy to sing
But in Parliament that Parliamentarians obliged to vote with their own parties does not seem a democratic thing
And that the Party or Parties elected by the majority of the voters makes decisions for everyone
Is hardly true democracy when all is said and done.
The hierarchy refer to Parliamentarins as the honorable a title he or she for life does keep
But such a title for most Politicians makes the word honor seem cheap
Like dysfunctional adolescents in Parliament every day
Supposed to be honorable men and women behave in a most immature way.

This country has always been run by elite, and it's an elitist democracy. And that's not a radical concept. It's elitist democracy. When people talk about democracy, they don't talk - really talk about participatory democracy, until the point that we get us at Election Day.

The Power Of Love
I think that somewhere along the line
(and it's said, all things return to you in time)
I must have finally opened up to your love
Though i was building a wall at heaven's gate
(everything comes to those who wait)
You must have found a secret path into my soul
And now you're part of my life
I can't believe that this is mine
Every light has its time to shine
I want to understand this change in me
Is it the power of love
Is it the power of love
Is this the tao of love
I feel the power of love
Caught up in the famous paper chase
(in your eyes, i saw how i never fell from grace)
I must have finally opened up to your love
And i heard the battle's not always to the strong
(the race is not always to the fleet)
And the one who seeks to pluck the stars
Will miss the jewels at his feet
Blinded by momentary power
We almost had the final hour
I'll never know what caused the change in me
Was it the power of love
Is it the power of love
Is this the tao of love
I feel the power of love
Is it the power of love
Is it the power of love
Is this the tao of love
I feel the power of love
And i thought anything for the cause is worth the price
(losing you was the sharp edge of the knife)
Now no more fear, the way is clear
I know you are the power in my life
So better late than never
'cause this heart is yours forever
I'll never know what caused the change in me
Was it the power of love
Is it the power of love
Is this the tao of love
I feel the power of love
Is it the power of love
Is it the power of love
Is this the tao of love
I feel the power of love
I think that somewhere along the line
(and it's said all things return to you in time)
I must have finally opened up to your love

Mighty Horny Power Rangers
They've got a libdo and a desire
That can't be controled
They've got the power
To sex you in the shower and they always score
No one can ever keep these rangers down
The power of love sweet love is on their side
Oh oh Power Rangers
Oh oh Power Rangers
Oh oh Power Rangers
Mighty Horny Power Rangers
They love to take their dates
Hard into their hands
They know to always use condoms and practice safe sex
No one can ever keep these rangers down
The power of love sweet love is on their side
Oh oh Power Rangers
Oh oh Power Rangers
Oh oh Power Rangers
Oh oh you Mighty Horny Power Rangers
No one can ever keep these rangers down
The power of love sweet love is on their side

What Democracy?
Is democracy a dream?
The human race aspires to
such things are seldom as they seem.
Although the people have a choice.
They seldom think their choices through
and so the wishes which they voice.
Can be ignored and flagrantly
by those who hold the power reins
which they acquired dishonestly.
The voting system is unfair.
Votes do not carry equal weight.
The major parties do not care.
They are content to wait their turn
To ride upon the gravy train
enjoying perks they do not earn.
If every vote was made to count
Then that would be democracy
Hold politicians to account
for promises they make then break.
Perhaps it’s time to rectify
the present system: Which would take.
a social revolution
to institute democracy.
Instead of the confusion.
The rule of many by the few
who claim they have the peoples vote
A statement patently untrue.
The vote I cast has no value
in this so called democracy
Its very sad but very true.
